Tiere unerreichbar auf bewahren. Wurde
eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort
medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genom-
men werden.

VORSICHT – Verätzungsgefahr durch
Batteriesäure! Sollte eine Batterie aus-
gelaufen sein, den Kontakt von Haut,
Augen und Schleimhäuten mit der Batte-
riesäure vermeiden. Bei Kontakt mit Bat-
teriesäure die betroffenen Stellen sofort
mit reichlich klarem Wasser spülen und
umgehend einen Arzt aufsuchen.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Nur den in den technischen Daten an-
gegebenen Batterietyp verwenden.
■Immer alle Batterien ersetzen. Keine
verschiedenen Batterie- Typen, -Mar-
ken oder Batterien mit unterschiedlicher
Kapazität benutzen.
■Die Batterien aus dem Produkt heraus-
nehmen, wenn diese verbraucht sind
oder das Produkt längere Zeit nicht be-
nutzt wird. So werden Schäden durch
Auslaufen vermieden.
■Eine ausgelaufene Batterie sofort ent-
fernen.
■Das Produkt vor offenem Feuer und
Stößen schützen.
■
Das Produkt niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen! Es ist le-
diglich spritzwassergeschützt.

Bei extremen Wetterbedingungen (z. B.
Sturm, Hagel) oder wenn das Produkt
längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, das
Produkt ausschalten und an einem tro-
ckenen Ort bei Zimmertemperatur auf-
bewahren.

taktieren.

Zum Reinigen keine ätzenden oder
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwen-
den. Diese können die Oberfl äche be-
schädigen.
Lieferumfang
Den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit sowie
mögliche Transportschäden überprüfen.
Sollte ein Transportschaden vorliegen, das
Produkt nicht verwenden, sondern den Kun-
denservice kontaktieren.

Es werden zwei Batterien (1,5 V, Typ
AA) benötigt. Diese sind nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten.

Batterie einlegen / wechseln
Das Batteriefach befi ndet sich an der Ober-
seite der Dekosäule.
BEACHTEN: Vor dem Einlegen der Batteri-
en prüfen, ob die Kontakte im Produkt und an
den Batterien sauber sind, und ggf. reinigen.
1. Die Schale abnehmen.
2. Unter den Rand des Batteriefachs grei-
fen und dieses herausnehmen.
3. Die Schrauben mit einem Kreuzschlitz-
schraubendreher lösen und den Batte-
riefachdeckel abnehmen.
4. Gegebenenfalls verbrauchte Batterien
entnehmen und 2 neue 1,5 V-Batterien
des Typs AA einlegen. Dabei auf die
korrekte Polarität (+ / –) achten (siehe
Innenseite Batteriefach).
5. Den Batteriefachdeckel aufsetzen
und mit den Schrauben fi xieren.
Dabei auf die richtige Position des
Ein- / Ausschalters achten.
6. Das Batteriefach in die Aussparung auf
der Oberseite der Dekosäule einsetzen
und festdrücken.
Wenn die Leistung des Produktes nachlässt
oder es zu fl ackern beginnt, sollten die
Batterien ersetzt werden.
Bei starken Minustemperaturen kann
die Batterieleistung stark beeinträch-
tigt werden.
Benutzung
1. Produkt platzieren – Das Produkt an
geeigneter Stelle auf stellen.
2. Einschalten – Den Ein- / Ausschalter
an der Dekosäule drücken, um die LED
einzuschalten.
TIMER: Die LED leuchtet für 6 Stunden,
bevor sie sich automatisch ausschaltet.
Sie kann jederzeit wieder eingeschaltet
werden, indem der Ein- / Ausschalter er-
neut gedrückt wird.
3. Ausschalten – Den Ein- / Ausschalter
erneut drücken, um die LED auszu-
schalten.
Entsorgung
Das Verpackungsmaterial umwelt-
gerecht entsorgen und der Wertstoff-
sammlung zuführen.
Batterien sind vor der Entsorgung
des Produktes zu ent nehmen und
getrennt vom Produkt an entspre-
chenden Sammelstellen abzugeben.
Dieses Produkt unterliegt der euro-
päischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU für
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
(WEEE). Dieses Produkt nicht als
normalen Hausmüll, sondern um-
weltgerecht über einen behördlich
zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb

Intended Use
• This product is suitable for use as a dec-
oration indoors and outdoors. The bowl
can be planted with fl
owers,

water etc.

scribed in these instructions. Any other
use is deemed to be improper.

Keep the product and the packaging
material away from children and ani-
mals.
■WARNING – Danger of Burns from
Battery Acid! Batteries can be deadly
if swallowed. Keep batteries and the
product out of the reach of children and
animals. If a battery is swallowed, seek
medical assistance immediately.
■CAUTION – Danger of Burns from
Battery Acid! If a battery has leaked,
do not allow your skin, eyes and mu-
cous membranes to come into contact
with the battery acid. If you touch bat-
tery acid, rinse the affected area with
abundant fresh water immediately and
contact a doctor as soon as possible.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Mate-
rial and Property
■Use only the battery type speci
fi ed in
the technical data.
■
Always replace all batteries together.
Do not use batteries of different types
or brands, or batteries with different ca-
pacities.
■
Take the batteries out of the product
when they are dead or if the product is
not going to be used for a prolonged pe-
riod. This will prevent any damage if a
battery leaks.
■
Remove a leaking battery immediately.
■Protect the product from naked
fl ames
and impact.
■
Never immerse the prodcut in water
or other liquids. It is only resistant to
splashing.
■During extreme weather conditions
(e. g. storm, hail) or if the product will not
be used for a prolonged period, switch
off the product and store it in a dry place
at room temperature.
■Do not take the product apart and do not
attempt to repair it. In the event of any
damage, please contact our customer
service department.
■Do not use any caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents for cleaning. These can
damage the surface.

