1- Connecting the Keyboard to Your PC and Installing the Software

1.Download the Driver and Software: Visit www.rocstor.com, go to Service > Downloads, and

get the driver, software, and manual for the KS18.

2.Check Device Seal: Ensure the seal is intact as per the manual.

3.Follow the Manual Instructions: Adhere to the installation and usage guidelines.

4.Complete Installation: Follow on-screen instructions.

5.Connect the Keyboard: Plug the USB connector into your PC’s USB port.

4- Troubleshooting

The keyboard not working.

•Check your keyboard USB connection.

•Try dierent USB port on the computer.

•If the keyboard is still not working, restart the computer.

Note: The card reader's green light illuminates when the card is successfully read. If the green

light does not appear, it indicates that the card has not been successfully read.

2- Using the Chip Card Reader

•Insert the Chip Card: Place the card into the slot with the chip facing down and forward.

3- Secure PIN Entry

•Direct PIN Transfer: If supported, the PIN is sent directly from the keyboard to the chip card.

•Conrm PIN: Use one "Enter" key.

•Abort Process: Press "Esc" or "+" on the number block.

•Correct Entry: Use "Backspace" or "–" on the number block.
