Ladestation / Ladekoffer für die Emp-

fänger ATS-80R und Sender ATS-80T

Diese Bedienungsanleitung richtet sich an

Benutzer ohne besondere Fachkenntnisse.

Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor dem Betrieb

gründlich durch und heben Sie sie für ein

späteres Nachlesen auf.

1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten

Die Ladestationen ATS-85PS und ATS-850PS sowie

der Ladekoffer ATS-825C dienen zum Auﬂaden

von NiMH-Akkus in den Sendern ATS-80T und

Empfängern ATS-80R. Außerdem lassen sich alle

Sender und Empfänger gleichzeitig per Knopf-

druck auf den gewünschten Übertragungskanal

einstellen. Alle weiteren möglichen Einstellungen

können mit einem Computer und der mitgelie-

ferten Software über den USB-Anschluss vorge-

nommen werden.

2 Sicherheitshinweise

Das Produkt entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien

der EU und trägt deshalb das -Zeichen.

WARNUNG Die Ladestation ATS-850PS sowie

das Netzgerät von ATS-85PS und

ATS-825C werden mit lebensgefähr-

licher Netzspannung versorgt. Neh-

men Sie deshalb nie selbst Eingriffe

daran vor. Es besteht die Gefahr

eines elektrischen Schlages.

•

Es dürfen nur NiMH-Akkus aufgeladen werden.

Nichtwiederauﬂadbare Batterien können beim

Versuch, sie aufzuladen, auslaufen oder explo-

dieren!

•

Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur im Innenbereich

und schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser

sowie vor hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Der zulässige

Einsatztemperaturbereich beträgt 0 – 40 °C.

•

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Ge-

fäße, z. B. Trinkgläser, auf das Produkt.

•

Benutzen Sie das Produkt nicht und ziehen Sie

sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, wenn:

1. sichtbare Schäden an einem Gerät oder am

Netz kabel vorhanden sind,

2. nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Ver-

dacht auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Lassen Sie Schäden in jedem Fall in einer Fach-

werkstatt reparieren.

•

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus

der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.

•

Säubern Sie das Produkt nur mit einem trocke-

nen, weichen Tuch, niemals mit Wasser oder

Chemikalien.

•

Wird das Produkt falsch verwendet oder nicht

fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für

daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschä-

den und keine Garantie für das Produkt über-

nommen werden.

Soll das Produkt endgültig aus dem Be-

trieb genommen werden, entsorgen Sie

es gemäß den örtlichen Vorschriften.

3 Inbetriebnahme

Ladestation ATS-85PS

Das Netzgerät an die Buchse „DC IN 12V“ an-

schließen. Mit der Lasche neben der Buchse lässt

sich das Anschlusskabel gegen unabsichtliches

Herausziehen sichern. Über das beiliegende Netz-

kabel das Netzgerät an eine Steckdose (230 V/

50 Hz) anschließen.

Ladekoffer ATS-825C

Den Deckel des Ladekoffers öffnen. Bei Bedarf kann

dann der Deckel von den Scharnieren nach links

abgezogen werden. Das Netzgerät an die Buchse

„DC IN 12V“ anschließen und über das beilie-

gende Netzkabel an eine Steckdose (230 V/ 50 Hz).

Ladestation ATS-850PS

Die Ladestation lässt sich in ein Geräterack

(482 mm /19”) einsetzen oder freistehend ver-

wenden. Die Netzbuchse auf der Rückseite über

das beiliegende Netzkabel an eine Steckdose

(230 V/ 50 Hz) anschließen. Die Ladestation ist mit

zwei Netzschaltern ausgestattet. Der Schalter auf

der Rückseite sollte immer eingeschaltet sein; die

Ladestation kann dann bequem mit dem Schalter

auf der Frontseite ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.

An die Buchse „OUTPUT“ auf der Rückseite

lässt sich über ein geeignetes Netzkabel eine wei-

tere Station ATS-850PS anschließen, die dann

über die 1. Station mit Strom versorgt wird. Es

dürfen so maximal vier ATS-850PS in einer Kette

miteinander verbunden werden.

