1.Makesurethatyoursystemisunpoweredandunpluggedand

youaregrounded.

2.Removethecoverofyoursystem(refertocomputersystem

documentation,ifnecessary)sothatthePCIExpressexpansion

slotopeningsonthemotherboardareaccessible.

3.AlignthePCIExpressconnectorontherisercardwithanavailable

PCIExpressslot.

4.Gentlyinsertthecardintotheemptyslot,makingsureitisseated

rmly.Fastenthecardtotherisercardmountingbracketonthe
