1.Please note the following installation instructions. Since there are great differences be-

tween PC's, we can only give you general instructions. If you are unsure, please refer to

the operating instructions for your computer.

2.Switch off your computer and all connected peripheral devices and unplug all devices from

the mains.

3. Loosen the case screws on the back of your computer and carefully remove the case.

4.- A low profile bracket is included with the EX3519 for narrow cases up to 8 cm in height.

5. Setting the Mode Switch

6.-Find a free PCIExpress slot and carefully insert the EX3519 into the selected PCI--

Express slot. Make sure that the EX3519 is plugged in correctly and that no short circuit -

occurs.

7. Now you can close the computer case again.

DRIVER INSTALLATION

Windows operating system

You need administrative rights to install the drivers.

1.-Insert the driver CD with the driver for the PCIe asm1061 SATA 3 2channel expansion

card into your CDROM drive. -

2. If found New Hardware Wizard screen is displayed, click Cancel

3. Locate the folder where the driver is located

4.-Doubleclick on "setup.exe" and run install program.

5.Follow the instructions of the install wizard to complete the driver installation.
