This device needs to be upgraded to RouterOS v7.10 or the latest version to ensure compliance with local authority regulations!

It is the end users responsibility to follow local country regulations. All MikroTik devices must be professionally installed.

First steps:
For models CCR and 1100, connect with your PC to Ethernet port 1;
For models CRS, connect with your PC to any Ethernet port;
Connect the device to a power source;
Set your IP for PC to 192.168.88.2/24;
Use Web browser or WinBox to connect to the default IP address of 192.168.88.1, with the username: and no password
admin
 (or, for some models, check 
user and wireless passwords on the sticker);
In case IP is not available then use WinBox and connect with MAC address;
Update the device by clicking the (Check_for_updates) button to the latest RouterOS software for this to work the device needs to have an active Internet 
connection;
For a manual update of the device, visit the products page at to find your product. The required packages are accessible under https://mikrotik.com/products
the menu;"Support&Downloads"
Upload downloaded packages to the " menu and reboot the device;"Winbox "Files"
By upgrading your RouterOS software to the latest version, you can ensure optimal performance, stability, and security updates;
Reboot the device;
Set up your password to secure the device.
