Should this unit exhibit a problem, check the following before seeking service:

No Power

• Make sure the battery is recharged.

No Sound – General

• External device’s volume is set to minimum; raise volume.

• The M-1803 DJ’s volume is set to minimum; raise volume.

The Bluetooth device cannot pair or connect with the unit.

• You have not activated the Bluetooth function of your device. Refer to the user

manual of your device to activate Bluetooth function.

• The unit is not in pairing mode. Press and hold the button until the Bluetooth

indicator blinks fast.

• The unit is already connected with another Bluetooth device; disconnect that

device and then try again.

3. ECHO: Adjust the echo with control to enhance the singer’s voice for ECHO

Notes:

• If the microphone is placed near the loudspeaker, a howling e󰀨ect (acoustic

loudspeaker.

• Disconnect the microphone from the unit to avoid unnecessary interference when

not in use.

Warning: Tapping or dropping the microphone can permanently damage your

microphone. Resist the urge to swing the microphone around by the cord.

Press REPEAT button repeatedly to select a play mode.

- The total number of MP3 les on the USB device should not exceed 999.

- The device may not contain more than 99 directories.

- The USB socket must not be connected to the computer directly, for that may

Pairing a Bluetooth Device

1. When the unit is ON, press button repeatedly to select Bluetooth MODE

mode. The display will show “ ”. The Bluetooth indicator will start to blink

rapidly, indicating it is in pairing mode.

2. On the Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and select “MUSE M-1803 DJ” from

the Device List. (Refer to the user manual of the device to be connected for

detailed operations.) If the Bluetooth device prompts for a pass code, use “0000”.

Some Bluetooth devices will ask you to accept the connection. If the unit is paired

properly, the Bluetooth indicator will light on with an indication voice. If there

is no pairing or pairing is not successful within 20 minutes, the unit will turn o󰀨

automatically.

Tip: If you want to connect your Bluetooth speaker to another Bluetooth audio

device, press and hold button to disconnect the current device, and then follow

the steps above to make a new connection.

• On some devices such as computers, once paired you must select the unit from

the Bluetooth menu and choose “Use as Audio Device (stereo)” or similar.

• Pairing remains intact when the unit and/or your Bluetooth device is taken out

of communication range. An active connection will be re-established when your

Bluetooth device returns within range.

• When the unit is turned on again, it will automatically try to reconnect with the most

recently paired Bluetooth device.

Using a Bluetooth Device

1. With a unit paired (see previous section), operate your Bluetooth device and its

sound will be heard through the M-1803 DJ’s speakers.

2. Press the button to pause playback. Press again to resume playback.

3. Select desired track with . /

4. Adjust the volume using the knob on unit. You can also adjust the MUSIC VOL

volume on the device to which you are paired.

Coupler un appareil Bluetooth

Strictly follow the steps below to ensure the stereo pairing function works properly.

1. Turn on the two Bluetooth speakers M-1803 DJ. Press button MODE

repeatedly to select Bluetooth mode for both speakers.

2. When both speakers are in pairing mode, press button twice on MODE

one Bluetooth speaker which will become the main speaker (left channel), the

display will show “ ” (searching), then it will search and connect to the

secondary speaker (right channel). They will recognize the left and right channel

automatically. You will hear the indication voice “Left Channel” and “Right

Channel” at the same time when the two speakers are connected successfully.

And the display will show “BT-L” (Left) and “BT-R” (Right).

3. Press MODE button repeatedly on main speaker to select the desired main

source: Bluetooth, USB or AUX. If Bluetooth mode is selected, enable your

Bluetooth device and select “MUSE M-1803 DJ” from the device list. If the unit

is paired properly, an indication voice can be heard. (For specic operations of

each mode, refer to the previous sections.)

4. Press button on either speaker to pause playback. Press again to resume

playback.

5. Press button twice on either speaker to disconnect the stereo pairing. The

unit will continue playback in main speaker. The display will show “ ” for

a few seconds. Press this button again to re-connect the stereo pairing quickly.

6. Press MODE button twice on either speaker to clear stereo paring function,

the display will show “ ” for a few seconds. Both units could not re-connect

automatically.

Once the unit is turned on, the color light will turn on automatically. Press button

repeatedly to select color light e󰀨ect. Press and hold to turn o󰀨 the light.

Note: When the color light is o󰀨, press to turn on the color light.

Reset

Press RESET button in AUX IN jack with pointed object (such as pin/ stick) to reset

the unit to its initial settings.

The unit is powered by a built-in, lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Charge the built-

in battery for at least 4 hours before using the device for the rst time.

