Retaining Compound
Note:Park Tool AP-1 Adhesive
Primer must be used to prep all
components, fasteners and carbon
fiber surfaces prior to application of
Park Tool threadlockers or retaining
compound. Failure to do so could
result in permanently bonded parts.
Not recommended for titanium
threads.
Instructions:Clean and dry parts.
Twist off cap. Snip off tip. Apply prod-
uct to fastener and assemble. Fixture:
30 minutes. Full cure: 24 hours.

Note :Le Primaire Adhésif Park Tool
AP-1 doit être utilisé afin de prépa-
rer tous composants, serrage ou sur-
face en fibre de carbone avant l’appli-
cation du Frein Filet Park Tool ou autre
composé de rétention. Ne pas s’y tenir
pourrait sceller les pièces de façon
permanente. Non recommandé sur fi-
letages en titane.
Instructions :Nettoyer et sécher les
pièces. Dévisser le bouchon. Couper
la pointe. Appliquer le produit sur les
pièces et assembler. Fixation : 30 mi-
nutes. Séchage complet : 24 heures.

Hinweis:Alle Komponenten und Ge-
winde, die mit Carbonfaser in Kontakt
kommen sowie Carbonfaser-Oberflä-
chen müssen vor der Verwendung von
Schrauben- oder Montagesicherung
mit AP-1 Oberflächengrundierung be-
handelt werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung
droht die permanente Verklebung der
betroffenen Teile. Nicht zu empfehlen
für Titan Gewinde.
Anleitung:Teile reinigen und trock-
nen. Verschluss aufdrehen. Spitze
abschneiden. Produkt auf Gewinde
auftragen und verschrauben. Handfes-
tigkeit: 30 min. Volle Wirksamkeit: 24 h.

AP-1 debe ser utilizado para preparar
todos los componentes, sujeciones y
superficies de fibra de carbón previo
a la aplicación de los fijadores de ros-
cas. El no hacerlo, podría resultar en
piezas unidas de manera permanen-
te. No es recomendado para cuerdas
de titanio.
Instrucciones:Limpie y seque las par-
tes a tratar, retire la tapa, aplique el
producto y ensamble, el producto tar-
da 30 minutos para secar y 24 horas
para secar por completo.
