Der digitale Voice-Recorder VR368 benötigt für den Betrieb

zwei Alkaline-Batterien mit 1,5 Volt des Typs "AAA".

Batterien einlegen:

• Öﬀnen Sie das Batterienfach, indem Sie die Abdeckung

auf der Rückseite des Voice-Recorders in Pfeilrichtung

aufschieben.

• Legen Sie die Batterien in das Batterienfach ein und

achten Sie auf die korrekte Polarisierung.

• Schieben Sie das Batterienfach wieder zu, bis dieses mit

einem hörbaren Klick einrastet.

Ersetzen der Batterien

Die Batteriestand-Anzeige zeigt den Batterieverbrauch

folgendermassen an:

Voll -------------------------------------> Leer

Wenn die Batterieanzeige blinkt, müssen die Batterien

sofort ersetzt werden.

Voice-Recorder einschalten

Betätigen Sie einfach den "Ein/Aufnahme"-Schalter (On/Rec)

an der Vorderseite, um den Voice-Recorder einzuschalten.

Der Voice-Recorder schaltet sich selbsttätig ab, wenn ca. 2

Minuten lang keine Tastenbetätigung erfolgt.

Installing the batteries

The VR368 digital recorder uses two 1.5 V AAA alkaline

batteries.

To install the batteries:

• Open the battery compartment by sliding the battery

compartment cover on the back of the recorder in the

direction of the arrow.

• Place the batteries into the compartment, making sure they

are inserted according to the correct polarity.

• Slide the battery compartment cover back on until it clicks

into place.

Replacing the batteries

The remaining battery indicator shows the battery consumption

as follows:

Full -----------------------------------> Empty

If the battery mark ﬂashes, replace the new batteries

immediately.

Turning the recorder on

To turn the recorder on, simply press the On/Rec switch on

the front. The recorder switches itself off automatically if it

is not operated for about two minutes.

The LCD

The LCD provides various information about the status of

the recorder.

When the recorder is switched on, the initial display shows

the record mode that is selected (SP - standard play, EP -

extended play or LP - long play) in the top left corner. In

the top right corner you can see the two-digit index number

of the message (00 if no messages are recorded or if you are

using the recorder for the ﬁrst time). Underneath the record

mode is a display of the battery status. At the bottom of the

display, you can see the duration of the selected message.

The bar at the very bottom of the display corresponds to the

scale marked 0 - 100% underneath the LCD and shows the

size of the available memory.

Set-up mode

In Set-up mode, you can set various functions on the recorder.

To enter Set-up, make sure the recorder is in stop mode (not

recording or playing back messages). Then press and hold

the Jog dial for two seconds.

The first display shows the amount of available time left

(REMAIN) for recording in the record mode that is displayed

in the top left corner. This REMAIN screen is also used to

change the recording mode. By rotating the Jog dial up or

down, you can scroll to the other functions VOX and BEEP.

To change the record mode:

Press the Jog dial while in the REMAIN screen. You can then

scroll between the record modes SP, EP and LP by rotating the

Jog dial. To set a mode, press the Jog dial when the desired

mode is displayed in the top left corner. The available time

left for recording is displayed at the bottom. The recorder

then automatically returns to normal operation.

To change the VOX mode:

When VOX, or voice activated recording, is set to on, the

recorder will stop recording when it detects several seconds

of silence. It resumes recording automatically when a voice

is detected again.

In Set-up, rotate the Jog dial to scroll to the VOX display

and select it by pressing the Jog dial. Rotate the Jog dial to

toggle between VOX on and VOX oﬀ, then press the dial to

conﬁrm the setting you want. The recorder then automati-

cally returns to normal operation.

To change the BEEP mode:

When BEEP is activated, a confirmation tone will be heard.

In Set-up, rotate the Jog dial to scroll to the BEEP display

and select it by pressing the Jog dial. Rotate the Jog dial to

toggle between BEEP on and BEEP off, then press the dial

to conﬁrm the setting you want. The recorder then

automatically returns to normal operation.

Recording

To record a message, press Rec once. The indicator light

above the LCD turns red.

