ADS62C15isadualchannel11-bitA/Dconverterwithmaximumsampleratesupto125MSPS.Itcombines

highperformanceandlowpowerconsumptioninacompact64QFNpackage.Usinganinternalsampleandhold

andlowjitterclockbuffer,theADCsupportshighSNRandhighSFDRathighinputfrequencies.Ithascoarse

andfinegainoptionsthatcanbeusedtoimproveSFDRperformanceatlowerfull-scaleinputranges.

ADS62C15usesproprietarySNRBoosttechnologythatcanbeusedtoovercomeSNRlimitationdueto

quantizationnoise(forbandwidthslessthanNyquist,Fs/2).Itincludesadigitalprocessingblockthatconsistsof

severalusefulandcommonlyuseddigitalfunctionssuchasADCoffsetcorrection,finegaincorrection(insteps

of0.05dB),decimationby2,4,8andin-builtandcustomprogrammablefilters.Bydefault,thedigitalprocessing

blockisbypassed,anditsfunctionsaredisabled.

Twooutputinterfaceoptionsexist–parallelCMOSandDDRLVDS(DoubleDataRate).ADS62C15includes

internalreferenceswhiletraditionalreferencepinsandassociateddecouplingcapacitorshavebeeneliminated.

Thedevicecanalsobedrivenwithanexternalreference.Thedeviceisspecifiedovertheindustrialtemperature

range(–40°Cto85°C).
