Die Geräte (Sender und Empfänger) entspre-

chen allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und

tragen deshalb das -Zeichen.

Die Geräte sind nur zur Verwendung im In-

nenbereich geeignet. Schützen Sie sie vor

Tropf- und Spritzwasser sowie vor hoher Luft-

feuchtigkeit. Der zulässige Einsatztemperatur-

bereich beträgt 0 – 40 °C.

Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein tro-

ckenes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Chemi-

kalien oder Wasser.

Werden die Geräte zweckentfremdet, nicht

richtig angeschlossen, falsch bedient oder

nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Ga-

rantie für die Geräte und keine Haftung für

daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personen-

schäden übernommen werden.

Sollen die Geräte endgültig aus dem

Betrieb genommen werden, überge-

ben Sie sie zur umweltgerechten Ent-

sorgung einem örtlichen Recycling-

betrieb.

3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Mit dem FLY-16R und FLY-16T lässt sich einfach

und bequem ein Audiosignal per Funk übertra-

gen. Dabei ist eine Reichweite von bis zu 90 m

möglich (abhängig von den örtlichen Gegeben-

heiten). Eine solche Funkstrecke ersetzt ein lan-

ges Audio kabel und kann z. B. zwischen einem

Mischpult und einem Aktivlautsprecherbox zur

Nebenraumbeschallung eingesetzt werden. Für

den Audiobereich gibt es zahlreiche weitere Ein-

satzmöglichkeiten.

3.1 Konformität und Zulassung

Hiermit erklärt MONACOR INTERNATIONAL,

dass die Geräte FLY-16R und FLY-16T der Richt-

linie 2014 / 53 / EU entsprechen. Die EU-Konfor-

mitätserklärungen sind im Internet verfügbar:

Es bestehen Beschränkungen oder Anforderun-

gen in folgenden Ländern:

4 Inbetriebnahme

1) Stromversorgung: Entweder das Gerät mit

dem beiliegenden USB-Kabel über die Micro-

USB-Buchse (4) an ein 5-V- USB- Netz gerät

anschließen (z. B. PSS-1005USB) oder eine

Batterie (Größe Mignon) in das Batteriefach

einlegen. Zum Öffnen des Batteriefachs den

Deckel mit den Riffeln in Richtung der An-

tenne schieben.

2) Einschalten: Die Taste (5) ca. 2 s gedrückt

halten, bis das Display (2) auﬂeuchtet.

Die Status-LED (3) leuchtet ebenfalls auf:

Grün = Die Stromversorgung ist in Ordnung.

Rot = Die Batterie muss gewechselt werden.

Blinkt am Empfänger = Es wird kein Signal

empfangen. (Ist der Sender eingeschaltet und

auf denselben Kanal eingestellt?)

3) Am Sender und am Empfänger densel-

ben Kanal einstellen: Die Taste SET / so

oft drücken, bis der gewünschte Kanal an-

gezeigt wird.

Um gleichzeitig mehrere Funkstrecken zu be-

treiben, z. B. die Kanäle 0, 2, 4, 9, C, E, F ver-

wenden. Diese stören sich nicht gegenseitig.

4) Signalquelle: Den Sender FLY-16T in den

Ausgang der Tonquelle (max. 0,775 V) ste-

cken, z. B. Mischpult, Aktivlautsprecherbox,

CD- / MP3-Spieler.

5) Signalempfänger: Den Empfänger FLY-16R

in eine Line-Pegel-Eingangsbuchse des Geräts

stecken, welches das zu übertragende Audio-

signal wiedergeben oder weiterverarbeiten

soll, z. B. Aktivlautsprecherbox, Verstärker.

Es lassen sich beliebig viele Empfänger be-

treiben, um das Signal des Senders z. B. über

mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig wiederzugeben.

6) Ausschalten: Die Taste kurz drücken, so-

dass das Display auﬂeuchtet. Dann die Taste

so lange gedrückt halten, bis die Status-LED

(3) und das Display (2) erlöschen.

2 Important Notes

The units (transmitter and receiver) correspond

to all relevant directives of the EU and are there-

fore marked with .

The units are suitable for indoor use only. Pro-

tect them against dripping water, splash water

and high air humidity. The admissible ambient

temperature range is 0 – 40 °C.

•

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never

use water or chemicals.

•

No guarantee claims for the units and no li-

ability for any resulting personal damage or

material damage will be accepted if the units

are used for other purposes than originally

intended, if they are not correctly connected

or operated or if they are not repaired in an

expert way.

If the units are to be put out of oper-

ation deﬁnitively, take them to a local

recycling plant for a disposal which is

not harmful to the environment.

3 Applications

The system consisting of FLY-16R and FLY-16T

makes wireless transmission of audio signals

quite easy and convenient. A transmission range

of up to 90 m is possible (depending on local

conditions). With this system, a wireless trans-

mission path can be used instead of long audio

cables, e. g. between a mixer and an active

speaker system for sound applications in adjoin-

ing rooms. There are various other applications

for the audio range.

