Safety
Warning: Read theîentire instruction manual before using theîproduct and keep it for
future reference. Make sure that you have read and understood theîinstruction manual
before using theîtool. Failure to follow theîsafety instructions could lead to serious
personal injuries.
Warning: Do not exceed theîrecommended working pressure, 6.3 bar (90 psi).
Too high aîpressure can cause theîimpact wrench to explode which may result in
serious or fatal personal injuries.
a) Disconnect theîimpact wrench from theîair hose before changing sockets/
tools, before servicing it, and as soon as you have ïŹnished using it.
b) Always wear safety glasses and ear defenders when theîimpact wrench is in use.
c) Do not pull theîtrigger whilst theîair hose is being connected.
d) Only use tools and accessories designed for use with pneumatic/air powered
tools. Warning: Only use impact sockets which are designed for use with
impact wrenches. Normal sockets designed for use with hand tools, worn
sockets or damaged sockets should never be used with anîimpact wrench.
e) Do not pull theîtrigger before theîsocket has securely mated with theînut
or bolt. The socket must grip theîhead of theîbolt or nut securely.
f) Before using theîtool, make sure that all connections are tight and that
theîair hose is not damaged in any way.
g) WARNING: Always disconnect theîair hose from theîimpact wrench before
attaching theîsocket/accessory and before carrying out any maintenance.
h) Neither this tool nor its accessories must be modiïŹed in any way.
Workplace hazards
a) Keep your work area clean and well-illuminated.
b) The most common causes of serious or fatal injury in theîworkplace are related to
slipping, tripping or falling. Watch out for hanging cables or hoses and slippery ïŹoors.
