starting and during the installation.

1. This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National

Electrical Code (NEC) and all local code specifications. If you are not familiar

with code requirements, installation by a certified electrician is recommended.

Failure to adhere to these codes and instructions may result in serious injury

and/or property damage and will void the warranty.

CLEANING:

• Always be certain that electric current is turned o before cleaning.

• Only a soft damp cloth should be used. Harsh cleaning products may damage

the finish.

1. Carefully slip fixture base[D] onto post. Using the fixture base as a template, mark the positions for

the three (3) mounting screw holes on the post.

NOTE: Ensure that fixture is facing the desired direction for final installation.

2. Remove fixture base from post.

3. Drill 3/16" (4.76mm) holes in post at the positions that were marked in Step 1.

4. Grounding instructions: (See Illus. a or b).

If fixture is provided with ground wire, connect fixture ground wire to outlet box ground wire with

wire connector after following the above steps. Never connect ground wire to black or white power

supply wires.

5. Make wire connections. Reference chart below for correct connections and wire accordingly.

6. Carefully slip fixture base[D] onto post and secure in place using three (3) mounting screws[E].

Screws should slip into holes drilled in post.

7. Remove the two (2) countersunk screws[C] that secure upper frame[A] to lower frame[B] (one on

each side of fixture). Retain countersunk screws.

8. Carefully lift upper frame away from lower frame.

9. Insert recommended bulb (not included).

10. Carefully place upper frame[A] on top of lower frame[B], aligning the two (2) holes in lower frame

with the two (2) holes in the bottom of upper frame.

11. Screw the two (2) countersunk screws[C] into the aligned holes from below, and tighten to secure

upper frame to lower frame.