To record, you can use either the internal microphone or you

can plug an external microphone in to the Mic socket on the

top of the recorder. Use a condenser type microphone.

For best results, keep a distance of 10 cm (min.) to 30 cm

(max.) between the microphone (internal or external) and the

sound source.

To stop recording, simply press Rec again.

Marking an index during recording

You can mark an index when you are recording. This means

you can play back the message from the location of the index

instead of having to start right at the beginning.

To mark an index, simply press the Jog dial once while recording.

An index will be located at the next message number during

recording.

Playback

To play back a message:

Use the Jog dial to scroll through the messages until you find

the number of the message you want to hear.

Press the Jog dial once to play back the message. The indicator

light above the LCD turns green.

To stop playback, simply press the Jog dial again.

Deleting messages

Scroll through the messages to ﬁnd one you wish to delete

by rotating the Jog dial.

Press Del once. The two-digit index number will ﬂash.

Press Del again to confirm the erasure of the single message,

press Rec to cancel the erasure, or rotate the Jog dial to toggle

from a single message to all messages. When ALL flashes in

the display, press Del to confirm the erasure of all messages,

or press Rec to cancel the erasure.

Reset

If the recorder should malfunction, use a blunt point (e.g. the

tip of a pencil or the nib of a pen) to press the Reset key on

the back of the recorder.

If the memory has been corrupted, reset the system as follows:

• Press and hold the Del key;

• At the same time, press the Reset key as described above;

• Release the Reset key;

• Wait until the "REMAIN" icon is displayed.

• Release the Del key.

• The memory will be initialised after about 45 seconds.

Installation des piles

L'enregistreur numérique VR368 fonctionne avec deux

piles alcalines 1,5V AAA/LR3.

Pour installer les piles :

• Ouvrir le logement des piles en faisant coulisser la trappe

du logement des piles au dos de l'enregistreur dans le sens

de la flèche.

• Installer les piles dans le logement en respectant les polarités.

• Remettre le couvercle en place en le faisant coulisser

jusqu'au déclic.

Remplacemant des piles

L’indicateur de consommation des piles donne les informations

suivantes:

Plein ------------------------------------> Vide

Si l’icône de la pile clignote, changer immédiatement

la pile.

Mise sous tension de l'enregistreur

Pour mettre l'enregistreur sous tension, appuyer simplement

sur l'interrupteur On/Rec sur le devant. L'enregistreur s'éteint

automatiquement s'il n'est pas utilisé pendant deux minutes

environ.

Le LCD

Le LCD fournit diﬀérentes informations sur le statut de

l'enregistreur.

Quand l'enregistreur est mis sous tension, l'aﬀichage initial

indique le mode d'enregistrement sélectionné (SP - lecture

standard, EP - lecture prolongée ou LP - lecture longue) en

haut à gauche. En haut à droite, on peut voir le numéro

d'indice à deux chiﬀres du message (00 si aucun message

n'est enregistré ou si l'on utilise l'enregistreur pour la

première fois). Le statut des piles est aﬀiché sous le mode

d'enregistrement. Dans le bas de l'aﬀichage, on peut voir la

durée du message sélectionné. La barre tout en bas de

l'aﬀichage correspond à l'échelle marquée 0 - 100% sous le

LCD et indique la quantité de mémoire disponible.

Mode de paramètrage

Le mode de paramètrage permet de règler les diﬀérentes

fonctions de l'enregistreur. Pour entrer le paramètrage, s'assurer

que l'enregistreur est en mode d'arrêt (Pas d'enregistrement ou de

ré-écoute des messages). Puis appuyer sur le cadran Jog pendant

deux secondes.

Le premier aﬀichage indique le temps d'enregistrement

disponible (REMAIN) dans le mode d'enregistrement qui est

aﬀiché en haut à gauche. Cet écran REMAIN sert aussi à

changer le mode d'enregistrement. Tourner le cadran Jog vers le

haut ou le bas pour passer aux autres fonctions VOX et BEEP.

