Modo de ahorro de
energía
Cuando el artículo no se usa
durante aprox. 3 minutos, pasa
automáticamente al modo de
ahorro de energía. La pantalla
muestra únicamente la hora.
Reiniciar el artículo
Para realizar cambios en
los ajustes personales se
debe reiniciar el artículo por
completo. Para ello pulse la
tecla MODE y la tecla SET a la
vez durante aprox. 3 segundos.
Los materiales de embalaje,
como bolsas de plástico, no se
deben dejar en manos de los
niños. Conserve el material de
embalaje fuera del alcance de
los niños.
Daños medioambienta-
les por la eliminación
incorrecta de pilas/
acumuladores. No deseche las
pilas/acumuladores con la
basura doméstica. Pueden
contener metales pesados y
deben ser tratados como residuos
especiales. Los símbolos químicos
de los metales pesados son estos:
Cd = cadmio, Hg = mercurio, Pb
= plomo. Por ello, elimine las
pilas/acumuladores en un punto
de recogida comunitario.
Esto es válido también para
las piezas reemplazadas o
reparadas. Las reparaciones

Velocidad
La velocidad actual (Current
Speed = «CUS») y media
(Average Speed = «AVS») se
muestran en km/h.
Temperatura
Se muestra la temperatura
actual (17).
Utilización
Fije el artículo mediante el
clip para cinturón o métalo
en el bolsillo delantero del
pantalón. El artículo debe estar
bien sujeto para poder medir
correctamente.
Almacenamiento,
limpieza
Si no va a utilizarlo, almacene
siempre el artículo seco y
limpio, sin pilas y a temperatura
ambiente.
Límpielo únicamente pasando
un paño de limpieza seco.
¡IMPORTANTE! No lo limpie
con productos de limpieza
agresivos.
El logo «Triman» solo se aplica
en Francia. Para más información
sobre la eliminación del artículo,

Os símbolos químicos dos
metais pesados são os

actuales.
Modo STEP
Se muestra el número de pasos
medidos del día actual, así
como el tiempo activo.
Nota: el artículo está
equipado con un filtro de
10 pasos para aumentar la
precisión del número de pasos.
Esto requiere por lo menos
10 pasos para que el sensor
registre el comportamiento del
usuario en cuanto al cálculo
de velocidad y distancia. Por
tanto, la visualización inicial
del número de pasos está por
encima de 10.

- Ajuste el día de la semana

- Ajuste su peso. («Weight»,
Fig. J).
Nota: tenga en cuenta que
la entrada de peso hace
referencia a las cargas
adicionales como ropa o
mochila.

- Ajuste su longitud de paso
(«Step-Length», Fig. L).
Nota: el artículo muestra una
longitud de paso media que se
calcula a partir de la altura que
usted haya introducido.
Para obtener resultados de
medición más precisos, puede
calcular la longitud de su paso
y modificarla manualmente.
Mida una distancia corta de
máx. 10 metros y cuente los
pasos que necesita para esa
distancia. Divida la distancia
entre el número de pasos y
obtendrá la longitud de paso.
Confirme su selección pulsando
nuevamente la tecla SET.
Funciones
Pulse varias veces la tecla
MODE para alternar los
distintos modos (hora, STEP y
memoria de 7 días).

Armazenamento e
limpeza
Se não utilizar o artigo, guar-
de-o sempre seco, limpo e sem

limpeza seco.
IMPORTANTE! Nunca efetue

limpeza agressivos.

Pode alterar a hora sem
eliminar os seus dados de
treino armazenados.
Para isso, no modo de hora,
mantenha premido o botão SET
até aparecer a indicação TIME
no visor.
Nota: introduza novamente a
hora e o dia da semana depois
de ter substituído a bateria do
artigo.

