CHARAKTERYSTYKA

OGÓLNE INFORMACJE

Wybierając miejsce montażu należy wziąć pod uwagę następujące kryteria:

- czujnik należy zamontować w odpowiednim miejscu na wysokości 2,2-4 m,

- nie zaleca się instalacji urządzenia w pobliżu grzejników, wentylatorów i innych obiektów, gdzie mogą pojawiać się gwałtowne zmiany temperatury,

- nie zaleca się montażu w miejscach, gdzie promienie słoneczne mogą padać bezpośrednio na czujnik ruchu,

- wysokie nie zaleca się instalowania urządzenia w pobliżu obiektów, które mogą poruszać się pod wpływem wiatru: zasłony, rośliny itp.,

- upewnić się czy przewody zasilające posiadają odpowiednie zabezpieczenie prądowe w postaci właściwych bezpieczników lub inne urządzenia odłączające zasilanie w przypadku przeciążenia,

- jeżeli różnica temperatur pomiędzy obiektem poruszającym się a otoczeniem jest niewielka (np. latem) czujnik może reagować później i zmniejszy się jego zasięg wykrywania ruchu,

- nie montować w pobliżu silnych źródeł zakłóceń elektromagnetycznych,

- zanieczyszczenie optyki czu .jnika powoduje, że zmniejsza się zasięg i czułość wykrywania ruchu

INSTALACJA

1. Wyłącz zasilanie.

2. Sprawdź odpowiednim przyrządem stan beznapięciowy na przewodach zasilających.

3. Usuń górną pokrywę poprzez przekręcenie w kierun nym do ruchu wskazówku przeciw ek zegara, jak na rysunku 2.

4. Podłącz zasilanie i wszystkie przewody elektryczne, zgodnie ze schematem podłączenia przewodów (rys. 1).

SENS - regulacja zasięgu

TEST URZĄDZENIA

Pokrętło TIME przekręć w k m do ruchu wskazówek zegara na mi ierunku przeciwny nimum (10s ), a pokrętło LUX w kierunku zgodnym z ruchem wskazówek zegara na maksimum (SUN). Pokrętło

SENS przekręć w kierunku zgodnym z ruchem wskazówek zegara na maksimum (+).

Włącz zasilanie. Czujnik i połączone z nim oświetlenie na początku nie odnajdą sygnału. Po o czujnik może zacząć pracę. Jeśli czujnik wychwyci sygnał, oświetlenie się włączy. Jeśli k. 30 sekundach

sygnał ustanie, odbiornik powinien przestać pracować w ciągu 10 s ± 3 s, a oświetlenie wyłączyć się. Przekręć pokrętło LUX w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara, na minimum (3).

Jeśli natężenie światła otoczenia jest większe niż 3 LUX, czujnik przestanie działać i oświetlenie również. Jeśli natężenie światła otoczenia jest mniejsze niż 3 LUX (ciemność), czujnik zacznie

pracować. W przypadku braku sygnału, czujnik powinien przestać pracować w ciągu 10 s ± 3 s.

Uwaga: Podczas testowania urządzenia w świetle dziennym, pokrętło LUX należy obracać w kierunku (SUN), w przeciwnym wypadku czujnik nie będzie działać prawidłowo!

NIEKTÓRE PROB IĄZANIALEMY I SPOSOBY ICH ROZW

Obciążenie nie działa:

a. Sprawdź podłączenie zasilania i odbiornika.

b. Sprawdź odbiornik.

c. Sprawdź ustawienia czujnika i ustawienia natężenia oświetlenia otoczenia.

Słaba czułość:

a. Sprawdź, czy przed czujnikiem nie znajdują się urządzenia, które mogą zakłócić odbierane sygnały.

b. Sprawdź temperaturę otoczenia.

c. Sprawdź, czy wykrywany obiekt znajduje się w polu detekcji

d. Sprawdź wysokość instalacji.

Czujnik nie może automatycznie wyłączyć obciążenia:

a. W pol u detekcji występują ciągłe sygnały ruchu.

b. Sprawdź czy opóźnienie czasowego nie jest ustawione na najdłuższą wartość.

c. Sprawdź czy zasilanie jest zgodne z instrukcją.

Operating and installation instructions

DESCRIPTION

The sensor automatically controls lighting or other electrical appliances following a detected motion. The receiver (lighting) is turned on by PIR motion sensor. It allows to switch on the lighting upon

a motion of an object which emits heat in the detection field. If there is no motion within the specified time interval, lighting or any other connected device will be automatically switched off.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The following criteria must be taken into account when selecting the mounting location:

- installation height should be 2.2 - 4m,

- do not install the sensor close to heaters, fans and other devices which could generate rapid change of temperature,

- do not install in places where the sensor would be under direct sunrays influence,

- do not install near objects which could be moved by gusts of wind, e.g. curtains, high plants

- make sure all wires have proper overload protection in form of fuses or other circuit breakers,

- if there is a slight difference in temperature of the moving object and its ambiance (e.g. in summer), the sensor may react later and its detection range will be reduced,

- do not install near sources of strong electromagnetic interferences,

- pollution of ion sensitivity.the sensor’s optics may reduce its range of operation and motion detect

INSTALLATION

1. Switch off the power.

2. Check with an appropriate meter if all power wires are dead.

3. Remove the upper cover by turning it counterclockwise, as shown in fig. 2.

4. Connect the power supply and all the wires as per the wiring scheme (fig.1).

5. Tighten the sensor’s base to the ceiling with the use of mounting screws.

6. Put on the upper cover of the sensor.

7. Switch on the power and test the device.

TEST

LUX luminous intensity adjustment. –

This setting specifies the luminous intensity at which the device stops motion detection while remaining in the stand-by mode. This secures against undesirable lighting switching on during daytime.

The lighting time is set using the knob LUX that should be turned home clockwise; then wait for dusk. When it darkens, set the lighting time by turning the knob LUX until the light is turned on.

TIME lighting time adjustment –

This knob allows to specify the tie of the device operation after the sensor activation. The lighting time is counted from the motion detection moment until switching off.

SENS detection range adjustment –

Turn the TIME knob counterclockwise to the minimal position (10s). Turn the LUX knob clockwise to the maximal position (sun). Turn the SENS knob clockwise to the maximal position (+). Once the

power is switched on, the sensor will start calibrating. After ca. 30 secs. the sensor will be ready and if any motion is detected, it will turn on automatically. If there is no motion, the receiver should

stop working within 10s ± 3s, and the light would switch off.

Turn the LUX knob counterclockwise to the minimal position (3). If the ambient light intensity exceeds 3lux, both the sensor and the light will stop working. If the ambient light intensity is lower than

3lux (darkness), the sensor will be active. If there is no induction signal, the sensor will stop working in 10s ± 3s.

NOTE: If the sensor is tested in the daytime, LUX knob should be turned towards the sun position otherwise it will not work properly! –

SOME PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

The connected device does not work:

a. make sure that power source and the connected device are properly connected to the sensor,

b. check if the receiver is correct,

c. check if the light intensity parameters correspond to the ambient light around the sensor.

Poor sensitivity:

a. check if there are any objects in front of the sensor that could negatively impact its operation,