Pour changer le mode d'enregistrement :

Appuyer sur le cadran Jog dans l'écran REMAIN. On peut

alors faire défiler les modes d'enregistrement SP, EP et LP

en tournant ce cadran. Pour règler un mode, appuyer sur le

cadran Jog quand le mode désiré s'aﬀiche en haut à gauche.

Le temps d'enregistrement disponible s'aﬀiche dans le bas.

L'enregistreur retourne ensuite automatiquement au mode

de fonctionnement normal.

Pour changer le mode VOX :

Quand VOX, ou enregistrement activé à la voix, est réglé,

l'enregistreur cesse d'enregistrer quand il détecte plusieurs

secondes de silence. Il reprend l'enregistrement

automatiquement quand il détecte à nouveau une voix.

Lors du paramètrage, tourner le cadran Jog pour passer à

l'aﬀichage VOX et sélectionner celui-ci en appuyant sur le

cadran Jog. Tourner le cadran Jog pour alterner entre VOX

On (activé) et VOX Off (annulé), puis appuyer dessus pour

conﬁrmer le réglage désiré. L'enregistreur retourne alors

automatiquement au mode de fonctionnement normal.

Pour changer le mode BEEP :

Quand BEEP (BIP) est activé, une tonalité de confirmation

se fait entendre.

Lors du paramètrage, tourner le cadran Jog pour passer à

l'aﬀichage BEEP et sélectionner celui-ci en appuyant sur le

cadran Jog. Tourner le cadran Jog pour alterner entre BEEP

On (activé) et BEEP Oﬀ (annulé), puis appuyer dessus pour

conﬁrmer le réglage désiré. L'enregistreur retourne alors

automatiquement au fonctionnement normal.

Enregistrement

Pour enregistrer un message, appuyer une fois sur Rec.

L'indicateur lumineux au-dessus du LCD passe au rouge.

Pour enregistrer, on peut utiliser le micro interne ou

brancher un micro externe dans la prise MIC sur le dessus

de l'enregistreur. Utiliser un micro de type condensateur.

Pour de meilleurs résultats, garder une distance de 10 cm

(min) à 30 cm (max) entre le micro (interne ou externe) et

la source sonore.

Pour arrêter l'enregistrement, appuyer encore une fois sur Rec.

Marquer un indice lors de l'enregistrement

Il est possible de marquer un indice lors de l'enregistrement.

Ceci permet de reproduire le message à partir de l'emplacement

de l'indice au lieu d'avoir à recommencer debut le début.

Pour marquer un indice, appuyer une fois sur le cadran Jog

durant l'enregistrement. Un index sera indiqué sur le prochain

message lors de l’enregistrement.

Ecoute

Pour reproduire un message :

Utiliser le cadran Jog pour faire défiler les messages jusqu'au

numéro du message que l'on désire écouter.

Appuyer une fois sur le cadran Jog pour reproduire le message.

L'indicateur lumineux au-dessus du LCD passe au vert.

Pour arrêter l'écoute, il suﬀit d'appuyer encore une fois sur

le cadran Jog.

Effacement de messages

Faire déﬁler les messages pour trouver celui que l'on désire

annuler en tournant le cadran Jog.

Appuyer une fois sur Del. Le numéro d'indice à deux chiffres

se met à clignoter.

Appuyer encore une fois sur Del pour confirmer l'effacement

du seul message; appuyer sur Rec pour annuler l'eﬀacement

ou tourner le cadran Jog pour alterner entre un seul message

et tous les messages. Quand ALL clignote sur l'écran, appuyer

sur DEL pour confirmer l'effacement de tous les messages ou

appuyer sur Rec pour annuler l'effacement.

Réenclenchement

Au cas où l'enregistreur fonctionnerait mal, utiliser une

pointe émoussée (par exemple, la pointe d'un crayon ou d'un

stylo) pour appuyer sur la commande de réenclenchement

(Reset) au dos de l'appareil.

Si la mémoire a été endommagée, réenclencher le système de

la façon suivante :

• Appuyer sans lâcher sur Del;

• Simultanément, appuyer sur Reset comme décrit ci-dessus;

• Lâcher Reset;

• Attendre que l'icône "REMAIN" s'affiche.

• Lâcher Del.

