Die Bohrmaschine arbeitet mit 12 - 18 V Gleichstrom und kann an 12 - 18 V
Akkus und Transformatoren angeschlossen werden. Beim Anschluss an die
Stromquelle achten Sie bitte immer darauf, dass der rote Stecker an den
+ Pol und der schwarze Stecker an den - Pol angeschlossen wird
(Rechtslauf). Die Kleinbohrmaschine ist ausgerĂŒstet mit einem
Spannzangenbohrkopf mit 4 Messing-Spannzangen (0,3-1,0 / 0,8-1,7 / 1,6-
2,4 / 2,4-3,2 mm). Die Spannzangen sind je nach StÀrke des zu
verwendeten Bohrers bzw. Schaftdurchmessers des Einsatzwerkzeuges zu
wechseln. Der Spannzangenbohrkopf kann jederzeit gegen unser
Schnellspannbohrfutter (No. 1532 oder No. 1533/No.1534) gewechselt
werden. Spannung 12 - 18VDC, Leistung 45 W, mittlere Stromaufnahme
ca. 1 A, Umdreh./Min., Leerlauf 12.000 - 20.000, Gewicht 160 g, LĂ€nge 160
mm, Ă 34 mm. 3 LED in der Kappe garantieren einen sicheren Blick auf die
Bohrspitze auch bei geringen Ă€uĂeren LichtverhĂ€ltnissen (in GerĂ€ten, im
Modellbau, im Eisenbahntunnel usw.).
Mit Miniaturkugellager fĂŒr spielfreien Lauf. Ideal fĂŒr feine, genaue und
prÀzise Arbeiten.
The drill works with approx. 12 V -18 V direct current and can be connected to 12 - 18 V
storage batteries and/or adapters. When connecting to the power source always make
sure to insert the red plug to the +pole and the black one to the -pole (clockwise rotation).
The small drill is equipped with a drill head and 4 different brass collet chucks
(0.3-1.0/0.8-1.7/1.6-2.4/2.4-3.2mm). The collets are to be changed according to the drill
and/or shank diameter of the bit used. The collet chuck head can be exchanged at any time
against our quick-change-chuck (no. 1532 or no. 1533/no.1534). Voltage 12 - 18 Vdc,
power rating 45 W, average power consumption approx. 1 A, 12.000 - 20.000 rev/min
(no-load operation), weight 160 g, length 160 mm, dia. 34 mm.
3 LED in the cap guarantee a safe view of the drilling tip even with faint surrounding light
conditions (in devices, in model construction, in the railway tunnel etc.). Naturally also with
miniature ball bearing for free from play running. Ideal for fine, exact and precise jobs.

Wenn Sie oft seitlich Druck ausĂŒben mĂŒssen (Schleifen, Trennen, SĂ€gen)
empfehlen wir eine Bohrmaschine mit Kugellagerung (No. 0500, 0550,
0600, 0650, 0800). Die Rundlaufeigenschaften können bei seitlichem
Druck durch die kugelgelagerte BohrfĂŒhrung nicht leiden.
Sehr starkes Abbremsen oder Festhalten des Bohrkopfes bei laufendem
Motor beansprucht den Motor sehr stark und setzt die Lebensdauer herab.
Wenn Sie die Maschinen ĂŒber lĂ€ngere Zeit mit höchsten
Umdrehungszahlen fahren (18.000 - 20.000 U/min., 18 V), werden die
Motoren heiĂ und die Hitze ĂŒbertrĂ€gt sich auf das GehĂ€use. Um eine
Verformung zu vermeiden, sollten Sie von Zeit zu Zeit eine Arbeitspause
einlegen. Solange Sie die Maschine in der Hand halten können, ist dieser
Fall nicht gegeben. Die Maschinen sind wartungsfrei. Der Motor benötigt
weder Ăl noch Fett. Sollten Bohrfutter oder Bohrkopf nicht mehr
leichtgĂ€ngig sein, geben Sie einen Tropfen Ăl ans Gewinde.
Werkzeuge sind spitz und kantig â Verletzungsgefahr!

If you often have to exert pressure laterally, (grinding, cutting, sawing), we recommend a
drill with ball-bearing (No. 0500, 0550, 0600, 0650, 0800). The cyclic testing characteristics
do not suffer from lateral pressure by a drill with ball bearing. Very strong braking action
or holding the chuck while the motor is running is a great strain on the machine and affects
its life-span. If you use the tools for long periods at maximum rotations (approx. 18.000 â
20.000 rpm., 18 V), the motor gets hot and the heat reaches the casing. In order to avoid
the deformation of the tool you shoud make a break from time to time.As long as the
machine can be held in the bare hand, there is no danger of damage. The drills are
maintenance-free. The motors need neither oil nor grease. If the chucks becomes stiff, put
a drop of oil on the screw-thread.
Tools are pointed and sharp edged - danger of injury!
Use always eye protection when working! Keep away from children!
Si lâon doit souvent faire une pression latĂ©rale (rectifiant, coupant, sciant), nous
recommandons un appareil avec roulement Ă billes (no. 0500, 0550, 0600, 0650, 0800). Il
est démontré que les appareils avec roulements à billes ne sont pas sujets à déformation.
Le freinage ou le blocage du mandrin pendant que le moteur fonctionne est provoque une
forte contrainte sur lâappareil et en affecte sa durĂ©e de vie. Le fonctionnement de longue
durée au maximum des rotations (env.. 18,000 - 20,000 t/min., 18 V) fait chauffer le
moteur et de consĂ©quence le boĂźtier. Tant que lâon peut tenir lâappareil Ă main nue il n'y a
aucun danger de dĂ©gĂąts. Les perceuses nâont pas besoin d'entretien. Les moteurs n'ont
besoin ni d'huile ni de graisse. Si le mandrin perdait sa flexibilitĂ©, une goutte dâhuile dans
le trou porte-outil lui rendra sa fonction.
Les outils sont pointus et les bords tranchants - risque de blessure!
Protéger toujours les yeux ! Tenir hors de la portée des enfants !
