5. Tenere le cerniere superiori 10 al chiassile e contrassegnare i punti di esecuzione dei fori.
Nota: Fare attenzione a che tra la porta anti insetti e il bordo superiore dellā€™intradot-
so deve esserci una distanza di almeno 1 cm. In caso contrario non sono garantiti un
posizionamento e una chiusura della porta anti insetti senza problemi.
6. Eseguire i fori e avvitare le cerniere inferiori 10 al chiassile con le viti a testa svasata A 14.
7. Fissare le piastre di chiusura 12 per mezzo delle viti a testa svasata B 15 al telaio
allā€™altezza dei magneti 16 (vedi ļ¬g. J).
Nota: Inserire anche la terza molla 11 qualora si desiderasse avere un meccanismo
di chiusura piĆ¹ forte.

j Seguire le indicazioni fornite per i passi 1 e 3 del capitolo ā€œMontaggio del telaio con
meccanismo di autochiusuraā€.
j Tagliare le punte delle cerniere inferiori 10 ļ¬no allā€™estremitĆ  della dentellatura
(vedi ļ¬g. H).
Nota: In nessun caso tagliare il traversino completo. In caso contrario la cerniera
diventerebbe inservibile.
j Inļ¬lare le cerniere inferiori 10 nelle cernere superiori 9 (vedi ļ¬g. I).
j Seguire le indicazioni fornite per i passi da 5 a 7 del capitolo ā€œMontaggio del telaio
con meccanismo di autochiusuraā€.
Q Pulizia e manutenzione
j Pulire la rete in ļ¬bra di vetro 13 e il telaio con un panno privo di peli e leggermente
umettato.
j Rimuovere la ļ¬nestra anti-insetti dalla ļ¬nestra a intervalli regolari per pulirla a fondo.
j Se necessario utilizzare un detersivo delicato.
j Non utilizzare assolutamente detersivi corrosivi o abrasivi.

Q Montaggio del telaio
1. Anzitutto misurare le dimensioni interne (H = altezza, L = larghezza) del chiassile
(vedi ļ¬g. A).
2. Dallā€™altezza (H) misurata detrarre 5,5 cm e dividerne il valore per due. Accorciare i
proļ¬li di alluminio A 2 con una sega e una cassetta di taglio ļ¬no a far loro raggiun-
gere la misura veriļ¬cata (vedi ļ¬g. B).
3. Dalla larghezza (B) misurata detrarre 2 cm e accorciare i proļ¬li di alluminio B
3 e la
sbarra centrale 4 con una sega e una cassetta di taglio ļ¬no a far loro raggiungere la
misura veriļ¬cata (vedi ļ¬g. B).
4. Sbavare le superļ¬ci di taglio con una lima (vedi ļ¬g. B).
5. Inserire i magneti 16 in due connettori angolari 1 e in un connettore di sbarra centra-
le 6 (vedi ļ¬g. C).
Nota: Fare attenzione a che i connettori angolari 1 e il connettore di sbarra centra-
le 6 con magneti 16 si trovino sul lato che in seguito si troverĆ  di fronte alle cerniere.
6. Collegare i proļ¬li di alluminio A 2 e B 3 nonchĆ© la sbarra centrale 4 con connetto-
ri angolari 1 e connettori di sbarra centrale 6 secondo quanto mostrato nella ļ¬gura
C. Fare attenzione a che i proļ¬li di alluminio 2, 3 e sbarra centrale 4 siano posti
correttamente. Fare attenzione a che le cavitĆ  dei proļ¬li in alluminio 2, 3 e della
sbarra centrale 4 siano tutte rivolte verso un solo lato. Se necessario utilizzare un
martello di gomma.
7. Misurare la larghezza del telaio e accorciare il listello paraurti di alluminio
18 con una
sega e una cassetta di taglio ļ¬no a far loro raggiungere la misura veriļ¬cata.
Nota: Fare attenzione a che il listello paraurti di alluminio
18 sia montato sul lato
senza cavitĆ .
8. Avvitare a ļ¬lo del bordo inferiore il listello paraurti di alluminio
18 al telaio (vedi ļ¬g.
D). Fare attenzione a che le posizioni delle viti a testa rotonda 17 corrispondano con
quelle mostrate nella ļ¬gura D. In caso contrario il magnete 16 puĆ² impedire un ļ¬ssag-
gio corretto.
9. Accorciare quattro listelli a scatto
5a ļ¬no a farli diventare della misura dei proļ¬li in
alluminio A 2 (vedi ļ¬g. E).
10. Aggiungere 1,3 cm alle dimensioni dei proļ¬li di alluminio B 3 e della sbarra centrale 4
e accorciare gli altri quattro listelli a scatto
5b alla misura corrispondente (vedi ļ¬g. E).
11. Posare la rete di ļ¬bra di vetro 13 sopra il telaio. Inserire il passante di presa 8 secon-
do quanto mostrato dalla ļ¬gura F. Fissare la rete di ļ¬bra di vetro
13 ai lati opposti per
mezzo dei listelli a scatto 5a , 5b.
Nota: Fare attenzione a che la rete di ļ¬bra di vetro
13 sia suļ¬ƒcientemente tesa. Se
necessario ripetere il passo 11.
12. Rimuovere la rete di ļ¬bra di vetro 13 in eccesso con la taglierina (vedi ļ¬g.).
13. Montare la maniglia a conchiglia 7 secondo quanto mostrato dalla ļ¬gura G.
Q Montare il telaio con meccanismo di autochiusura
1. Tracciare la posizione per le cerniere superiori 9. Fare attenzione a che la distanza
tra bordo superiore e inferiore di telaio e cerniera superiore 9 ĆØ di almeno 15 cm.
Eseguire i fori (vedi ļ¬g. G).
2. Spingere le molle 11 nella parte inferiore e superiore della cerniera superiore 9 (vedi ļ¬g. G).
3. Fissare le cerniere superiori 9 con viti a testa svasata A 14 al telaio (vedi ļ¬g. G).
4. Inļ¬lare le cerniere inferiori 10 sopra le molle 11 nelle cerniere superiori 9 (vedi ļ¬g. I).