• La mémoire s'initialisera 45 secondes plus tard environ.

In der LCD-Anzeige erscheinen verschiedene Informationen

über den Betriebszustand des Voice-Recorders.

Nach dem Einschalten des Voice-Recorders erscheint die

Anzeige für den jeweils eingestellten Aufnahmemodus (SP

-Standardwiedergabe; EP - Verlängerte Wiedergabe oder LP

- Langspielmodus) in der linken oberen Ecke. In der rechten

oberen Ecke sehen Sie eine zweistellige numerische Anzeige

("00" wenn keine Nachrichten vorhanden sind, oder wenn

Sie den Voice-Recorder das erste Mal einsetzen). Unter der

Anzeige für den eingestellten Aufnahmemodus erscheint

die Anzeige für den Ladezustand der Batterien. Am unteren

Rand erscheint die Anzeige für die Länge der jeweils

ausgewählten Nachricht. Der Anzeigebalken am untersten

Rand entspricht einer Skala von 0-100%, und die Länge des

Balkens zeigt den noch verfügbaren Speicher an.

Setup-Modus

Im Setup-Modus (Einrichten) können Sie verschiedene

Funktionen des Voice-Recorders programmieren. Stellen Sie

sicher, daß der Voice-Recorder im Stopp-Modus funktioniert,

(keine Aufnahme oder Wiedergabe von Mitteilungen). Halten

Sie nun den Drehradschalter, zwei Sekunden lang gedrückt.

In der ersten Anzeige erscheint in der linken oberen Ecke die

im jeweils eingestellten Aufnahmemodus noch für weitere

Aufnahmen verbleibende Zeit (REMAIN). In der "REMAIN"-

Anzeige (VERBLEIBENDE ZEIT) kann zudem die Einstellung

für den aktiven Aufnahmemodus verändert werden. Drehen Sie

den Drehradschalter nach oben oder unten, um die Funktionen

"VOX" (Sprachgesteuerte Aufnahme) und "BEEP" aufzurufen.

Aufnahmemodus wechseln:

Betätigen Sie den Drehradschalter während die "REMAIN"-

Anzeige (VERBLEIBENDE ZEIT) erscheint. Sie können

nun zwischen den Aufnahmemodi "SP", "EP" und "LP"

mittels des Drehradschalters umschalten. Betätigen Sie den

Drehradschalter sobald der eingestellte Modus in der oberen

linken Ecke angezeigt wird, um diesen Betriebsmodus

auszuwählen. Die verbleibende Aufnahmezeit erscheint

anschließend unten in der Anzeige. Der Voice-Recorder schaltet

nun selbsttätig wieder in den Normalbetriebsmodus zurück.

In den VOX-Modus wechseln:

Wenn der VOX-Modus aktiviert ist unterbricht der Voice-

Recorder die Aufnahme wenn dieser eine Sprechpause von

einigen Sekunden erkennt. Die Aufnahme wird automatisch

fortgesetzt, sobald erneut Geräusche festgestellt werden.

Stellen Sie mit dem Drehradschalter die VOX-

Sprachsteuerungsoption im Setup-Modus ein, und wählen

Sie den Betriebszustand durch Drücken auf den

Drehradschalter aus. Drehen Sie am Drehradschalter, um die

gewünschte Einstellung für "VOX Ein" oder "VOX Aus"

auszuwählen. Der Voice-Recorder schaltet automatisch

wieder in den Normalbetriebsmodus zurück.

"BEEP"-Modus (Tastenbestätigung) aktivieren:

Wenn der "BEEP"-Modus (Tastenbestätigung) aktiviert ist,

ertönt ein Ton.

Drehen Sie im Setup-Modus am Drehradschalter, um die

Anzeige für den "BEEP"-Modus (Tastenbestätigung)

aufzurufen, und aktivieren Sie den Einstellmodus durch

Drücken auf den Drehradschalter. Drehen Sie nun am

Drehradschalter, um zwischen "BEEP Ein" und "BEEP Aus"

auszuwählen, und Drücken Sie nochmals, um die gewünschte

Auswahl zu bestätigen. Der Voice-Recorder schaltet

automatisch wieder in den Normalbetriebsmodus zurück.

