TestMode:Thebuzzerbeepsfor5times,andtheredLEDflashes.
Hush
Inalarmmode,shortpressthetest/hushbuttontosilencethealarm(the
hushperiodis60seconds).
HushMode:Thebuzzerwillstopbeeping,andtheredLEDflashes.
HushPeriod:Afterthealarmissilenced,ifthesmokeconcentrationthat
causedthealertcontinues,thealarmwillreactivatein60seconds.
Reset
Whenthealarmisinhushmode(whenredLEDflashesandthebuzzerstops
beeping),shortpressthetest/hushbuttonagain,thealarmresumestothe
standbymode.
Inalarmmode,ifthesmokedissipates,thealarmmodewillbedeactivated
andthealarmwillautomaticallyresumetothestandbymode.

BATTERYINSTALLATIONandREPLACEMENT
InstallBattery
Tearoffthebatteryinsulation,putthebatteryintothebatteryholderandinsertittotheend.
ReplaceBattery
Removethebatteryfrombatteryholderandreplaceitwiththebatterymetstandardandpurchasedbya
regularmanufacturerafter30seconds.Testthedetectorforcorrectoperationusingtheself-checkbutton
wheneverthebaterriesarereplacedafterre-fittingthedetectorontothebatteryholder.Ifthedetectoris
notworkingproperly,pleasecontactthetechnicalsupport.
1.CAUTION:Riskofexplosionifthebatteryisreplacedbyanincorrecttype.
2.Improperreplacementofthebatterywithanincorrecttypemaydefeatasafeguard(forexample,inthe
caseofsomelithiumbatterytypes).