6. Taladre los oriļ¬cios de perforaciĆ³n y atornille la parte inferior de la bisagra

mediante un tornillo de cabeza avellanada A
14 en el marco de la puerta.
7. Fije las placas de cierre 12 mediante tornillos de cabeza avellanada B
15 en los
marcos en la altura de los imanes
16 (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. J).
Nota: Coloque tambiƩn el tercer muelle 11 , si desea un mecanismo de autocierre
mƔs fuerte.
Q Montar los marcos sin mecanismo de autocierre
j Siga los pasos 1 a 3 del capĆ­tulo ā€œMontar los marcos con mecanismo de autocierreā€.
j Perfore las puntas de la parte inferior de la bisagra
10 hasta el ļ¬nal de la muesca
(vĆ©ase ļ¬g. H).
Nota: En ningĆŗn caso perfore el puente completo. De otro modo no podrĆ” utilizar
mƔs la bisagra.
j Meta la parte inferior 10 en la parte superior de la bisagra 9 (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. I).
j Siga los pasos 5 a 7 del capĆ­tulo ā€œMontar los marcos con mecanismo de autocierreā€.
Q Limpieza y cuidados
j Limpie el tejido de fibra de vidrio 13 y el marco con un paƱo hĆŗmedo sin pelusas.
j Desmonte la mosquitera regularmente para poder limpiarla a fondo.
j En caso necesario, utilice un producto de limpieza suave.
j Bajo ningĆŗn concepto utilice productos de limpieza abrasivos o corrosivos.