Aufnahme

Betätigen Sie "Rec" einmal, um eine Nachricht aufzunehmen.

Der Aufnahme-Indikator über der LCD-Anzeige leuchtet nun rot.

Sie können Aufnahmen entweder über das integrierte Mikrofon

vornehmen, oder dazu ein externes Mikrofon an der mit "Mic"

bezeichneten Buchse an der Stirnseite des Voice-Recorders

anschließen. Verwenden Sie ein Kondensatormikrofon.

Für eine optimale Aufnahmequalität sollten Sie aus einer

Entfernung von 10 cm (min.) bis 30 cm (max.) in das

Mikrofon (integriert oder extern) sprechen.

Beenden Sie die Aufnahme einfach durch nochmaliges

Betätigen der mit "Rec" bezeichneten Aufnahmetaste.

Index-Markierung während der Aufnahme setzen

Sie können während der Aufnahme eine Index-Markierung

vornehmen. Diese Funktion ermöglicht Ihnen die Wiedergabe

einer Nachricht direkt von dieser markierten Stelle beginnend,

ohne zuerst die ganze Aufnahme von Anfang an abhören zu

müssen.

Betätigen Sie einfach den Drehradschalter einmal während

der Aufnahme, um eine Index-Markierung einzufügen.

Während der Aufzeichnung wird ein Index bei der nächsten

Nachricht.

Wiedergabe

Wiedergabe einer Nachricht:

Verwenden Sie den Drehradschalter um durch die Nachrichten

zu suchen bis Sie die Nummer der gewünschten Nachricht

zur Wiedergabe gefunden haben.

Drücken Sie einmal auf den Drehradschalter, um die Nachricht

abzuhören. Der Indikator über der LCD-Anzeige leuchtet

nun grün.

Drücken Sie einfach nochmals auf den Drehradschalter, um

die Wiedergabe anzuhalten.

Nachrichten löschen

Drehen Sie den Drehradschalter und suchen Sie durch die

Nachrichten bis Sie die gewünschte Nachricht gefunden

haben, die Sie löschen möchten.

Betätigen Sie die Löschtaste (Del) einmal. Die zweistellige

Indexnummer blinkt nun.

Betätigen Sie die Löschtaste (Del) nochmals, um die Löschung

der einzelnen Nachricht zu bestätigen, oder drehen Sie am

Drehradschalter, um von der Löschung einer einzelnen

Nachricht zur Löschung aller Nachrichten umzuschalten.

Betätigen Sie die Löschtaste (Del) sobald die Meldung "ALL"

(Alle Nachrichten) in der Anzeige blinkt, um die Löschung

aller Nachrichten zu bestätigen, oder die mit "Rec" bezeichnet

Taste, um den Löschvorgang abzubrechen.

Rücksetzung

Verwenden Sie beim Auftreten von Funktionsstörungen einen

spitzen Gegenstand (z.B. die Spitze eines Kugelschreibers

oder eines Bleistiftes), um die Rücksetztaste an der Rückseite

des Voice-Recorders zu betätigen.

Führen Sie eine Rücksetzung wie folgt durch wenn der

Speicherinhalt nicht wiedergegeben werden kann:

• Halten Sie die Löschtaste (Del) gedrückt;

• Betätigen Sie gleichzeitig die Rücksetztaste (Reset) wie

oben beschrieben;

• Geben Sie die Rücksetztaste frei;

• Warten Sie bis die Meldung "REMAIN" in der Anzeige

erscheint.

• Geben Sie die Löschtaste (Del) frei.

• Die Initialisierung des Speichers ist nach ca. 45 Sekunden

abgeschlossen.

Instalación de las pilas

El grabador digital VR368 utiliza dos pilas alcalinas AAA

de 1,5 V.

Para instalar las pilas:

• Abrir el compartimiento de las pilas deslizando la cubierta

del compartimiento de pilas situada en la parte posterior del

grabador en la dirección de la flecha.

• Introducir las pilas en el compartimiento, asegurándose de

colocarlas de acuerdo con la polaridad correcta.

