TheLM193-Nseriesconsistsoftwoindependent
precisionvoltagecomparatorswithanosetvoltage
specicationaslowas2.0mVmaxfortwo
comparatorswhichweredesignedspecicallyto
operatefromasinglepowersupplyoverawiderange
ofvoltages.Operationfromsplitpowersuppliesis
alsopossibleandthelowpowersupplycurrentdrain
isindependentofthemagnitudeofthepowersupply
voltage.Thesecomparatorsalsohaveaunique
characteristicinthattheinputcommon-modevoltage
rangei ncludesground,eventhoughoperatedfroma
singlepowersupplyvoltage.
Applicationareasincludelimitcomparators,simple
analogtodigitalconverters;pulse,squarewaveand
timedelaygenerators;widerangeVCO;MOSclock
timers;multiv ibratorsandhighvoltagedigitallogic