3.1 Conformity and approval

the directive 2014 / 53 / EU. The EU declaration of

4 Operation

1) Power supply: Use the USB cable provided

to connect the micro USB port (4) of the

transmitter/ receiver to a 5 V USB power sup-

ply unit (e. g. PSS-1005USB) or insert a bat-

tery (size AA) into the battery compartment.

To open the compartment, slide the cover

with the grooves towards the antenna.

2) Switching on: Keep the button (5) pressed

for approx. 2 seconds until the display (2) is

illuminated.

The status LED (3) also lights up:

green = The power supply is OK.

red = Replace the battery.

LED ﬂashing on the receiver = No signal is

received. (Is the transmitter switched on and

set to the same channel?)

3) Set the transmitter and the receiver to

the same channel: Press the button SET /

repeatedly until the desired channel is dis-

played.

When using several wireless transmission

paths at the same time, use the channels

0, 2, 4, 9, C, E, F, for example. These channels

will not interfere with one another.

4) Signal source: Connect the transmitter

FLY-16T to the output of the audio source

(0.775 V max.), e. g. mixer, active speaker

system, CD/MP3 player.

5) Signal receiver: Connect the receiver FLY-

16R to a line level input jack of the unit used

for reproducing or processing the audio sig-

nal to be transmitted, e. g. active speaker

system, ampliﬁer.

Any number of receivers can be operated

to reproduce the signal of the transmitter, for

example, via several units at the same time.

6) Switching off: Brieﬂy press the button so

that the display is illuminated. Then keep the

button pressed until the status LED (3) and

the display (2) go out.

2 Conseils importants d’utilisation

Les appareils (émetteur et récepteur) répondent

à toutes les directives nécessaires de l’Union

européenne et portent donc le symbole .

Les appareils ne sont conçus que pour une

utilisation en intérieur. Protégez-les de tout

type de projections d’eau, des éclaboussures

et d’une humidité de l’air élevée. La tempéra-

ture ambiante admissible est 0 – 40 °C.

Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement un

chiffon sec et doux, en aucun cas de produits

chimiques ou d’eau.

Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de

dommages matériels ou corporels résultants si

les appareils sont utilisés dans un but autre que

celui pour lequel ils ont été conçus, s’ils ne sont

pas correctement branchés ou utilisés ou s’ils

ne sont pas réparés par une personne habili-

3 Possibilités d’utilisation

Avec le FLY-16R et le FLY-16T, on peut transmettre

facilement un signal audio sans ﬁl. Une portée

de 90 m au plus est possible (en fonction de la

conﬁguration des lieux). Avec ce système, on

remplace un câble audio long par une voie de

transmission sans ﬁl, par exemple entre une table

de mixage et une enceinte active pour sonoriser

des pièces annexes. Pour la plage audio, plusieurs

autres possibilités de réglages sont offertes.

3.1 Conformité et déclaration

Par la présente, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL

déclare que les appareils FLY-16R et FLY-16T

se trouvent en conformité avec la directive

4 Fonctionnement

1) Alimentation : Utilisez soit le cordon USB

livré pour relier le port micro USB (4) à une ali-

mentation USB 5 V (p. ex. PSS-1005USB) soit

placez une batterie (type R6) dans le compar-

timent batterie. Pour ouvrir le compartiment

batterie, poussez le couvercle avec les stries

vers l’antenne.

2) Allumage : Maintenez la touche (5) en-

foncée pendant 2 secondes environ jusqu’à

ce que l’afﬁchage (2) s’allume.

La LED d’état (3) brille également :

vert = L’alimentation est sans problème.

rouge = La batterie doit être remplacée.

clignote sur le récepteur : Aucun signal n’est

reçu. (L’émetteur est-il allumé et réglé sur le

même canal ?)

3) Réglez le même canal sur l’émetteur et

le récepteur : Appuyez sur la touche SET /

de manière répétée jusqu’à ce que le canal

voulu s’afﬁche.

Pour faire fonctionner simultanément plu-

sieurs voies de transmission sans ﬁl, utilisez

les canaux 0, 2, 4, 9, C, E, F, par exemple. Ils

n’interfèrent pas entre eux.

4) Source de signal : Reliez l’émetteur FLY-16T

à la sortie de la source audio (0,775 V max.),

par exemple table de mixage, enceinte active,

lecteur CD / MP3.

5) Récepteur du signal : Reliez le récepteur

FLY-16R à une prise d’entrée niveau ligne de

l’appareil qui doit restituer ou traiter le signal

audio transmis, par exemple enceinte active,

ampliﬁcateur.

Il est possible de faire fonctionner de

nombreux récepteurs pour transmettre le

signal de l’émetteur, par exemple simultané-

ment via plusieurs appareils.

6) Arrêt : Appuyez brièvement sur la touche

pour que l’afﬁchage brille. Ensuite, mainte-

nez la touche enfoncée jusqu’à ce que la

LED d’état (3) et l’afﬁchage (2) s’éteignent.