• Hacer deslizar la cubierta del compartimiento de pilas otra

vez hasta que encaje en su sitio.

Sustituir las baterias

El indicador de cárga de las baterias muestra el consumo

como sigue:

Cargadas -----------------------------> Descargadas

Si el indicador de bateria descargada parpadea

sustituir las baterias.

Conexión del grabador

Para encender el grabador, pulsar simplemente el conmutador

On/Rec situado en la parte frontal. El grabador se desconecta

automáticamente si se deja inactivo durante aproximadamente

dos minutos.

La pantalla LCD

La pantalla proporciona diferente información acerca del

estado del grabador.

Cuando el grabador está encendido, la pantalla inicial

muestra la modalidad de grabación que está seleccionada

(SP - duración estándar, EP - duración extendida o LP -

larga duración) en la esquina superior izquierda. En la

esquina superior derecha se puede ver el número índice de

dos dígitos del mensaje (00 si no hay mensajes grabados o

si se está utilizando el grabador por primera vez). Debajo de

la modalidad de grabación hay una visualización del estado

de las pilas. En la parte inferior de la pantalla, se puede ver

la duración del mensaje seleccionado. La barra en la parte

más baja de la pantalla corresponde a la escala marcada 0 -

100% debajo de la pantalla LCD y muestra el tamaño de

memoria disponible.

Modalidad de conﬁguración

En la modalidad de conﬁguración, se pueden establecer

varias funciones en el grabador. Para entrar en la modalidad

de conﬁguración, asegúrese de que el grabador está en la

modalidad de parada (que no esté grabando o rebobinando

mensajes). A continuación, pulsar y mantener oprimido el

dial selector durante dos segundos.

La primera pantalla muestra la cantidad de tiempo restante

disponible (REMAIN) para grabar en la modalidad de

grabación que se visualiza en la esquina superior izquierda.

Esta pantalla REMAIN se utiliza también para cambiar la

modalidad de grabación. Haciendo girar el dial selector

hacia arriba o hacia abajo, es posible desplazarse a las otras

funciones VOX y BEEP.

Para cambiar el modo de grabación:

Pulsar el dial selector mientras está en la pantalla REMAIN.

A continuación, puede desplazarse entre las modalidades de

grabación SP, EP y LP haciendo girar el dial selector. Para

establecer una modalidad, pulsar el dial selector cuando la

modalidad deseada aparece en la esquina superior izquierda

de la pantalla. El tiempo restante disponible para grabar se

visualiza en la parte inferior. El grabador regresa

automáticamente al funcionamiento normal.

Para cambiar la modalidad VOX:

Cuando VOX, o grabación activada por voz, está seleccionada,

el grabador parará de grabar cuando detecte varios segundos de

silencio. Reanuda automáticamente la grabación cuando detecte

voz otra vez.

En la modalidad de configuración, hacer girar el dial selector

para desplazarse a la pantalla VOX y seleccionarla pulsando

el dial selector. Hacer girar el dial selector para alternar entre

VOX activada y VOX desactivada; a continuación, pulsar el

dial para confirmar el ajuste que desea. El grabador regresará

automáticamente al funcionamiento normal.

Para cambiar la modalidad BEEP:

Cuando BEEP está activado, se oirá un tono de confirmación.

En la modalidad de configuración, hacer girar el dial selector

para desplazarse a la pantalla BEEP y seleccionarla pulsando

el dial selector. Hacer girar el dial selector para alternar entre

BEEP activado y BEEP desactivado; a continuación, pulsar

el dial para conﬁrmar el ajuste que desea. El grabador

regresará automáticamente al funcionamiento normal.

Grabación

Para grabar un mensaje, pulsar Rec una vez. La luz indicadora

encima de la pantalla LCD se pone roja.

Para grabar, se puede utilizar el micrófono interno o enchufar

un micrófono externo en la clavija Mic situada en la parte

superior del grabador. Utilizar un micrófono tipo condensador.

Para obtener los mejores resultados, mantener una distancia

de 10 cm (mínima) a 30 cm (máxima) entre el micrófono

(interno o externo) y la fuente de sonido.