Inserting / Changing the Battery
The battery compartment is located on the
top of the decorative column.
PLEASE NOTE: Before inserting the bat-
teries, check whether the contacts in the
product and on the batteries are clean, and
clean them if necessary.
1. Take off the bowl.
2. Reach under the edge of the battery
compartment and take it off.
3. Undo the screws with a cross-head
screwdriver and remove the battery
compartment cover.
4. Take used batteries out if necessary
and insert two new batteries (1.5 V, AA
type). Pay attention to the correct polar-
ity (+ / –) (see inside of battery compart-
ment).
5. Place the battery compartment cover
back and fi x it in place with the screws.
Make sure the On / Off switch is in the
correct position.
6. Insert the battery compartment into the
recess on the top of the decorative col-
umn and press it shut.
If the performance of the product diminishes
or it starts to fl icker, the batteries should be
replaced.
The battery performance may be
severely restricted in temperatures
well below freezing.
Use
1. Positioning the Product – Set up the
product in a suitable place.
2. Switching On – Press the On / Off
switch on the decorative column to
switch on the LED.
TIMER: The LED lights up for 6 hours
before automatically switching off.
It can
be switched back on again at any time
by pressing the On / Off switch again.
3. Switching Off – Press the On / Off
switch again to switch off the LED.

Disposal
Dispose of the packaging material in

Si une pile fuit, évitez tout contact de la
peau, des yeux ou des muqueuses avec
l’électrolyte. En cas de contact avec
l’électrolyte, rincez immédiatement et
abondamment à l’eau claire les zones
touchées, puis consultez un médecin
sans attendre.
AVIS – Pour éviter tout risque de
dégâts matériels
■Utilisez uniquement le type de pile indi-
qué dans les caractéristiques techniques.
■Remplacez toujours toutes les piles en
même temps. N’utilisez pas de piles de
type, de marque ou de capacité différents.
■
Retirez les piles du produit lorsqu’elles
sont usées ou si vous n’utilisez plus
le produit pendant une assez longue
période. Vous éviterez ainsi les dom-
mages dus à d’éventuelles fuites.
■
Toute pile qui fuit doit être remplacée
sur le champ.
■
Veillez à ce que le produit ne soit pas
soumis à des chocs ; maintenez-le loin
de toute fl amme et source de chaleur.
■N’immergez jamais le produit dans l’eau
ou tout autre liquide. Il est seulement doté
d’une protection anti-éclaboussures.
■
Dans des conditions météorologiques
extrêmes (par ex. en cas de tempête ou
d’orage de grêle) ou lorsque le produit
n’est pas utilisé pendant une période
prolongée, éteignez-le et rangez-le dans
un endroit sec à température ambiante.
■Ne démontez pas le produit et ne tentez
pas de le réparer. En cas d’endommage-
ment, contactez le service après-vente.

Pour le nettoyage, n’utilisez pas de pro-
duits nettoyants corrosifs ou abrasifs.
Ces produits risqueraient d’endomma-
ger les surfaces.
Composition
Vérifi ez que l’ensemble livré est complet et
ne présente pas de dommage imputable au
transport. En cas de dommages subis au
cours du transport, n’utilisez pas le produit,
mais contactez le service après-vente.

Mise en place / remplacement des
piles
Le compartiment à piles se trouve au ni-
veau de la partie supérieure de la colonne
décorative.
À NOTER : avant de mettre les piles en
place, vérifi ez si les contacts dans le produit
et sur les piles sont propres ; nettoyez-les le
cas échéant.
1. Ôtez la coupelle.
2. Glissez les doigts sous le rebord du
compartiment à piles et retirez celui-ci.
3. Desserrez les vis à l’aide d’un tournevis
cruciforme pour ôter le cache du com-
partiment à piles.
4. Retirez les piles éventuellement usa-
gées et insérez deux piles neuves
(1,5 V, type AA). Veuillez respecter la
polarité (+ / –) (voir intérieur du compar-
timent à piles).
5. Remettez en place le cache du
compartiment à piles en resserrant les
vis. Veillez à la position correcte de
l’interrupteur marche / arrêt.
6. Engagez le compartiment à piles dans
l’évidement sur la partie supérieure de
la colonne décorative et appuyez ferme-
ment dessus.
Lorsque le produit perd de sa puissance
ou que la lumière vacille, il faut changer les
piles.
La puissance des piles peut
être fortement limitée en cas de
températures négatives importantes.
Utilisation
1. Positionnement du produit – placez
le produit à l’endroit approprié.
2. Mise en marche – appuyez sur
l’interrupteur marche / arrêt de la
colonne décorative pour allumer la DEL.
TIMER (minuterie) : la DEL reste
allumée pendant 6 heures avant de
s’éteindre automatiquement.
Elle peut
être rallumée à tout moment en ap-
puyant une nouvelle fois sur l’interrup-
teur marche / arrêt.
3. –Arrêt Appuyez à nouveau sur l’interrup-
teur marche / arrêt pour éteindre la DEL.
Mise au rebut
Débarrassez-vous des matériaux
d’emballage dans le respect de l’en-
vironnement en les déposant à un
point de collecte prévu à cet effet.
Avant la mise au rebut du produit, les
piles doivent en être retirées et être
remises séparément à un point de
collecte approprié.
Ce produit est assujetti à la directive
européenne 2012/19/ UE applicable
aux déchets d’équipements élec-
triques et électroniques (DEEE). Ce
produit ne doit pas être jeté avec les
ordures ménagères et doit être mis
au rebut dans le respect de l’environ-
nement par une entreprise de recy-
clage agréée.