• Respete la polaridad (+/-)
cuando las coloque.
• Sustituya todas las pilas al
mismo tiempo y elimine las
pilas viejas conforme a las
ordenanzas.
• ¡Advertencia! Las pilas
no deben cargarse ni
reactivarse con otros medios,
desmontarse, tirarse al fuego
ni ponerse en cortocircuito.
• Guarde las pilas siempre
fuera del alcance de los
niños.
Se eliminan los datos
guardados. El artículo regresa
al modo Ajustes.
Nota: esta función estará
disponible una vez que
haya introducido sus datos
personales y al confirmar con
la tecla SET.
Ajuste de la hora
Puede modificar la hora
sin perder los datos de
entrenamiento guardados.
Para ello, mantenga pulsada
la tecla SET en el modo Hora
hasta que aparezca en la
pantalla la visualización TIME.
Nota: ajuste la hora y el día
de la semana otra vez después
de cambiar la pila del artículo.

a troca do aparelho dá-se
início a um novo prazo de
garantia. Depois de expirada a

pilas entrara en contacto
con los ojos, ¡enjuáguelos
con agua y consulte a un
médico de inmediato para
su tratamiento!
• Los bornes de conexión
no deben ponerse en
cortocircuito.
Puesta en marcha
Retire la película protectora de
la pantalla.
Quite el clip para el cinturón
(5) empujando hacia arriba
el dispositivo de bloqueo y
apartando el clip para cinturón
(Fig. B).
Colocación de la pila
¡ADVERTENCIA! Tenga
en cuenta las siguientes
instrucciones para evitar
daños mecánicos y
eléctricos.
Inserte la pila incluida antes del
primer uso del artículo.

do utilizador relativamente ao

de passos será superior a 10.
– Pressione repetidamente o
botão SET para alternar,
dentro do modo STEP, entre
as diferentes indicações de
período ativo, distância,
gasto de calorias, queima
de gorduras, velocidade
atual, velocidade média e
temperatura (Fig. E a F).

Inserir a pilha

na parte inferior do artigo

polos mais/menos da pilha e à
inserção correta.

of the week again after you
replace the batteries.
Use
Fasten the product with the belt
clip, or put it into one of your
front trouser pockets. The prod-
uct must fit snugly to measure
data accurately.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always
store the product dry, clean,
without batteries and at room
temperature.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth
only.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the
product with harsh cleaning
agents.
To do this, keep the MODE
button and the SET button
pressed down at the same
time for approx. 3 seconds. All
saved data will be deleted. The
device then switches back into
the setting mode.
Note: This function is only
available to you after you input
your personal information and
after you have pressed the SET
button.
Setting the time
You can change the time without
deleting the saved training data.
In the time mode, keep the SET
button pressed down until the
TIME indicator appears on the
display.
Speed
The calories (Calorie = “C”)
used and fat burned (Fat-burn-
ing = “F”) on a given day are
displayed in g.
Temperature
The current temperature (17)
is shown.
Previous-day mode
and 7-day storage
Press the MODE button twice to
reach this mode. The number of
steps, exercise timer, distance
covered, calorie-counter,
fat-burning values and average
speed each day is automat-
ically stored by the product.
The values are reset each day
at 0:00.
- Press the SET button several
times to scroll through the
stored data of the last 7 days,
as well as the overall total
distance ODO (odometer).
Switching on the backlight
Press the MODE button for
approx. 3 seconds. The back-
light will switch on for around
3 seconds.
Energy saving mode
If the product is not used for ap-
prox. 3 minutes, it automatically
switches into energy saving
mode. The display simply
shows the time.
Resetting the product
To change the personal set-
tings, you must reset the device
completely.
Activity duration
Activity duration (Time = „T“) of
the product on the given day is
displayed.
Distance
The distance covered (Distance
= „D“) on a given day is
displayed (in km).
Calories used and fat
burned
The calories (Calorie = “C”)
used and fat burned (Fat-burn-
ing = “F”) on a given day are
displayed in g.
Note: The calories used infor-
mation is only an approximate
value.
Note: The product has been
fitted with a 10-step filter, to
ensure a higher level of accura-
cy. The sensor requires at least
10 steps, to record the active
behaviour of the user, with
regard to speed and distance
calculation. The initial display
of the number of steps will
therefore be higher than 10.

times to switch through activi-
ty duration, distance, calories
used, fat-burning, current
speed, average speed, and
temperature in STEP mode.

