Important Safety Instructions
Before beginning any ïŹtness program, you should
obtain a complete physical examination from your
physician.

When using exercise equipment, basic precautions
should always be taken, including the following:
âąî Readîallîinstructionsîbeforeîassemblingîtheî
CW-813. These instructions are written for your
safety and to protect the unit.
âąî Do not allow children or those unfamiliar with its
operation on or near the equipment. Do not leave
children unsupervised around the unit.
âąî Readîeachîstepîinîtheîassemblyîinstructionsîandî
follow the steps in sequence. Do not skip ahead. If
you skip ahead, you may learn later that you have
to disassemble components and that you may have
damaged the equipment, which would void the
Precor Limited Warranty.
âąî Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
Do not use accessory attachments that are not
recommended by the manufacturer, as such
attachments may cause injuries.
âąî Wear proper exercise clothing and shoes for your
workout and avoid loose clothing. Do not wear
shoes with heels or leather soles. Tie long hair
back.
âąî Doînotîoverexertîyourselfîorîworkîtoî
exhaustion. Use reasonable judgement when
working with weights. Avoid using excessive
weight, which may cause injury.
âąî If you feel pain, faintness, dizziness, or abnormal
symptoms, stop exercising immediately and
consult your physician.
âąî Assemble and operate the CW-101 on a solid, level
surface. Locate the unit a few feet from walls or
furniture to provide easy access.
âąî Doînotîuseîoutdoors.
âąî DoînotîattemptîtoîserviceîtheîCW-813îyourself.îTheî
unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts.

service centers.
If you contact Customer Support, have the
serial number available.
You can ïŹnd the serial number printed on
a label afïŹxed to the CW-813. For future
reference, write the serial number in the space
provided below.