3.1 Akkus auﬂaden

WICHTIG! Während des Ladens dürfen die Lüf-

tungsöffnungen nicht abgedeckt werden und bei

dem Ladekoffer ATS-825C muss außerdem der

Deckel geöffnet bleiben. Anderenfalls können

durch einen Hitzestau Schäden an den einge-

steckten Geräten und am Ladeteil entstehen.

1) Die Ladestation / den Ladekoffer mit dem Schal-

ter einschalten.

Hinweis: Die Ladestation / der Ladekoffer schaltet

nach ca. 10 Minuten in den Energiesparmodus, wenn

keine Geräte in den Ladeschächten eingesteckt sind.

Die LED des Ein-/Ausschalters blinkt dann. Zum Be-

enden des Energiesparmodus eine der Bedientasten

(<,>, , siehe Abb. oben) drücken.

2) Die Sender und Empfänger in die Ladeschächte

stecken. Es leuchten die Ladeanzeigen der

Schächte, in denen ein Gerät eingesteckt ist:

Rot = Die Akkus werden geladen.

Grün = Die Akkus sind aufgeladen und das

Gerät kann dann aus dem Lade-

schacht genommen werden.

Blinkt = Ladefehler, z. B. Akkus falsch herum

eingesetzt oder keine NiMH-Akkus

verwendet.

3) Nach dem Laden die Ladestation / den Lade-

koffer mit dem Schalter ausschalten. Bei den

Modellen mit einem Netzgerät den Netzstecker

aus der Steckdose ziehen, um nicht unnötig

Strom zu verbrauchen.

3.2 Übertragungskanal einstellen

Der gewünschte Übertragungskanal lässt sich für

alle eingesteckten Sender und Empfänger gleich-

zeitig per Knopfdruck einstellen:

1) Im Bedienfeld (siehe Abb.) mit der Taste < oder

> den Übertragungskanal einstellen.

2) Die Taste  drücken. Während des Einstellvor-

gangs zeigt das Display an. Die LadeSYNC… -

anzeigen der Schächte erlöschen und die Sta-

tusanzeigen der eingesteckten Geräte leuchten

blau auf.

3) Sobald das Display wieder die Kanalnummer

anzeigt, ist der Einstellvorgang beendet.

3.3 Einstellung per Software vornehmen

Um weitere Einstellungen für die eingesteckten

Geräte vornehmen zu können, muss die Software

„System Compiler OSW“ von der beiliegenden

CD auf einem Computer mit dem Betriebssystem

Windows 10 (oder nachfolgende Versionen) ins-

talliert werden. Unbedingt in folgender Reihen-

folge vorgehen:

1) Die Software installieren.

2) Die Software starten.

3) Den Computer über das beiliegende USB- Kabel

mit dem USB-Anschluss im Bedienfeld der

Lade station / des Ladekoffers verbinden. Wenn

die Datenverbindung hergestellt ist, zeigt das

Display an.USB

Die Einstellmöglichkeiten mit der Software sind

auf vier Menüseiten aufgeteilt:

Seite 1: Gemeinsame Einstellungen für die Sender

und Empfänger; zum Beschränken oder Frei-

geben von Übertragungskanälen muss die Fre-

quenztabelle „OSW-DATA-C411.dt“ von der

beiliegenden CD geladen werden (Schaltﬂäche

„Open File“ anklicken).

Seite 2: Einstellungen nur für die Empfänger

Seite 3: Einstellungen nur für die Sender

Seite 4: Diese Seite wird hier nicht benötigt; sie

ist ausschließlich für das Gerät ATS-80ST vor-

gesehen.

Zum Übertragen der Einstellungen auf die Sender

und Empfänger die Schaltﬂäche „Update Device“

anklicken. Eine ausführliche Anleitung in Englisch

ist auf der beiliegenden CD als PDF vorhanden.

Charging Station / Charging Case

forReceivers ATS-80R

andTransmitters ATS-80T

These operating instructions are intended for

users without any speciﬁc technical knowl-

edge. Please read the instructions carefully

prior to operation and keep them for later

reference.

1 Applications

The charging stations ATS-85PS and ATS-850PS

and the charging case ATS-825C are used for

charging the NiMH batteries of the transmitters

ATS-80T and the receivers ATS-80R. Furthermore,

it is possible to set all transmitters and receivers

to the desired transmission channel at the same

time when a button is pressed. Via the USB port,

all other settings possible can be made by means

of a computer and the software provided.

