IMPORTANT NOTES:Use care when unpacking and

assembling this fountain. Each fountain is cut from large slabs of

slate. Spalling (aking) may occur naturally over time, and/or if

slate is dropped.

Slate is a natural product; the colors and texture of each piece are

unique, no two fountains will look the same. Variations in the slate

colors and textures are not a cause for return.

ASSEMBLY

1. Place Pedestal Top (D) onto Pedestal Bottom (E).

2. Gently set Basin (C) onto the pedestal and run the pump

power cord down through the pedestal and under the

groove in the back of the pedestal.

3. Remove the nut from Decorative Top (A). Then, use the

nut to secure Plate (B) to the bottom of the decorative top.

4. Connect the water tube on the pump to the decorative top

and gently place it on the center of the basin.

5. Fill the fountain with enough water to keep the pump fully

submerged during operation.

6. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded GFCI outlet.

7. Rinse Decorative Stones (F) with clean water and gently

place them inside the basin.

NOTE: When rst plugged in, there may be air trapped in the pump. It may take several moments for trapped air to escape, allowing water to ow.
