TheLMX2571isalow-power,high-performance,

widebandPLLatinum™RFsynthesizerthat

integratesadelta-sigmafractionalNPLL,multiple

corevoltage-controlledoscillator(VCO),

programmableoutputdividersandtwooutputbuffers.

TheVCOcoresworkupto5.376GHzresultingin

continuousoutputfrequencyrangeof10MHzto

1344MHz.

Thissynthesizercanalsobeusedwithanexternal

VCO.Tothatend,adedicated5-Vchargepumpand

anoutputdividerareavailableforthisconfiguration.

Auniqueprogrammablemultiplierisalso

incorporatedtohelpimprovespurs,allowingthe

systemtouseeverychannelevenifitfallsonan

integerboundary.

TheoutputhasanintegratedSPDTswitchthatcan

beusedasatransmit/receiveswitchinFDDradio

application.Bothoutputscanalsobeturnedonto

provide2outputsatthesametime.

TheLMX2571supportsdirectdigitalFSKmodulation