2 Safety Notes

The product corresponds to all relevant directives

of the EU and is therefore marked with .

WARNING The charging station ATS-850PS and

the power supply unit of ATS-85PS

and ATS-825C use dangerous mains

voltage. Leave servicing to skilled

personnel only. Inexpert handling

may result in electric shock.

•

Only use this product for charging NiMH bat-

teries. Non-rechargeable batteries may leak or

even explode if you try to charge them!

•

The product is suitable for indoor use only. Pro-

tect it against dripping water, splash water and

high air humidity. The admissible ambient tem-

perature range is 0 – 40 °C.

•

Do not place any vessel ﬁlled with liquid on the

product, e. g. a drinking glass.

•

Do not operate this product and immediately

disconnect the mains plug from the socket

1. if a device or the mains cable is visibly dam-

aged,

2. if a defect might have occurred after a device

was dropped or suffered a similar accident,

3. if malfunctions occur.

Any repairs must be carried out by specialists.

•

Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the

mains plug from the socket, always seize the

plug.

•

For cleaning the product only use a dry, soft

cloth; never use water or chemicals.

•

No guarantee claims for the product and no

liability for any resulting personal damage or

material damage will be accepted if the prod-

uct is not correctly used or not expertly repaired.

If the product is to be put out of opera-

tion deﬁnitely, dispose of the product in

accordance with local regulations.

3 Before Operation

Charging station ATS-85PS

Connect the power supply unit to the jack “DC IN

12V”. A strain relief clamp next to the jack can be

used to prevent accidental disconnection of the

connection cable. Connect the power supply unit

to a mains socket (230 V/ 50 Hz) using the mains

cable provided.

Charging case ATS-825C

Open the cover of the charging case. Remove the

cover, if necessary: Pull the cover to the left to take

it off its hinges. Connect the power supply unit

to the jack “DC IN 12V” and to a mains socket

(230 V/ 50 Hz) using the mains cable provided.

Charging station ATS-850PS

Either insert the charging station into a rack

(482 mm / 19”) or use it as a stand-alone device.

Connect the mains jack on the rear to a mains

socket (230 V/ 50 Hz) using the mains cable pro-

vided. The charging station features two mains

switches. It is recommended to always keep the

switch on the rear in the “ON” position; this will

allow you to easily switch on and off the charging

station by means of the switch on the front.

The jack “OUTPUT” on the rear is designed

for connecting a second charging station ATS-

850PS via a suitable mains cable. The second

charging station will be supplied with power via

the ﬁrst charging station. Thus, a maximum of

four ATS-850PS can be connected in a chain.

3.1 Charging batteries

IMPORTANT! Do not cover the air vents and make

sure that the cover of the charging case ATS-825C

is open while batteries are being charged; other-

wise, the transmitters /receivers inserted and the

charging section may be damaged by heat accu-

mulation.

1) Use the switch to switch on the charging

station / charging case.

Note: The charging station /charging case will go into

power-saving mode after 10 minutes when the charg-

ing slots are empty. The LED of the on /off switch will

start ﬂashing. To leave the power-saving mode, press

one of the control buttons (<,>,

, see ﬁgure above).

2) Insert the transmitters and receivers into the

charging slots. The charging status LEDs of the

slots used will light up:

red = The batteries are being charged.

green = The batteries have been fully charged

and the transmitter / receiver can be

removed from the charging slot.

ﬂashing = charging error, e. g. batteries have

been inserted the wrong way or

other types of batteries than NiMH

batteries are used

3) When charging is completed, use the switch

to switch off the charging station / charging

case. For models with a power supply unit:

Disconnect the mains plug from the socket to

save power.

3.2 Setting the transmission channel

It is possible to set all transmitters and receivers

inserted into the charging slots to the desired

transmission channel at the same time when a

button is pressed:

1) In the control panel (see ﬁgure), use the button

< or > to set the transmission channel.

2) Press the button . The display will indicate

SYNC… while the setting is made. The charg-

ing status LEDs of the slots will go out; the sta-

tus LEDs of the transmitters / receivers inserted

will light up in blue.

3) As soon as the display indicates the channel

number again, the setting has been made.