Para parar de grabar, pulsar Rec otra vez.

Marcado de índice durante la grabación

Se puede marcar un índice mientras se graba. Esto signiﬁca

que puede reproducir el mensaje a partir de la posición del

índice en vez de tener que empezar desde el principio.

Para marcar un índice, pulsar simplemente el dial selector

una vez durante la grabación. El mesaje prioritário sera

almacenado en segundo lugar al primer mensaje grabado.

Reproducción

Para reproducir un mensaje:

Utilizar el dial selector para desplazarse por los mensajes

hasta hallar el número del mensaje que desea escuchar.

Pulsar el dial selector una vez para reproducir el mensaje.

La luz indicadora encima de la pantalla LCD se pone verde.

Para parar la reproducción, pulsar simplemente el dial

selector otra vez.

Borrado de mensajes

Desplazarse por los mensajes hasta hallar el mensaje que

desea borrar haciendo girar el dial selector.

Pulsar Del una vez. El número índice de dos dígitos destellará.

Pulsar Del otra vez para conﬁrmar el borrado del mensaje

individual, pulsar Rec para cancelar el borrado, o hacer girar

el dial selector para pasar de un mensaje individual a todos

los mensajes. Cuando ALL (todos) destelle en la pantalla,

pulsar Del para conﬁrmar el borrado de todos los mensajes,

o pulsar Rec para cancelar el borrado.

Reajuste

Si el grabador funciona mal, utilizar una punta roma (por ej.

la punta de un lápiz o de una pluma) para pulsar la tecla

Reset en la parte posterior del grabador.

Si la memoria está degradada, reajustar el sistema de la forma

• Pulsar y mantener oprimida la tecla Del;

• Al mismo tiempo, pulsar la tecla Reset según se describe

más arriba;

• Soltar la tecla Reset;

• Esperar hasta que se visualice el icono "REMAIN".

• Soltar la tecla Del.

• La memoria se inicializará al cabo de unos 45 segundos.

Inserimento delle batterie

Il registratore digitale VR368 utilizza due pile AAA da 1,5V.

Per inserire le pile:

• Aprire lo sportello del vano batterie, sul retro del registratore,

nella direzione indicata dalla freccia.

• Inserire le batterie nel vano rispettando la polarità indicata.

• Riporre il coperchio delle batteri ﬁnché non scatta in

posizione.

Sostituzione delle pile

L’indicatore delle pile in esaurimento mostra il consumo

come segue:

In pieno ----------------------------------> Vuoto

Se l’indicatore lampeggia, sostituire le pile

immediatamente.

Accensione del registratore

Per accendere il registratore basta premere l'interruttore On/

Rec sul lato anteriore. Il registratore si spegne automaticamente

dopo due minuti di inattività.

Lo schermo LCD

Questo schermo visualizza diverse informazioni sullo stato

di funzionamento del registratore.

All'accensione del registratore, la schermata iniziale visualizza

la modalità di registrazione che è stata selezionata (SP per

Standard Play, EP per riproduzione estesa o LP per Long Play)

nell'angolo superiore sinistro. Nell'angolo superiore destro

appare un codice a due cifre del messaggio (00 se non viene

registrato alcun messaggio o se si usa il registratore per la

prima volta). Sotto la modalità di registrazione viene indicato

lo stato di carica delle batterie. Sul fondo del display, si può

vedere la durata del messaggio selezionato. La barra nella

parte più bassa del display corrisponde alla scala 0-100%

sotto l'LCD e indica le dimensioni della memoria disponibile.

Modalità di setup

In questa modalità di funzionamento si possono definire varie

funzioni sul registratore. Per accedere a Setup, accertarsi che

il registratore sia nella modalità di arresto (Non registrare o

riprodurre messaggi). Tenere quindi premuto la manopola

Jog per due secondi.

Il primo display visualizza la quantità di tempo disponibile

(REMAIN) per la registrazione nella modalità indicata

nell'angolo superiore sinistro. Questa schermata REMAIN

serve anche a cambiare la modalità di registrazione.