Batterie einsetzen
ACHTUNG! Beachten Sie
folgende Anweisungen,
um mechanische und elek-
trische Beschädigungen
zu vermeiden.
Setzen Sie vor der ersten
Verwendung des Artikels die
beiliegende Batterie ein.
1. Schieben Sie die Batteriefach-
abdeckung (6) von dem Bat-
teriefach (7) an der Unterseite
des Artikels (Abb. C).
2. Legen Sie die Batterie
vorsichtig in das Batteriefach
ein.
Die Batterie muss sich komplett
im Batteriefach befinden.
Defekte oder verbrauchte
Batterien/Akkus müssen gemäß
Richtlinie 2006/66/EG und
deren Änderungen recycelt
werden. Geben Sie Batterien/
Akkus und/oder den Artikel
über die angebotenen Sam-
meleinrichtungen zurück.
Verpackungsmaterialien, wie z.
B. Folienbeutel, gehören nicht
in Kinderhände. Bewahren Sie
das Verpackungsmaterial für
Kinder unerreichbar auf.

Inbetriebnahme
Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie von
dem Display ab.

hend vorschriftsmäßig. Tragen
Sie dabei Handschuhe.
• Wenn Sie mit Batteriesäure
in Berührung kommen,
waschen Sie die betreffende
Stelle mit Wasser und Seife.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie die Uhr-
zeit und den Wochentag erneut
ein, nachdem Sie die Batterie
im Artikel ausgetauscht haben.
Verwendung
Befestigen Sie den Artikel
mittels des Gürtelclips oder
stecken Sie ihn in eine der
vorderen Hosentaschen. Der
Artikel muss fest anliegen, um
genau messen zu können.
Lagerung, Reinigung
Lagern Sie den Artikel bei
Nichtbenutzung immer trocken,
sauber, ohne Batterien und bei
Raumtemperatur.
Nur mit einem trockenen Reini-
gungstuch sauber wischen.
• Benutzen Sie keine verschiede-
nen Batterie-Typen, -Marken,
keine neuen und gebrauchten
Batterien miteinander oder
solche mit unterschiedlicher
Kapazität, da diese auslaufen
und somit Schäden verursa-
chen können.
• Beachten Sie die Polarität
(+/–) beim Einlegen.
• Tauschen Sie alle Batterien
gleichzeitig aus und entsor-
gen Sie die alten Batterien
vorschriftsmäßig.
• Warnung! Batterien dürfen
nicht geladen oder mit
anderen Mitteln reaktiviert,
nicht auseinandergenommen,
nicht ins Feuer geworfen oder
kurzgeschlossen werden.
Hintergrundbeleuchtung
einschalten
Drücken Sie ca. 3 Sekunden
lang die MODE-Taste. Die Hin-
tergrundbeleuchtung schaltet sich
für ca. 3 Sekunden lang an.
Energiesparmodus
Wenn der Artikel ca. 3 Minuten
lang nicht benutzt wird, schaltet
er automatisch in den Energie-
sparmodus. Das Display zeigt
lediglich die Uhrzeit an.
Artikel zurücksetzen
Um Änderungen an den persönli-
chen Einstellungen vornehmen zu
können, müssen Sie den Artikel
vollständig zurücksetzen. Drü-
cken Sie dazu die MODE-Taste
und die SET-Taste gleichzeitig für
ca. 3 Sekunden.
• Bewahren Sie Batterien
immer außerhalb der Reich-
weite von Kindern auf.
• Verwenden Sie keine wieder-
aufladbaren Batterien!
• Reinigung und Benutzer-War-
tung dürfen nicht von Kin-
dern ohne Beaufsichtigung
durchgeführt werden.
• Reinigen Sie bei Bedarf
und vor dem Einlegen die
Batterie- und Gerätekontakte.
• Setzen Sie die Batterien kei-
nen extremen Bedingungen
aus (z. B. Heizkörper oder
direkte Sonneneinstrahlung).
Es besteht ansonsten erhöhte
Auslaufgefahr.
Die gespeicherten Daten wer-
den gelöscht. Der Artikel kehrt
in den Einstellmodus zurück.
Hinweis: Diese Funktion
steht Ihnen erst zur Verfügung,
nachdem Sie Ihre persönlichen
Daten eingegeben und durch
Drücken der SET-Taste bestätigt
haben.
Uhrzeit einstellen
Sie können die Uhrzeit ändern,
ohne die gespeicherten Trai-
ningsdaten zu löschen.
Halten Sie dazu im Uhrzeit-
modus die SET-Taste solange
gedrückt, bis die TIME-Anzeige
im Display erscheint.