3.3 Settings via software

To make additional settings for the transmitters /

receivers inserted, install the software “System

Compiler OSW” from the CD provided on a com-

puter with (or later versions of the Windows 10

operating system). Always proceed in the follow-

ing order:

1) Install the software.

2) Start the software.

3) Connect the computer to the USB port in the

control panel of the charging station / charg-

ing case using the USB cable provided. After

successful connection, the display will indicate

USB.

Four menu pages will show the options for mak-

ing settings via software:

Page 1: joint settings for the transmitters and the

receivers; to select or deselect transmission

channels, load the frequency table “OSW-

DATA-C411.dt” from the CD provided (click

the button “Open File“).

Page 2: settings for receivers only

Page 3: settings for transmitters only

Page 4: This page is not required here; it is used

for ATS-80ST only.

Click the button “Update Device” to transmit the

settings to the transmitters and the receivers. The

CD provided contains a PDF ﬁle with detailed in-

structions in English.

Station de charge / valise de charge

pour les récepteurs ATS-80R et les

émetteurs ATS-80T

Cette notice s’adresse aux utilisateurs sans

connaissances techniques particulières. Veuil-

lez lire la présente notice avec attention avant

le fonctionnement et conservez-la pour pou-

voir, si besoin, vous y reporter ultérieurement.

1 Possibilités d‘utilisation

Les stations de charge ATS-85PS et ATS-850PS

ainsi que la valise de charge ATS-825C permettent

de charger des accumulateurs NiMH des émet-

teurs ATS-80T et des récepteurs ATS-80R. De

même, tous les émetteurs et récepteurs se règlent

simultanément sur le même canal de transmission

par une simple pression de touche. Tous les autres

réglages possibles peuvent être effectués avec un

ordinateur et le logiciel livré via le port USB.

2 Conseils de sécurité

Le produit répond à toutes les directives néces-

saires de l’Union européenne et porte donc le

symbole .

AVERTISSEMENT La station de charge ATS-850PS

et le bloc secteur de ATS-85PS

et ATS-825C sont alimentés

par une tension dangereuse.

Ne touchez jamais l‘intérieur de l‘appareil car

vous pourriez subir une décharge électrique.

•

Utilisez la station de charge / valise de charge

uniquement pour charger des accumulateurs

NiMH. N‘essayez pas de recharger des batteries

non rechargeables, elles pourraient couler ou

exploser !

•

Le produit n‘est pas conçu que pour une uti-

lisation en intérieur. Protégez-le des éclabous-

sures, de tout type de projections d‘eau et d’une

humidité d‘air élevée. La plage de température

ambiante admissible est de 0 – 40 °C.

•

En aucun cas, vous ne devez poser d’objet

contenant du liquide ou un verre sur le produit.

•

Ne faites jamais fonctionner le produit et dé-

branchez-le immédiatement du secteur lorsque :

1. des dommages visibles apparaissent sur l’ap-

pareil ou le cordon secteur.

2. après une chute ou accident similaire..., vous

avez un doute sur l‘état de l‘appareil.

3. des dysfonctionnements apparaissent.

Dans tous les cas, des dommages doivent être

réparés par un technicien spécialisé.

•

Ne débranchez jamais l’appareil en tirant sur le

cordon secteur ; retirez toujours le cordon sec-

teur en tirant la ﬁche.

•

Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux,

en aucun cas de produits chimiques ou d’eau.

•

Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de

dommages corporels ou matériels résultants si

le produit n‘est pas correctement utilisé ou s’il

n’est pas réparé par une personne habilitée; de

même, la garantie deviendrait caduque.

Lorsque le produit est déﬁnitivement

retiré du service, vous devez l‘éliminer

conformément aux directives locales.

3 Fonctionnement

Station de charge ATS-85PS

Reliez le bloc secteur à la prise «DC IN 12V». La

languette à côté de la prise permet d’attacher le

cordon pour éviter qu’il ne soit retiré par inadver-

tance. Branchez ensuite le bloc secteur à une prise

230 V/ 50 Hz via le cordon livré.

Valise de charge ATS-825C

Ouvrez le couvercle de la valise. Si besoin, reti-

rez-le des charnières en poussant vers la gauche.

