Installation

1. Cover the valve handle with the valve

handle cover (part 1).

2.Forlarge a ball valve (2” to 3”), slide the

front extension (part 4) into the front of the

valve handle cover. – Figure A

3. For maximum adjustment, depending on

the thickness of the valve handle, insert the

sliding adjusting piece (part 3).Figure A –

4. Slide the multiple locksliding piece - out

(part 2) over parts 1 and 3.

5. Apply padlock.
