TheADS131A02andADS131A04devicesaretwo-

andfour-channel,simultaneous-sampling,24-bit,

delta-sigma(ΔΣ),analog-to-digitalconverters(ADCs).

Thewidedynamicrange,withscalabledataratesup

to128kSPS,andinternalfaultmonitorsmakethe

ADS131A02orADS131A04agoodchoicewhen

designingforenergymonitoring,gridprotection,and

controlapplications.TheADCinputscanbe

independentlyanddirectlyinterfacedtoaresistor-

dividernetwork,acurrenttransformer,oraRogowski

coiltomeasurevoltageorcurrent.Flexiblepower-

supplyoptions,includinganinternalnegativecharge

pump,areavailabletomaximizetheeffective

resolutionforhighdynamicrangeapplications.

Asynchronousandsynchronousmasterandslave

interfaceoptionsareavailable,providingADC

configurationflexibilitywhenchainingmultipledevices

inasinglesystem.Severalinterfacechecks,ADC

startupchecks,anddataintegritycheckscanbe