Reliez le bloc secteur à la prise «DC IN 12V» et à

une prise 230 V/ 50 Hz via le cordon livré.

Station de charge ATS-850PS

La station de charge peut être installée dans

un rack 482 mm / 19” ou posée librement. Re-

liez la prise secteur de la face arrière à une prise

230 V/ 50 Hz via le cordon livré. La station de

charge est dotée de deux interrupteurs secteur.

L’interrupteur sur la face arrière doit toujours être

allumé : la station de charge peut ainsi être allu-

mée et éteinte plus agréablement avec l’interrup-

teur sur la face avant.

On peut brancher une autre station de charge

ATS-850PS à la prise «OUTPUT» sur la face arrière

via un cordon secteur adapté ; la seconde station

de charge est alors alimentée par la première sta-

tion. Ainsi, 4 ATS-850PS au plus peuvent être re-

liées être elles formant une chaîne.

3.1 Charge des accumulateurs

IMPORTANT ! Pendant la charge, les ouïes de ven-

tilation ne doivent pas être obturées et le cou-

vercle sur la valise ATS-825C doit rester ouvert.

Sinon, l’accumulation de chaleur pourrait entraî-

ner des dommages sur les appareils insérés et sur

le chargeur.

1) Allumez la station de charge / valise de charge

avec l’interrupteur .

Remarque : La station de charge / la valise de charge

commute sur le mode économie d’énergie après

10minutes environ si aucun appareil n’est positionné

dans les compartiments de charge. La LED de l’inter-

rupteur clignote. Pour quitter le mode d’économie

d’énergie, appuyez sur une des touches de com-

mande (<,>, , voir ci-dessus).

2) Placez les émetteurs et récepteurs dans les

compartiments de charge. Les témoins de

charge des compartiments dans lesquels un

appareil est placé brillent :

Rouge : Les accumulateurs sont en charge.

Vert : Les accumulateurs sont chargés,

l’appareil peut être retiré du com-

partiment de charge.

Clignote : Erreur de charge, par exemple, les

accumulateurs insérés ne sont pas

du type NiMH.

3) Après la charge, éteignez la station de charge /

valise de charge avec l’interrupteur . Sur les

modèles avec un bloc secteur, débranchez la

ﬁche secteur pour éviter toute consommation

inutile.

3.2 Réglage du canal de transmission

Le canal de transmission voulu peut être réglé

pour tous les émetteurs et récepteurs insérés de

manière simultanée par une pression de touche :

1) Sur le panneau de commande (voir schéma),

réglez le canal de transmission avec la touche

< ou >.

2) Appuyez sur la touche . Pendant le proces-

sus de réglage, l’afﬁchage indique SYNC… Les

témoins de charge des compartiments s’étei-

gnent et les témoins d’état des appareils placés

brillent en bleu.

3) -Dès que l’afﬁchage indique à nouveau le nu

méro du canal, le processus de réglage est

terminé.

3.3 Réglage par logiciel

Pour pouvoir effectuer d’autres réglages pour

les appareils positionnés, le logiciel «System

Compiler OSW» du CD livré doit être installé

sur un ordinateur avec le système d’exploitation

Windows 10 (ou versions ultérieures). Procédez

impérativement comme suit :

1) Installez le logiciel.

2) Démarrez le logiciel.

3) Reliez l’ordinateur via le cordon USB livré au

port USB sur le panneau de commande de la

station de charge/valise de charge. Lorsque la

connexion de données est établie, l’afﬁchage

indique USB.

Les possibilités de réglage avec le logiciel sont

réparties sur quatre pages de menu :

Page 1 :

réglages communs pour les émetteurs et

récepteurs ; pour sélectionner ou désélectionner

les canaux de transmission, chargez le tableau

de fréquences «OSW-DATA-C411.dt» depuis le

CD livré (cliquez sur le bouton «Open File»).

Page 2 : réglages uniquement pour les récepteurs

Page 3 : réglages uniquement pour les émetteurs

Page 4 : Cette page n’est pas nécessaire ici ; elle

est exclusivement prévue pour le ATS-80ST.

Pour transmettre les réglages aux émetteurs et

récepteurs, cliquez sur le bouton «Update De-

vice». Une notice détaillée en anglais au format

PDF est disponible sur le CD livré.
