TheADS5484/ADS5485(ADS548x)isa16-bitfamilyofanalog-to-digitalconverters(ADCs)thatoperatefrom

botha5-Vsupplyand3.3-VsupplywhileprovidingLVDS-compatibledigitaloutputs.TheADS548xintegrated

analoginputbufferisolatestheinternalswitchingoftheonboardtrackandhold(T&H)fromdisturbingthesignal

sourcewhileprovidingahigh-impedanceinput.Aninternalreferencegeneratorisprovidedtosimplifythesystem

design.InternalditherisavailabletoimproveSFDR.Thesedevicesaredrop-incompatibletothe

ADS5483/5482/5481,creatingapin-compatiblefamilyfrom80–200MSPS.DesignedforhighesttotalENOB,

theADS548xfamilyhasoutstandinglownoiseperformanceandspurious-freedynamicrange.