To charge the internal battery, connect the smaller end of the supplied USB cable to

the USB-C port and the other end to a powered USB jack on your computer or an

AC power supply (not included).

The charging indicator will change to red color during charging and light o󰀨 when

the battery becomes fully charged.

CAUTION: Charge the unit only at DC 5.0V 2.0A, so as to avoid the unit being

damaged or the risk of re, etc.

Warnings:

• To reduce the risk, turn o󰀨 the unit before charging.

• Recharge the built-in battery when you are ready to use it again.

• While using the built-in battery, the environmental temperature should be 5°C

(41°F) to 35°C (95°F).

• To get the longest service life of the built-in battery, charge at indoor-temperature.

• The built-in battery in this device may present a risk of re or chemical burn if

mistreated. Do not disassemble, heat above 100°C (212°F), or incinerate.

• The unit should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, re or the

like.

• When discarding the unit, environmental problems must be considered and local

rules or laws governing the disposal of such products must be strictly followed.

• When the battery is low, you will hear the warning tone. The unit will turn o󰀨

automatically when the battery is too low to work.

• To maintain the battery performance, fully charge it at least every 3 months when

the unit is not used for a long time.

Notes:

- The unit is supplied from limited power sources.

- The unit is designed with a thermal protection system. When the unit’s operation

temperature exceeds 45°C, it will stop charging the built-in battery automatically

for protection. In this case, await the unit to cool down to resume normal.

- In a concern of saving energy, when playback has reached to the end or listening

volume is set at a very low level and no control is operated on the device for a

period of 20 minutes, the unit will automatically switch to Standby mode.

Utilisation de la batterie intégrée

dispositivo por primera vez.

Para cargar la batería interna, conecte el extremo más pequeño del cable

USB suministrado al puerto USB-C y el otro extremo a un conector USB con

alimentación en el ordenador o a una fuente de alimentación de CA (no incluida).

El Indicador de carga cambiará a color rojo durante la carga y se apagará cuando

Kompatibilität mit allen Formaten kann daher nicht gewährleistet werden. Benutzen

Sie bitte einen anderen USB-Stick, falls der Ihre nicht funktionieren sollte.

2. Aktivieren Sie die Bluetooth-Funktion auf Ihrem Bluetooth-Gerät, und

wählen Sie "MUSE M-1803 DJ" in der Geräteliste. (Lesen Sie bitte die

Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen Geräts für detaillierte Bedienungsschritte

zum Verbindungsaufbau.) Wenn das Bluetooth-Gerät Sie zur Eingabe eines

Schlüssels au󰀨ordert, geben Sie bitte "0000" ein. Manche Bluetooth-Geräte

erfordern es zudem, dass die Verbindung bestätigt wird. Nach der erfolgreichen

Kopplung leuchtet die Bluetooth-Anzeige auf und es ertönt ein Signalton.

Wenn das Herstellen einer Verbindung gescheitert ist oder wenn ein Bluetooth-

Gerät nicht innerhalb von 20 Minuten verbunden werden konnte, Schaltet sich

der Lautsprecher automatisch aus.

Tipp: Wenn Sie Ihren Bluetooth-Lautsprecher mit einem anderen Bluetooth-Audio-

Gerät verbinden möchten, halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, um das Gerät zu

trennen. Folgen Sie dann der oben erläuterten Vorgehensweise, um eine neue

Verbindung herzustellen.

• Auf einigen Geräten wie z. B. Computern müssen Sie bei bestehender Verbindung

das Gerät aus dem Bluetooth-Menü wählen und als Audiogerät aktivieren.

• Die Verbindung bleibt bestehen, wenn das Bluetooth-Gerät außer Reichweite

bzw. ausgeschaltet ist. Eine aktive Verbindung wird dann wieder hergestellt, wenn

das Bluetooth-Gerät sich wieder in Reichweite bendet.

• Wird das Gerät erneut eingeschaltet, versucht es automatisch, sich mit dem

zuletzt gekoppelten Bluetooth-Gerät zu verbinden.

Verwenden eines Bluetooth-Geräts

1. Bei bestehender Verbindung (siehe voriger Abschnitt), können Sie das Bluetooth-

Gerät bedienen und den Ton über das M-1803 DJ wiedergeben.

2. Betätigen Sie die Taste , um die Wiedergabe vorübergehend anzuhalten.

Betätigen Sie die Taste ein weiteres Mal, um mit der Wiedergabe fortzufahren.

