When using electrical appliances, especially when

children are present, basic safety precautions should

ADVANCED™ MICRO-

DERMABRASION TOOL

DANGER – Any appliance is electrically

live, even when the switch is off.

WARNING – To reduce the risk of

burns, electrocution, fire, injury or death to

persons:

1. Always unplug appliance from electrical

outlet immediately after using (except when charging

tool). Do not allow to be used as a toy.

2. Do not place or store appliance where it could fall or

be pulled into a tub or sink.

3. Do not use appliance while bathing or in the shower.

4. Do not place appliance in or drop into water or

other liquids.

5. If appliance has fallen into water, do not reach for it.

Unplug immediately.

6. Unplug this appliance before cleaning.

7. Do not use device if it is not working properly or if it

has been dropped, damaged, or dropped into water.

8. Do not place or store the charging cable where it

can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.

9. Do not immerse charging cable in water or any

in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before

16. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug,

CAUTION –

2. Ensure jack is plugged into the tool before

plugging the USB cable into the outlet.

3. Do not operate appliance with a damaged housing or

4. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or when

not in use.

5. Be sure voltage is correct before plugging in. The

rated input is 5V DC 1.0A.

The SKN by conair pore purifier advanced™ micro-

dermabrasion tool handle, attachment heads and

charging cable have no serviceable parts. If any com-

ponent is damaged, it must be replaced. Call

1-800-3-CONAIR to purchase replacements.

SPECIAL CAUTIONS FOR DELICATE AREAS

The SKN by conair™ Microdermabrasion Tool is

designed to gently clean your pores and exfoliate your

skin without irritation, for healthy-looking results.

If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin condition, or

if you think you have very sensitive skin, please

consult your physician before use.

We recommend starting on the LOW SPEED/SUCTION

setting and increasing to HIGH SPEED/SUCTION,

depending on how your skin reacts to treatment. If rash

or irritation occurs, stop use.

This is not a medical device and is not intended to be

used to treat any medical conditions.

We recommend not sharing the device. If you experi-

ence any pain or discomfort during use, stop using and

consult your physician.

FEATURES

TWO SPEED OPTIONS

The two speeds available on your SKN by conair

pore purifier advanced™ microdermabrasion tool

allow you to customize your skincare routine to suit

your individual needs.

WARM PLATE

The warm plate on the bottom of the tool helps to

open pores, leaving skin feeling bright and smooth.

ATTACHMENTS

SMALL PORE EXTRACTOR: To remove blackheads

& whiteheads.

LARGE PORE EXTRACTOR: To target clogged pores.

2 CRYSTAL DIAMOND HEAD TIPS: For deep

RECHARGEABLE

The SKN by conair pore purifier advanced™

microdermabrasion tool is cordless and requires a

full charge before use. After tool is fully charged, it

can provide up to 120 minutes of use without

recharging.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS

This device has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion

battery.

Do not throw device into fire, apply heat to it, or

charge, use in a high-temperature environment.

CHARGING THE SKN BY CONAIR

PORE PURIFIER ADVANCED™

MICRODERMABRASION TOOL

1. Before using the SKN by conair pore purifier

advanced™ microdermabrasion tool for the first time,

it must be fully charged for 2.5–3.5 hours. Plug the

DC jack into the side of the unit, then plug power

cable and adapter into wall outlet. The white LED will

begin to flash, indicating that the tool is charging.

2. The charging indicator will FLASH WHITE when

charging. Once fully charged, the light will illuminate

SOLID WHITE. Always check to be sure that the

charging light illuminates when you plug the charging

cable into

the outlet.

3. The white light will start flashing for 5 seconds and

then shut off when the unit reaches low battery

capacity during operation.

4. The adapter may become warm while charging —

this is normal. Once fully charged, the device can

provide 120 minutes of use.

5. In order to maintain the optimum capacity of the

rechargeable battery, the SKN by conair pore purifier

advanced™ microdermabrasion tool should be given

a full 2.5–3.5-hour charge every 3 months.

6. Remove charging cable from unit and unplug

adapter from outlet when not in use. Do not unplug

the adapter from the wall when it is still connected to

the unit. This will cause the battery to discharge.

STARTING THE SKN BY CONAIR PORE PURIFIER

ADVANCED™ MICRODERMABRASION TOOL AND

SELECTING THE SPEED/SUCTION LEVEL

Press the power button once to turn on the device

in low speed/suction. For a deeper exfoliation or

stronger suction, press button 2 times for high

speed/suction. The corresponding light will

illuminate.

STOPPING THE SKN BY CONAIR PORE PURIFIER

ADVANCED™ MICRODERMABRASION TOOL

At any time, the SKN by conair pore purifier

advanced™ microdermabrasion tool can be stopped

by pressing and holding the power switch button

for more than 1 second.

TURNING ON THE WARM PLATE

Press and hold the Warm Plate Button for 1 second

to activate the WARM PLATE. After 5 minutes in this

setting, the device will go into standby mode.

TURNING OFF THE WARM PLATE

At any time, the WARM PLATE can be stopped by

pressing and holding the Warm Plate Button for

more than 1 second.

ATTACHING AND REMOVING

MICRODERMABRASION/PORE

EXTRACTOR HEADS

To attach the different attachments, hold the unit

and push the attachment onto the post until it

snaps in place. To remove attachment head, simply

pull attachment off of the unit.

