maximum)andalinearanalogoutputvoltagethatis

inverselyproportionaltotemperature.The1.8-V

supplyvoltageoperation,5.4-μAquiescentcurrent,

and0.7-mspower-ontimeenableeffectivepower-

cyclingarchitecturestominimizepowerconsumption

forbattery-poweredapplicationssuchasdronesand

sensornodes.TheLMT85-Q1deviceisAEC-Q100

Grade0qualifiedandmaintains±2.7°Cmaximum

accuracyoverthefulloperatingtemperaturerange