3. Wählen Sie mit den Tasten einen Titel aus. /

4. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke mit der Taste MUSIC VOL. Sie können die Lautstärke

auch direkt auf dem Gerät, mit dem die Verbindung hergestellt wurde, einstellen.

Mit dieser Funktion wird die Wiedergabe in Stereo Surround Sound ermöglicht.

Für die schnurlose Bluetooth-Trennung der Radiokanäle sind zwei M-1803 DJ

Bluetooth-Lautsprecher erforderlich; Sie müssen daher zwei

M-1803 DJ erwerben.

Tipps: Es wird empfohlen, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Hauptlautsprecher und

dem zweiten Lautsprecher nicht mehr als 4 Meter beträgt.

Befolgen Sie unbedingt die nachfolgenden Schritte, um einen ordnungsgemäßen

Ablauf der Stereokopplung zu gewährleisten.

1. Schalten Sie die zwei M-1803 DJ Lautsprecher ein. Drücken Sie die Taste

MODE wiederholt, um an beiden Lautsprechern den Bluetooth-Modus zu

aktivieren.

2. Sobald an beiden Lautsprechern der Kopplungsmodus aktiviert ist, betätigen

Sie die Taste MODE zweimal an einem Lautsprecher gedrückt; dieser

Lautsprecher ist dann der Master-Lautsprecher (linker Kanal). Im Display

erscheint die Anzeige „ “ (Suche läuft); das Gerät sucht und verbindet

dann den sekundären Lautsprecher (rechter Kanal). Linker und rechter Kanal

werden automatisch erkannt. Nach der erfolgreichen Verbindung der beiden

Lautsprecher ertönen gleichzeitig die Ansagen „Left Channel“ und „Right

Channel“. Im Display erscheinen die Anzeigen „BT-L“ (Links) und „BT-R“

(Rechts).

3. Drücken Sie wiederholt die Taste am Hauptlautsprecher, um die MODE

gewünschte Quelle auszuwählen: Bluetooth, USB, oder AUX. Falls Sie Bluetooth

auswählen, aktivieren Sie an Ihrem externen Gerät die Bluetooth-Funktion und

wählen Sie in der Geräteliste die Option „MUSE M-1803 DJ“. Nach erfolgreichem

Verbindungsaufbau ertönt ein Bestätigungssignal. (Hinweise zur Nutzung der

einzelnen Modi nden Sie in den vorhergehenden Kapiteln.)

4. Drücken Sie die Taste an einem der beiden Lautsprecher, um die Wiedergabe

zu unterbrechen. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um die Wiedergabe fortzusetzen.

5. Betätigen Sie die Taste zweimal am Hauptlautsprecher oder Zweiter

Lautsprecher, um die stereo-kopplung trennen. Die Wiedergabe wird dann am

Hauptlautsprecher fortgesetzt. im Display erscheint einige Sekunden lang die

Anzeige „ “. Drücken Sie diese Taste erneut, um die Stereo-Kopplung

umgehend wiederherzustellen.

6. Drücken Sie an einem der beiden Lautsprecher zweimal die Taste , MODE

um die Stereo-Kopplungsfunktion zu beenden; im Display erscheint einige

Sekunden lang die Anzeige „ “. Die beiden Geräte können sich nicht wieder

automatisch miteinander verbinden.

Nach dem Einschalten des Geräts wird die Farbbeleuchtung automatisch

aktiviert. Drücken Sie die Tasten wiederholt, um den gewünschten Modus

für die Farbbeleuchtung auszuwählen. Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, um die

Farbbeleuchtung auszuschalten.

Hinweis: Drücken Sie bei ausgeschalteter Farbbeleuchtung die Taste , um die

Farbbeleuchtung einzuschalten.

Einstellungen zurücksetzen

Drücken Sie mit einem spitzen Gegenstand (z.B. Nadel, Stift) die Resettaste-

Taste im -Eingang, um das Gerät auf die werksseitigen Einstellungen AUX

zurückzusetzen.

1. Schließen Sie Ihr externes Gerät (z.B. MP3-Player) an die AUX IN Buchse des

Geräts an (Kabel nicht enthalten). Das Gerät aktiviert automatisch den AUX-

Modus. Falls bereits ein Gerät am AUX-Eingang angeschlossen ist, drücken Sie

wiederholt die Taste MODE, um den AUX-Modus zu aktivieren. Im Display

erscheint die Anzeige „ “.

2. Beginnen Sie mit dem Playback Ihrer Zusatzquelle.

3. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke auf den gewünschten Pegel ein.

4. Um das Playback zu beenden, nehmen Sie Ihre Zusatzquelle aus der AUX IN

Buchse heraus.
