Plug in electric torque wrench PCE-TWT series
The BRAC series plug-in electric torque wrench can work when connected to standard power. Equipped
with digital adjustment function, it meets the needs of high-precision, high-strength, and safe work. High
performance digital control display module provides customers with stable and continuous torque control
output.
This intelligent torque wrench has the function of storing and exporting operating data. Each tightening
operation data will be truthfully recorded in the memory, including tightening time, job number, bolt
number, tightening value, cumulative completion count, and the duration of this tightening. lt can be
visually viewed on the device display screen or exported through a data cable. All setting parameters will
be saved after power down for your next use.

The standard conguration of the BRAC series electric torque wrench includes the following components
One wrench body, one reaction arm, one user manual, one data cable, and one dedicated packaging box
each.
This product must use the power standards in the above technical parameters. Check that the power plug
can be inserted into the socket when the operating switch is completely released. The rated current of
the socket and connecting cable must be greater than 1 0A. lt is prohibited to use unqualied sockets and
connecting cables! The use of original plugs and qualied sockets from the factory can reduce the risk of
electric shock.
Danger:
This product is an electric tool with a reaction arm, and the huge torque generated by the machine is
absorbed by the reaction arm. Therefore, it is necessary to nd a strong support point for the reaction arm
during operation.
For safety reasons, any part of the human body must be kept away from the working range of the reaction
arm during machine operation, otherwise it will inevitably cause signicant harm to the human body.
Attention:
a. When changing the direction of rotation of the machine, be sure to wait for the machine to come to a
complete stop before performing the reversing operation.
b. When using this machine to tighten bolts or nuts, when the wrench reaches the set torque, the system
will automatically stop. Do not repeatedly tighten or disassemble the same bolt or nut, and then tighten it
again
c. Before tightening the nut (bolt) with this wrench, the nut must be in a loose state, usually more than 180
degrees loose, in order to obtain a good tightening torque.
d. The wrench will automatically tighten during operation, and will automatically stop when the preset
torque is reached. At this time, the buzzer will beep three times to indicate that the tightening is in place.
Please release the running switch at this time.
e. Do not operate the steering switch and panel buttons during wrench operation!