OPERATING

INSTRUCTIONS

Warm Plate and Attachments

1. Thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin.

2. To open pores for better results, use the warm

plate before using the microdermabrasion or pore

extractor attachments.

3. Test warm plate on a small area of the neck or

forearm.

4. Applying light pressure, slide the warm plate

gently over the facial skin. Apply in such a way

that it gently warms the skin.

5. When warm treatment is complete, turn off and

continue with microdermabrasion attachments.

6. Test microdermabrasion attachment on a small

area of the neck or forearm.

7. Pull the skin taut with your free hand to allow the

device to smoothly glide over the skin.

8. Move device in an upward, fluid motion across

the skin. Do not hover in any spots.

Do not use directly above or below eyes.

9. Immediately after treatment wash and dry

the skin.

10. Apply a calming toner and recovery moisturizer.

11. Clean the attachment heads and unit, including

the warm plate, after each use. See User

Maintenance Instructions for more information on

cleaning the device and heads.

12. Wait 6 to 7 days between treatments.

NOTE: Do not do more than two passes

over the same area during treatment.

SKN BY CONAIR PORE PURIFIER

ADVANCED™ MICRODERMABRASION TOOL

It is recommended to clean attachment heads and

device after each use. If not clean, performance

could be affected. Change the filter if the suction

strength is weak. Remove attachment head, peel off

metal filter, stick on new filter, and reattach the

microdermabrasion tip.

1. After each use, wipe the handle with a damp

cloth. The attachment heads and filters can be

rinsed with soapy water, but the handle is not

waterproof and cannot be rinsed under water or

any other liquid. Also, do not put unit in dishwasher

for cleaning.

2. After cleaning, wipe all parts with a dry cloth

and store in a clean, dry place.

más fuerte, presione el botón 2 veces para

velocidad/succión alta. Nota: El indicador luminoso

correspondiente se encenderá.

CÓMO APAGAR EL APARATO

Para apagar el aparato en cualquier momento,

mantenga presionado el botón de encendido/

apagado por más de 1 segundo.

CÓMO ENCENDER LA PLACA TIBIA

Mantenga presionado el botón de activación/

desactivación de la placa tibia por 1 segundo para

encenderla. Nota: Después de 5 minutos en este

modo, el aparato ingresará el modo de espera.

CÓMO APAGAR LA PLACA TIBIA

Para apagar la placa tibia en cualquier momento,

INSTALACIÓN/REMOCIÓN DE LOS ACCESORIOS

Para instalar un accesorio, sostenga el aparato y

coloque el accesorio sobre el soporte de montaje,

presionando firmemente hasta que encaje. Para

quitar el accesorio, simplemente jálelo del mango.

SKN by Conair® Pore Purifier Advanced™ p2-ha sido

diseñada para limpiar los poros y exfoliar

suavemente la piel sin irritarla, para un aspecto

saludable.

Si está bajo el cuidado de un médico/dermatólogo

por alguna enfermedad de la piel, o si su piel es

muy sensible, consulte con su médico antes del

uso.

Se recomienda empezar el tratamiento usando el

nivel de velocidad/succión bajo, y luego aumentar

el nivel de succión dependiendo de cómo su piel

reacciona al tratamiento. En caso de eritema o

irritación de la piel, interrumpa el uso.

1.. Lave y seque bien la pie

2.. Para conseguir mejores resultados, use la pla

tibia antes de usar los accesorios de extracción de

poros/microdermoabarasión.

3.. Antes del uso, pruebe la placa tibia en un ár

pequeña del cuello o del antebrazo.

4.. Aplicando una ligera presión, deslice la pla

tibia suavemente en la piel del rostro. Coloque la

placa tibia contra la piel de manera que la caliente

ligeramente.

5.. Después de calentar la piel, apague el apara

e instale el accesorio de microdermoabrasión

deseado.

6.. Pruebe el accesorio en un área pequeña d

cuello o del antebrazo.

7.. Estire la piel con la mano libre para permitir q

el cabezal se deslice suavemente en la piel.

8.. Mueva el aparato suavemente hacia arriba,

un lado a otro de la piel. No se quede en ningún

sitio. No lo use directamente encima o debajo de

los ojos.

9.. Inmediatamente después del tratamiento, lave

seque la piel.

10.0. Aplique una loción tonificante calmante y

crema hidratante.

11.1. Limpie los accesorio y el aparato, incluye

la placa tibia, después de cada uso. Véase la

sección “Instrucciones de mantenimiento” para

más información acerca de la limpieza.

12.2. Espere 6 a 7 días entre los tratamient

Se recomienda limpiar los accesorios y el aparato

después de cada uso. Si no están limpios, el

rendimiento podría verse afectado. Cambie el filtro

si la fuerza de succión es débil. Para cambiar el

filtro, retire el cabezal de microdermoabrasión,

despegue el filtro de metal, pegue un nuevo filtro

y vuelva a instalar el cabezal.

NOTA: Para su comodidad, se incluyen 4 filtros

removibles de fácil limpieza (suministro de un año)

con el aparato. Comuníquese con nuestro centro

de atención al cliente para repuestos.

1. Limpie el mango del aparato con un paño

húmedo después de cada uso. Los cabezales y los

filtros pueden enjuagarse en agua jabonosa.

Importante: El mango no es a prueba de agua y no

debe enjuagarse en agua u otro líquido. No lo

coloque en el lavavajillas para lavarlo.

2. Después de la limpieza, seque todas las piezas

con un paño seco y guárdelas en un lugar seco y

seguro.
