CHARAKTERYSTYKA

Czujnik ruchu służy do automatycznego sterowania oświetleniem lub innymi urządzeniami elektrycznymi przy jednoczesnej oszczędności energii elektrycznej. Potrójny system czujników ruchu, które

działają na podczerwień z detektorami umieszczonymi pod specjalnym kątem zapewnia kontrolę całego obszaru. Czujnik idealny do kontrolowania dużych pomieszczeń np. hal magazynowych,

poczekalni oraz ciągów komunikacyjnych np. korytarze itp.

INSTALACJA

1. Odłącz zasilanie za pomocą bezpiecznika lub włącznika głównego.

2. Sprawdź odpowiednim przyrządem stan beznapięciowy na przewodach zasilających.

3. Zdejmij pokrywę czujnika.

4. Podłącz przewody pod zaciski zgodnie ze schematem podłączenia (rys.3 ).

5. Zainstaluj czujnik w wybranym miejscu za pomocą śrub z kołkami rozporowymi (rys.4).

6. Włącz zasilanie.

7. Dopa j parametry i przetestuj czujnik. su

8. Załóż z powrotem pokrywę czujnika.

TEST

Czujnik wyposażony jest w dwa pokrętła:

LUX – regulacja natężenia światła,

TIME – regulacja iecenia, czasu św

Pokrętło TIME przekręć w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara na minimum (10s).

Pokrętło LUX przekręć w kierunku zgodnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara na maksimum .

Po włączeniu zasilania, czujnik przejdzie w stan kalibracji. Po około 30 sekundach czujnik załączy się a następnie gdy nie wykryje ruchu wyłączy si automatycznie. Po wykryciu ruchu w zasięgu pola ę

detekcji czujnik zacznie działać prawidłowo.

Po 30 sekundach od pierwszej detekcji, czujnik jest goto -10 s. wy do pracy. Jeżeli czujnik nie wykryje ruchu, obciążenie przestanie działać w ciągu 3

oświetlenie lampy wynosi 60W, dystans pomiędzy czujnikiem, a lampą powinien wynosić minimum 60 cm.

NIEKTÓRE PROBLEMY I SPOSOBY ICH ROZWIĄZANIA

1. Obciążenie nie działa:

a. Sprawd ź podłączenie zasilania i odbiornika.

b. Sprawdź czy obciążenie jest prawidłowe.

c. Sprawdź czy ustawienie natężenia oświetlenia odpowiada rzeczywistemu oświetleniu miejsca pracy czujnika.

2. Słaba czułość:

a. Sprawd ź czy przed czujnikiem nie znajdują się urządzenia, które mogą zakłócić odbierane sygnały.

b. nia. Sprawdź temperaturę otocze

c. Sprawdź czy wykrywany obiekt znajduje się w polu detekcji

d. Sprawdź wysokość instalacji.

e. Sprawdź czy kierunek detekcji jest prawidłowy.

3. Czujnik nie może automatycznie wyłączyć obciążenia:

a. Sprawdź czy w polu detekcji występują ciągłe sygnały ruchu.

b. Sprawdź czy czas zwłoki wyłączenia ustawiono na maksymalną wartość.

c. Sprawdź czy źródło zasilania odpowiada wartościom znamionowym przedstawionym w instrukcji.

BEZPIECZEŃSTWO I NSERWACJAKO

Konserwację wykonywać należy przy odłączonym zasilaniu.

Czyścić wyłącznie delikatnymi i suchymi tkaninami.

Nie używać chemicznych środków czyszczących.

Nie zakrywać wyrobu.

Zapewnić swobodny dostęp powietrza.

Operating and installation instructions

DESCRIPTION

The motion sensor is used to automatically control lighting or other electrical devices while saving electricity. A triple system of motion sensors which operate on infrared with sensors placed at a

special angle ensures control of the whole area. The sensor is ideal for controlling large rooms such as warehouses, waiting rooms and passageways such as corridors etc.

INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the power supply using a fuse or the main swi tch.

2. Use a proper device (e.g. power tester) to check if there are any live wires left.

3. Remove sensor cover.

4. Connect the wires accordingly to the terminals (according to the diagram fig.3 ).

5. Install the sensor in the desired location using the stud bolts (fig.4).

6 Switch on the power supply. .

7 Adjust the parameters and test the sensor. .

8. Replace the sensor cover.

TEST

The sensor is equipped with two knobs:

LUX daylight sensor adjustment, –

TIME time setting adjustment, –

Turn the TIME knob counterclockwise to minimum (10sec). Turn the LUX knob clockwise to maximum .

When the power is switched on, the sensor will enter a calibration state. After about 30 seconds, the detector will switch on and then switch off automatically if it does not detect any movement.

When motion is detected within the detection field, the detector will start working properly.

After 30 seconds from the first detection, the sensor is ready for operation. If the sensor does not detect movement, the load will stop working within 3-10 seconds.

Turn the LUX knob counterclockwise to minimum. When the light intensity is greater than 3LUX, the sensor will not operate. Below a light intensity of 3LUX, the sensor will start working properly. If

the sensor does not detect movement, the load will stop working within 3-10 seconds.

Note: when testing in daylight, please turn LUX knob to (MAX ) position, otherwise the sensor could not work properly! When the lamp illumination is 60W, the distance between the sensor

and the lamp should be at least 60 cm.

SOME PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

1. The connected device does not work:

a. check that power source and the connected device are properly connected,

b. check if the receiver is correct,

c. check sen arameters versus the ambient light intensity. sor’s p

2. Poor sensitivity:

a. ck if there are any objects in front of the sensor that could negatively impact its operation, che

b. check the ambient temperature,

c. check if the moving object is in the detection field,

d. check if the installation height is correct.

e. check that the direction of detection is correct.
