TheADS7049-Q1deviceisaanautomotiveQ100-

qualified,12-bit,2-MSPS,analog-to-digitalconverter

(ADC).Thedevicesupportsawideanaloginput

voltagerange(2.35Vto3.6V)andincludesa

capacitor-based,successive-approximationregister

(SAR)ADCwithaninherentsample-and-holdcircuit.

TheSPI-compatibleserialinterfaceiscontrolledby

theCSandSCLKsignals.Theinputsignalis

sampledwiththeCSfallingedgeandSCLKisused

forconversionandserialdataoutput.Thedevice

supportsawidedigitalsupplyrange(1.65Vto3.6V),

enablingdirectinterfacetoavarietyofhost

controllers.TheADS7049-Q1complieswiththe

JESD8-7AstandardforanormalDVDDrange

(1.65Vto1.95V).

TheADS7049-Q1isavailableinan8-pin,miniature,

VSSOPpackageandisspecifiedforoperationfrom

–40°Cto+125°C.Thefastsamplingrateofthe
