modulatorrate,thedevicecanbeusedtoachieve

16-bitanalog-to-digital(A/D)conversionwithno

missingcode.Effectiveresolutionof12bitscanbe

obtainedwithadigitalfilterdatarateof160kHzata

modulatorrateof10MHz.TheADS1204isdesigned

foruseinmedium-tohigh-resolutionmeasurement

applicationsincludingcurrentmeasurements,smart

transmitters,industrialprocesscontrol,weightscales,

chromatography,andportableinstrumentation.Itis
