replace the knee lifter connecting rod hinge screw

この度は、窓板取り付けタイプ自動押え上げ装置を、お買い上げいただきましてありがとうございます。
この装置は、主な特徴として、1）取り付けが簡単、2）ひざ上げ装置と併用できる、などがあります。ご使
用の前にかならずこの取扱説明書をお読みになり、末永くご愛用くださいますようお願い申しあげます。

The main features of this equipment are as follws ; 1) Simple installation, 2) Available together with the knee lifter
We recommend you to read these instructions before use, and we hope you will use it for a long time.
取り付け手順 /INSTALLATION

2. AK 装置（組） をミシンに取り付けます。❶
この時、ソレノイドリンク の長穴が、ひざ上❸
げ横棒 にセットされるように取り付けます。❹
2. Install the AK device ❶ on the machine.
At this time, install it so that the slot of solenoid link
❸ may be set on the knee lifter connecting rod pin ❹.
3. AK 装置（組） をねじ止めします。❷
3. Tighten the AK device ❷ with screws.

ソレノイド（組）からの白コネクタ 2P コード
❶を電装ボックスの通し穴 B より入れ、コード
クランプ d、e、f に通し CN4 に差し込みます。❷
4. Pass white connctor 2P cord ❶ coming from the
solenoid asm. through cord clamps d, e and f from
hole B in the control box and insert it into CN4 ❷.
5. 付属のコード・バンド で、操作パネルのコー❸
ドが、可動部に接触しないようにします。
5. Make sure that the operation panel cord cannot
contact the moving part by using the attached cord
band ❸.
押え上げ高さの調整 /ADJUSTING THE AUTO-LIFTER STROKE
ドライバー でソレノイド軸を回転させ、6 角レA
ンチ で抱きねじを締めます。B
Turing the solenoid shaft by using driver A, tighten the
clamp screw by using hexagonal wrench key B.
主な仕様 /SPECIFICATIONS
◦ 押え上昇量6mm（標準） / Presser foot lifting amount : Standard 6 mm
◦ 最大押え圧58.8N / Max. presser foot pressur : 58.8N
※ 電源電圧 100％ / At 100%
なお、本説明書は、当社 SC-905 をもとに書かれております。
他社モータを使用される場合は、モータの取扱説明書をお読みの上、配線くださるようお願い申しあげます。
また、ミシンからオペレータが離れる場合は、必ずスイッチを切ってください。
In addition, this instruction book is made in accordanca with the SC-905 of JUKI motors.
When using motors of other suppliers, we recommend you to carry out wiring after reading the instruction book of motors.
When an operator leaves from the machine, make sure to turn off the power.
