Step 1: Insert the threaded stem of a caster through a

hole in the pail holder.

Step 2: Secure the caster

connection with a flat

washer, followed by a

lock washer and a nut.

Tighten the nut against

the lock washer. Repeat

the installation with 2

other casters.

Step 3: Install the remaining

caster and strap tab. Install a

flat washer before connecting

the yellow pull tab, and then

install the TAB-BO, if you will

use the nylon strap to pull the

dolly, or TAB-TH, if you will

use an optional rigid hook,

followed by another flat

washer, a lock washer and a

nut. Tighten the nut against

the lock washer.

Step 4: Attach the carabiner to the small loop of the

nylon strap; then connect the carabiner to the pull

tab.
