TheADS1260-Q1andADS1261-Q1(ADS126x-Q1)

areprecision,40-kSPS,delta-sigma(ΔΣ)analog-to-

digitalconverters(ADCs)thatincludea

programmablegainamplifier(PGA).Thedevicesalso

includeaprecisionvoltagereferenceandinternal

faultmonitors.Thesensor-readyADCsgiveahigh-

accuracy,single-chipsolutionforthemostdemanding

measurements,forexample,weighscalesand

resistancetemperaturedetectors(RTDs).

TheADCscontainaninputsignalmultiplexer,alow-

noisePGA(withgainsfrom1to128),a24-bitΔΣ

modulator,aprecisionvoltagereference,anda

programmabledigitalfilter.

Thehigh-impedancePGAinputs(1GΩ)decrease

measurementerrorduetosensorloading.The

ADS1260-Q1supportsthreedifferentialorfivesingle-

endedinputs.TheADS1261-Q1supportsfive

differentialortensingle-endedinputs.Theintegrated

currentsourcessimplifythemeasurementofRTDs.

Theflexibledigitalfilterisprogrammableforsingle-

cyclesettledconversions.Signalandreference

monitors,atemperaturesensor,andCRCdata

verificationenhancedatareliability.

TheADS126x-Q1arepincompatibledevicesgivenin

a5-mm×5-mmVQFNpackageandarespecified
