The benets provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and
remedies which are available to you at law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded at law. You are entitled to
a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.
Generally you will be responsible for all costs associated with a claim under this
warranty, however, where you have suffered any additional direct loss as a result of
a defective product you may be able to claim such expenses by contacting our
customer service helpline above.
WARNING
The following actions will result in the warranty being
void.
• If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other than that specied
on the tool.
• If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused by or resulting from
abuse, accidents or alterations.
• Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the instruction manual.
• If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.
5 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Your Product is guaranteed for a period of 60 months from the original date of
purchase and is intended for DIY (Do It Yourself) use only. If a product is defective it
will be replaced in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Lithium Ion
batteries and chargers are covered by a 36 month
warranty and are excluded from the warranty extension. Warranty excludes
consumable parts.

1. Pull the pin wrench out from the side handle.
2 . Depress and hold the spindle lock
to prevent the spindle rotating.
3. Align the pins of the pin wrench
to the ange holes and loosen by
rotating it anti-clockwise.
4. Remove the ange and place the
grinding disc on the spindle.

This tool is compatible with all batteries & chargers from the Ozito PXC range.
For optimal performance, we recommend the use of a 3.0Ah battery or
higher to operate this PXC Angle Grinder.

WARNING! ENSURE THE TOOL IS SWITCHED
OFF AND THE BATTERY IS REMOVED BEFORE
PERFORMING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TASKS.
WARNING! ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES WHEN
HANDLING THE DISC OR GUARD. THE DISC, GUARD
AND WORKPIECE WILL BECOME HOT DURING USE.
Adjusting The Grinding Guard
Hot sparks and sharp debris can be emitted from the disc during use. The
grinding guard should be positioned to block this from your face, hands and
body without obstructing the disc from the workpiece.
To reposition, rotate the grinding
guard until it clicks into the positive
stops.
Attaching The Cutting Guard Attachment
1. Align the lip of the grinding guard
with the edge of the cutting
guard attachment, using the
direction arrow as a guide.
2. Slide the attachment fully onto
the grinding guard until it clicks
into place.
WARNING! ENSURE THE CUTTING GUARD
ATTACHMENT IS FULLY AND PROPERLY ATTACHED
TO THE GRINDING GUARD.
3. To remove, ex the plastic tab on the attachment past the lip of the
guard, then slide the cutting guard attachment fully off the grinding
guard.
5. When assembling the outer ange, ensure you select the correct
orientation to suit the type of disc being tted.
Note: The upper part of the
spindle has 2 at sides cut
out. Ensure the at notches on
the inner ange are properly
seated on these at cut-outs.
Grinding disc: Place
outer flange with the
raised lip upwards.
WARNING! DO NOT USE THE CUTTING GUARD
ATTACHMENT WHEN USING THE ANGLE GRINDER
WITH A GRINDING DISC AND PERFORMING
GRINDING OPERATIONS.
Cutting disc: Place
outer flange with
the raised lip
downwards.
WARNING! WHEN USING THE ANGLE GRINDER
WITH A CUTTING DISC, THE CUTTING GUARD
ATTACHMENT MUST BE FITTED PRIOR TO
OPERATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN
SERIOUS INJURY.
6. Screw the ange back onto the spindle and tighten using the pin wrench
while holding the spindle lock down.