Q Montar marcos
1. Mida primero el marco interior (H=altura, A=anchura) (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. A).
2. Reste 5,5 cm de la altura (H) medida y divida el valor entre dos. Acorte los perļ¬les de
aluminio A 2 mediante la sierra y la caja de ingletes a la medida facilitada (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. B).
3. Reste de la anchura (A) medida 2 cm y acorte los perļ¬les de aluminio B 3 y el trave-
saƱo central 4 mediante la sierra y la caja de ingletes a la medida facilitada
(vĆ©ase ļ¬g. B).
4. Utilice una lima para desbarbar la superļ¬cie de corte (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. B).
5. Coloque los imanes 16 en dos empalmadores angulares 1 y un empalmador de
travesaƱo central 6 (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. C).
Nota: Compruebe que el empalmador angular 1 y el empalmador de travesaƱo
central 6 se encuentran en el lado contrario al que luego se colocarƔn las bisagras.
6. Una los perļ¬les de aluminio A 2 y B 3 y el travesaƱo central 4 por medio de las
uniones de las esquinas 1 y las uniones centrales del travesaƱo 6 segĆŗn la ļ¬gura C.
Procure respetar la posiciĆ³n correcta de los perļ¬les de aluminio 2, 3 y del travesa-
Ʊo central 4. Igualmente procure que los huecos de los perļ¬les de aluminio 2, 3 y
travesaƱo central 4 estĆ©n todos orientados hacia un lado. En caso necesario ayĆŗdese
con un martillo de goma.
7. Mida el ancho del marco y acorte la varilla guĆ­a de aluminio
18 mediante la sierra y
la caja de ingletes a la medida facilitada.
Nota: Procure montar la varilla guĆ­a de aluminio
18 hacia un lado sin huecos.
8. Atornille la varilla guĆ­a de aluminio
18 a la arista inferior en el marco (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. D).
Procure que las posiciones de los tornillos de cabeza redonda 17 coincidan con los
mostrados en la ļ¬gura D. De lo contrario el imĆ”n 16 puede evitar una ļ¬jaciĆ³n correcta.
9. Adapte 4 listones encajables 5a a la medida del perļ¬l de aluminio A 2 (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. E).
10. AƱada a las medidas del perļ¬l de aluminio B 3 o al travesaƱo central 4 1,3 cm y
acorte los otros 4 listones encajables 5b a la medida correspondiente (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. E).
11. Coloque el tejido de ļ¬bra de vidrio 13 por encima del marco. Introduzca la oreja de
sujeciĆ³n 8 segĆŗn la ļ¬g. F. Fije el tejido de ļ¬bra de vidrio 13 en los respectivos lados
opuestos mediante los listones encajables 5a, 5b.
Nota: Procure que el tejido de ļ¬bra de vidrio 13 estĆ© suļ¬cientemente tensado. Repita
dado el caso el paso 11.
12. Retire el tejido de ļ¬bra de vidrio 13 sobrante mediante el cutter.
13. Monte el asa en forma de concha 7 segĆŗn la ļ¬gura G.
Q Montar los marcos con mecanismo de autocierre
1. Dibuje la posiciĆ³n para la parte superior de la bisagra 9. Procure que exista una
distancia mĆ­nima de 15 cm entre la arista superior e inferior de los marcos y la parte
superior de la bisagra 9. Taladre los oriļ¬cios (vĆ©ase ļ¬g.G).
2. Introduzca los muelles 11 en la parte superior e inferior de la bisagra 9 (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. G).
3. Fije la parte superior de la bisagra 9 mediante los tornillos avellanados A 14 en los
marcos (vĆ©ase ļ¬g. G).
4. Coloque la parte inferior de la bisagra
10 por encima de los muelles 11 en la parte
superior de la bisagra 9 (vĆ©ase ļ¬g.I).
5. Mantenga la parte inferior de la bisagra
10 en el marco de la puerta y marque los
oriļ¬cios de perforaciĆ³n.

j Snap the tops of the lower part of the hinge 10 oļ¬€ down to the lower part of the nick

Note: Do NOT snip everything oļ¬€. Otherwise you will no longer be able to use the
hinge.
j Insert the lower parts of the hinge 10 into the upper parts of the hinge 9 (see Fig. I).

j Clean the ļ¬breglass fabric 13 and frame with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth.

Q Mounting the frame
1. First measure the internal dimensions (H = height, B = breadth) of the door frame
(see Fig. A).
2. Deduct 5.5 cm from the height (H) measured and divide the ļ¬gure by 2. Shorten alumini-
um proļ¬les A 2 using a saw and mitre block to the dimension calculated (see Fig. B).
3. Deduct 2 cm from the breadth you measured and shorten aluminium proļ¬les B 3 and
the central bar 4 using a saw and a mitre block to the dimension calculated (see Fig. B).
4. Use a ļ¬le to smooth the cut surfaces (see Fig. B).
5. Insert the magnets 16 in two corner connectors 1 and a central bar connector 6
(see Fig. C).
Note: Make sure that the corner connectors 1 and central bar connector 6 with
magnets 16 are on the side that will later be on the opposite side to the hinges.
6. Connect the aluminium proļ¬les A 2 and B 3 as well as the central 4 by means of
corner connectors 1 and central bar connector 6 in accordance with Figure C.
Ensure the correct positioning of aluminium proļ¬les 2, 3 and central bar 4. Make
sure that the indentations in the aluminium proļ¬les 2, 3 and central 4 all face the
same direction. You may have to use a rubber mallet.
7. Measure the breadth of the frame and cut the aluminium buļ¬€er protecting strip

