UTP 180 Keystone Jack

1. Strip o 1-inch (2.5cm) of jacket from one end of the

Cat6 cable.

2. Place the wires into the keystone jack, setting the

wire pairs into the IDC according to the displayed

wiring conguration (A or B) and punch down the

connections.

3. Cut excess wire after punching down the wire pairs.

4. Place the cover over the wires.

NOTE:

1. Never install telephone wiring during a lightning storm.

2. Never install telephone wiring in a wet location unless the wiring is specically designed for wet locations.

3. Never touch un-insulated telephone wires or terminals unless the telephone line has been disconnected at the network interface.

4. Use caution when installing or modifying telephone lines.
