Advice for use and care:

Weig g operation:hin

1. Remove the insulation tab from the battery contacts before use.

2. Select the eighing mode using the switch (Kg/St/Lb) located on the back of the w

scale.

3. Step on the scale platform to switch on the product, stand still while the scale

computes your weight.

5. When you step off the scale it will automatically switch off after 6 seconds.

6. If no weighing is carried out while 0.0 is displayed the scale will automatically

switch off after 6 seconds.

Remarks: This initialization process as below must be repeated if the scale is moved.

At all other times step straight on the scale.

• Step 1: Press the platform centre and remove your foot.

• Step 2: “0.0” will be displayed

• Step 3: The scale will switch off and now it is ready for use

Mode selection and parameter setting:

Press and hold to switch on/ switch off the scale.

Press or to switch between body parameter 0-9. Press to conrm.s t n

Press or to select male or female. Press to conrm.s t n

Press or to indicate height. Press to conrm.s t n

Press or to indicate age. Press to conrm.s t n

The values are ashed after 0.0 appears. First the weight is recorded, then

is displayed, indicating that the scales are analyzing, please do not alight. Once

nished the weight and body fat & water will be displayed alternately for 4 times

before the scales automatically turn off. Compare the body fat reading against the

(body fat & water ratio chart) to conrm the body status.
