2. Intended use
Rotary throughfeed DHAS-SCR12-H6:
Power transmission for endless rotations in the energy throughfeed of the ro-
tary indexing table DHTG-P4E4/-P4L12.
The rotary throughfeed works as a collector ring and is a wearing part.
3. Safety instructions and notes on mounting
Switch off power supply and compressed air before mounting work.
Observe the safety instructions ( applicable documents).
Do not connect or disconnect plug connectors when powered.

4. Dismounting
To mount the rotary throughfeed:
Dismount worn rotary throughfeed in reverse sequence to mounting.
To dismount the plug connectors:
Press interlock on the socket.
5. Mounting

Place coupling (A) onto the
rotor 2 up to the stop.

Clamp coupling (A) with the
screw (B) to the rotor 2
.
Observe the tightening
torque.

Guide plug 4 through the
openings in the housing
bottom part 6.
Place lines carefully. Do not
pinch!
Attach stator 3 with the
2 screws (C) in the housing
bottom part 6.
Position cut-out of the
coupling (A) accordingly.
Observe the tightening
torque.

Orient protective sleeve (D).
The chamfer is below.
Place protective sleeve (D)
onto the coupling (A) up to
the stop.

Push plug 1 onto the
socket on the rotary
indexing table 5 until the
interlock catches.
Place lines carefully. Do not
pinch!
Place centring sleeves (F) in
the housing bottom part 6.
Position coupling (A).
Insert pins (G) into the cut-
outs on the coupling
counter-piece of the rotary
indexing table 5.
The piece can be held and ad-
justments made through the
opening (H).

Fasten housing bottom
part 6 with the screws (I)
on the rotary indexing
table 5.
Observe the tightening
torque.

Push plug 4 onto the
socket of the cover 7 until
the interlock engages.
Place lines carefully.
Do not pinch!
Place cover 7 in the
opening (H) with light
rotation motions.

Fasten cover 7 with the
threaded pins (E).
Observe the tightening
torque.
