1. FEATURES
This instrument is compatible with four standard

f ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS and is widely used i
n
p
roduction site to measure surface roughness o
f
v
arious machinery-processed parts, calculat
e

orresponding parameters according to selecte

m
easuring conditions and clearly display al
l
m
easurement parameters. When measuring th
e
r
oughness of a surface, the sensor is placed o
n
t
he surface and then uniformly slides along th
e
s
urface by driving the mechanism inside th
e
t
ester. The sensor gets the surface roughness b
y
t
he sharp built-in probe. This roughness cause
s
d
isplacement of the probe which results in chang
e
o
f inductive amount of induction coils so as t
o
g
enerate analogue signal, which is in proportio
n
t
o the surface roughness at output end of phase-
sensitive rectifier. The exclusive DSP processe
s
a
nd calculates and then outputs the measuremen
t
r
esults on LCD
.
