ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

NOTE: Please consult a qualied electrician if you are not certain of the installation.

CAUTION: Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning o the circuit breaker or by

removing the fuse at the fuse box.

1.Fasten Nipple to Mounting Strap by screwing Hex Nut and adjust desired length.

2.Fasten Mounting Strap onto Outlet Box using 2 Outlet Box Screws.

3.Connect wires with white to white and black to black, cover the connections by using the Wire Connectors

provided. Tie the ground wire from Outlet Box and from xture to the Ground Screw on the Mounting

Strap.

4.Place the Wall Plate against the Wall allowing the Nipple to pass through the center hole of the Wall Plate,

and secure the Wall Plate with Pipe Nut.

5.Install bulb (Not included).

6.Fasten the Glass Shade and Metal Shade onto the Wall Plate by using the Mounting Screws provided.

7.Turn on the power.