7-Tage-Speicher
Drücken Sie zweimal die MO-
DE-Taste, um in diesen Modus
zu gelangen. Die Schrittzahl,
Übungstimer, zurückgelegte
Strecke, Kalorienzähler,
Fettverbrennung und durch-
schnittliche Geschwindigkeit
eines jeden Tages speichert der
Artikel automatisch. Die Werte
werden jeweils um 0:00 Uhr
zurückgesetzt.
- Drücken Sie mehrfach die
SET-Taste, um durch die ge-
speicherten Daten der letzten
7 Tage sowie die bisher
insgesamt zurückgelegte
Strecke ODO (Odometer) zu
blättern.

Die Bewegungszeit (Time = „T“)
des Artikels am aktuellen Tag
wird angezeigt.
Strecke
Die zurückgelegte Strecke
(Distance = „D“) des aktuellen
Tages (in km) wird angezeigt.

Note: The product shows an
average step-length, which is
ascertained via your body size
entry. For more accurate meas-
urements, you can ascertain
your personal step-length, and
change it manually. Measure
a short distance of 10 metres,
and count the steps required for
this distance.
Divide the distance by the
number of steps, and you will
obtain your step length.
Confirm your selection by press-
ing the SET button again.

times, to switch through the
various modes (Time, STEP, as
well as the 7-day storage).

The current time and the day
of the week is displayed in the

The amount of steps measured
on the given day, as well as
the duration of activity, are

Inserting the battery
CAUTION! Observe the
following instructions to
avoid mechanical and
electrical damage.
Before using for the first time,
insert the included battery.
1. Slide the battery compartment
lid (6) off the battery compart-
ment (7), on the underside of
the product (Fig. C).
2. Carefully insert the batteries
into the battery compart-
ment. The battery must be
completely fitted into the
battery compartment.

Replacing the batteries
CAUTION! Observe the
following instructions to
avoid mechanical and
electrical damage.
When the battery is no longer
functioning properly, replace
it as described in the insertion
instructions above. Remove the
battery in the product before
inserting a new one.
Note: All saved data remains
stored when the battery is
changed, except time, day of
the week and daily values.
Please be sure not to scratchthe
display while changing the
battery.
Note: Check the plus/minus
poles of the batteries and insert
them correctly.
Note: The product now
performs a quick display check.
All products on the display
appear for approx. 1 second.
The product then switches to the
setting mode.
3. Slide the battery compart-
ment lid onto the battery
compartment.
4. Fasten the belt clip to the
product.

the distance unit in “KM”, the
weight unit will be in “kg” for-
mat, and the length unit will be
in “cm” format. If you decide
to use “Miles”, the product will
show weight in “lb” format and
length in “inch”.

Initial setup
Remove the protective foil from
the display.

tenance may not be carried

to extreme conditions (e.g.

• Batteries can endanger life

children for this reason. Seek

• Do not use different
battery types or brands,
new and used batteries in
combination, or batteries
with different capacities, as
they leak and can thus cause
damage.

when inserting batteries.
• Change all batteries at the
same time and dispose of the
old batteries properly.

be charged or reactivated in
any way. They may not be
dismantled, thrown into fire,