Ruotando la manopola Jog in alto o in basso, si possono

selezionare le altre funzioni, VOX e BEEP.

Per modiﬁcare la modalità di registrazione:

Premere la manopola Jog mentre si opera nella schermata

REMAIN. Si possono quindi selezionare le modalità di

registrazione SP, EP e LP ruotando la manopola Jog. Per

impostare una modalità, premere la manopola Jog quando la

modalità desiderata è visualizzata nell'angolo superiore sinistro.

Il tempo disponibile per la registrazione è visualizzato in

fondo allo schermo. Dopodiché viene ripristinato il normale

funzionamento del registratore.

Per cambiare la modalità VOX:

Quando VOX o la registrazione attivata a voce sono impostati

su On, il registratore ferma la registrazione non appena rileva

diversi secondi di silenzio. Riprende a registrare automaticamente

quando viene rilevata nuovamente una voce.

Nella modalità Setup, ruotare la manopola Jog per selezionare

il display VOX e selezionare quest'ultimo premendo Jog.

Ruotare Jog per attivare o disattivare la funzione VOX e

premere di nuovo questa manopola per confermare

l'impostazione desiderata. Dopodiché viene ripristinato il

normale funzionamento del registratore.

Per cambiare la modalità BEEP:

Con la funzione BEEP attivata, viene confermata dall'emissione

di tono acustico. In Setup, ruotare la manopola Jog per

visualizzare il diplay BEEP e selezionare questa funzione

premendo Jog. Ruotare Jog per attivare o disattivare la

funzione BEEP e premere di nuovo questa manopola per

confermare l'impostazione desiderata. Dopodiché viene

ripristinato il normale funzionamento del registratore.

Registrazione

Per registrare un messaggio, premere Rec una volta. La spia

luminosa sopra l'LCD si accende.

Per eseguire una registrazione si può usare il microfono interno

oppure si può collegare un microfono esterno alla presa Mic

nella parte superiore del registratore. Utilizzare un microfono

di tipo a condensatore.

Per ottenere i migliori risultati, tenere una distanza da 10 cm

(min.) a 30 cm (max.) tra il microfono (interno o esterno) e

la fonte sonora.

Per interrompere la registrazione, basta premere nuovamente Rec.

Creazione di un segnaposto durante la registrazione

Durante la registrazione è possibile creare un indice. Ciò

signiﬁca che un messaggio può essere riprodotto dalla

posizione del segnaposto invece che dall'inizio.

Per creare un segnaposto, basta premere la manopola Dial una

volta durante la registrazione. Un segnaposto sara inserito

nel messaggio seguente durante la registrazione.

Riproduzione

Per riprodurre un messaggio:

Usando la manopola Dial per passare in rassegna i messaggi

ﬁno a trovare il numero di quello che si desidera ascoltare.

Premere la manopola Jog una volta per riprodurre il messaggio.

La spia luminosa sopra l'LCD diventa verde.

Per fermare la riproduzione, basta premere nuovamente Job.

Cancellazione dei messaggi

Ruotando la manopola Jog, passare in rassegna i messaggi

fino a trovare quello che si desidera cancellare.

Premere Del una volta. Il codice d'indice a due cifre lampeggia.

Premere nuovamente Del per confermare la cancellazione

di un messaggio singolo; premere Rec per annullare la

cancellazione o ruotare Jog per selezionare tutti i messaggi

invece che un messaggio singolo. Quando l'indicazione ALL

(tutti) lampeggia nel display, premere Del per confermare la

cancellazione di tutti i messaggi o premere Rec per annullare

la cancellazione.

Azzeramento

In caso di malfunzionamento del registratore, usare un oggetto

appuntito (es. la punta di una matita o di una penna) per

premere il tasto Reset sul retro del registratore.

In caso di problemi alla memoria, resettare il sistema nel

modo seguente:

• Tenere premuto il tasto Del;

• Contemporaneamente, premere il tasto Reset nel modo

suindicato;

• Rilasciare il tasto Reset;

• Attendere che appaia l'icona "REMAIN".

• Rilasciare il tasto Del.

• La memoria verrà inizializzata dopo 45 secondi.