using a saw and a mitre block to the dimension calculated.
Note: Make sure that you ļ¬x the aluminium buļ¬€er protecting strip
18 to the side
without indentations.
8. Screw the aluminium buļ¬€er protecting strip 18 ļ¬‚ush with the lower side of the frame
(see Fig. D). Make sure that the position of the round-head screws 17 comply with
those in Figure D. Otherwise the magnet 16 may prevent correct ļ¬xing.
9. Shorten the click strips 5a to the dimension of the aluminium proļ¬les A 2 (see Fig. E).
10. Add 1.3 cm to the dimensions of aluminium proļ¬les B 3 or the central bar 4 and cut
the other 4 click strips 5b to the appropriate dimension (see Fig. E).
11. Place the ļ¬breglass fabric 13 over the frame. Insert the grip tab 8 in accordance with
Figure F. Use the click strips 5a, 5b to ļ¬x the ļ¬breglass fabric 13 in place on opposite
sides.
Note: Make sure that the ļ¬breglass fabric
13 is suļ¬ƒciently taut. You may have to
repeat step 11.
12. Use a carpet cutter to remove any excess ļ¬breglass fabric 13 .
13. Mount the shell handle 7 in accordance with Figure G.
Q Mounting the frame with a self-locking mechanism
1. Mark the position for the top parts of the hinge 9. Make sure that there is a gap of at
least 15 cm between the top and lower edge of the frame and the top part of the
hinge 9. Drill the boreholes (see Fig. G).
2. Push the springs 11 into the upper and lower part of the top part of the hinge 9
(see Fig. G).
3. Fix the top parts of the hinge 9 into place on the frame with the counter-sunk screws A
14 (see Fig. G).
4. Place the lower parts of the hinge 10 over the springs 11 in the top parts of the hinge 9
(see Fig. I).
5. Hold the bottom parts of the hinge 10 against the door frame and mark the boreholes.
Note: Make sure that there is a gap of at least 1 cm between the screen door and the

7. MeƧa a largura do caixilho e corte a barra de protecĆ§Ć£o de alumĆ­nio
18 com a serra
e caixa de meia-esquadria Ć  medida determinada.
Nota: Certiļ¬que-se de que monta a barra de protecĆ§Ć£o de alumĆ­nio
18 no lado sem
cavidades.
8. Aparafuse a barra de protecĆ§Ć£o de alumĆ­nio
18 de forma nivelada no canto inferior
do caixilho (ver ļ¬g. D). Certiļ¬que-se de que as posiƧƵes dos parafusos de cabeƧa
redonda 17 coincidem com as indicadas na ļ¬gura D. Caso contrĆ”rio, o Ć­man
16 pode
evitar uma ļ¬xaĆ§Ć£o correcta.
9. Corte 4 barras de encaixe 5a Ć  medida dos perļ¬s de alumĆ­nio A 2 (ver ļ¬g. E).
10. Adicione 1,3 cm Ć s medidas dos perļ¬s de alumĆ­nio B 3 ou trave central 4 e corte
as restantes 4 barras de encaixe 5b Ć  medida respectiva (ver ļ¬g. E).
11. Coloque a rede de ļ¬bra de vidro 13 sobre o caixilho. Insira a patilha da maƧaneta
8 conforme ilustrado na ļ¬gura F. Fixe a rede de ļ¬bra de vidro 13 nos respectivos
lados opostos com as barras de encaixe 5a, 5b.
Nota: Certiļ¬que-se de que a rede de ļ¬bra de vidro 13 estĆ” esticada o suļ¬ciente. Se
necessƔrio, repita o passo 11.
12. Retire a rede de ļ¬bra de vidro 13 restante com x-acto.
13. Monte a maƧaneta em concha 7 conforme ilustrado na ļ¬gura G.

entre a aresta superior e inferior do caixilho e a parte superior da dobradiƧa 9 existe
uma distĆ¢ncia de pelo menos 15 cm. Perfure os orifĆ­cios de perfuraĆ§Ć£o (ver ļ¬g. G).
2. Insira as molas 11 na parte superior e inferior das dobradiƧas 9 (ver ļ¬g. G).
3. Fixe as partes superiores da dobradiƧa 9 no caixilho com parafusos de cabeƧa
chata A 14 (ver ļ¬g. G).
4. Encaixe as partes inferiores das dobradiƧas
10 , passando-as sobre as molas 11 , nas
partes superiores 9 (ver ļ¬g. I).
5. Encoste as partes inferiores das dobradiƧas 10 no caixilho da porta e marque os
orifĆ­cios de perfuraĆ§Ć£o.
