Introduction

The digital personal scale is designed to accurately indicate body weight and fat. This scale

works on the principle of Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). By measuring the electrical

resistance and the nal calculation of the constant values (age, height, sex, activity level) it is

possible to determine the percentage of body fat, body water and muscle percentage in the

body.

The scale is able to facilitate 10 persons.

In order to ensure accurate results users should enter the following personal parameters:

- Gender

- Height

- Age

• We recommend that you read this manual before using the scale.

• Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.

The scale operates with 3x 1.5 V AAA batteries (not included).

Safety precautions

Install the batteries

1. Open the battery cover (on the underside of the scale) by releasing the clip and lifting the

cover.

2. Insert the batteries.

)Be sure the polarity of the batteries is set properly.

3. Close the cover.

Select weighing mode

Switch the scale on (ON/OFF button).

Use the Weight units selection button (underside of scale) to select the weight units (kg/lb/

st).

Place the scale

Place the scale on a rm, at and even surface to ensure accuracy.
