PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The oil free deep fryer is a product designed for heating, grilling and preparing meals which require heat treatment. The deep
fryer for thermal processing uses forced fl ow of hot air, which allows for homogenous heating of dishes. Contrary to traditional
deep fryers it does not require frying in deep oil which allows for considerably healthier food processing. Thanks to wide range of
smooth temperature adjustments, you may adjust the product operating parameters to your own needs. Correct, reliable and safe
operation of the product depends on proper operation, therefore:
Before starting product operation, please read this manual and keep it.
The supplier does not assume any liability for any damages resulting from misuse of the product, failure to follow safety regulations and
recommendations specifi ed in this manual. Misuse of the product will also result in loss of guarantee and warranty rights of the user.
EQUIPMENT
The product is delivered complete and does not require assembly. Therefore, before using the product, it is required to remove all
packaging and transport protection elements. Some preparatory actions described in the further part of this manual are also required.
GENERAL USE RECOMMENDATIONS
The product has been designed for home use and it is forbidden to use it in commercial applications, e.g. in catering facilities.
The product is designed only for heat treatment of meals placed directly inside the bowl. It is forbidden to use the product in any
other way. The product is not designed to heat and boil water o s by r other liquids. The product is not intended for preparing meal
way of deep frying. Do not put into the bowl any dishes in plastic containers.
Unattended repair, disassembly or modifi cation of this product is forbidden. All product repairs must be carried out by an author-
ised repair point.
Product should be supervised all the time when operating.
WARNING! While operating, the product heats up to a high temperature, do not touch the bowl, lid and other components inside
the bowl during operation, and immediately afterwards, this poses a risk of serious burns.
This product is not intended to be used by children below 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities
and person with no experience or knowledge of the device. Unless they are supervised or trained how to use the product in a
safe manner so that the risks involved are understood. Children should not play with the product. Unattended children should not
perform cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
Recommendations for the product transportation and installation
The product can be placed only on a hard, fl at, level and non-fl ammable surface resistant to high temperatures. Substrate should
withstand the weight of appliance itself together with food placed on it.
Provide at least 10 cm space around product’s side walls, do not place any materials not resistant to high temperature above the
product. This will allow for proper product ventilation. Do not place the product near edges e.g. of a table. Do not put anything on
the product. It impairs air circulation and may be a cause of product damage , as well as a fi re.
Do not place the product near fl ammable materials, e.g. curtains or drapes.
Do not place any electrical appliances over the product. Water steam is released during operation of product, which may cause a
short circuit of electrical installation resulting in electric shock.
It is forbidden to drill any hole in the product, nor any other product modifi cation not described herein.
The product to be carried only when it has cooled down, by gripping the bottom of housing. Do not carry the product by gripping
the bowl’s housing. Do not displace the product by pulling the cable cord.
Temperature at the place of installation and use of product must stay within the temperature range of +10
OC ÷ +38 OC and the
relative humidity must be less than 90%, without steam condensation.
Recommendations for connecting the product to power supply
Before connecting the product to power supply, make sure that the voltage, frequency, and capacity of mains supply correspond to val-
ues shown on the product rating plate. Plug must fi t into the socket. It is forbidden to modify the plug or socket in order to fi t each other.
The product must be connected directly to a single power outlet. It is forbidden to use extension cords, socket-outlet adapters and
double power outlets. Power supply circuit must be fi tted with a protective conductor and at least 16 A protection circuit.
Avoid any contact of power cord with sharp edges and hot objects and surfaces. When operating the product, the power cord must
always be fully unwound and its position may not interfere with the operation of product. Laying of power cable cannot result in
tripping hazard. Power outlet should be located in such a place to allow always for the possibility of quick disconnecting the plug
of power cord supplying the product. When disconnecting the plug of power cord, always pull the plug housing, never the cable.
If the power cord or plug is damaged, disconnect it immediately from the mains and contact an authorized manufacturer’s service
centre for replacement. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or plug. The power cord or plug cannot be repaired,
in case of a damage to these components, replace them with new ones without defects.

GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
Mit der Fritteuse ohne Fetteinsatz können Speisen aufgewärmt, gebraten und vorbereitet werden, die wärmebehandelt werden
müssen. Für die Wärmebehandlung der Speisen wird der lüftergestützte Heißluftkreislauf im Gerät verwendet, damit die Speisen
gleichmäßig aufgewärmt werden können. Im Vergleich zu traditionellen Fritteusen wird es nicht in der Frittüre gebacken, sodass
die Speisen wesentlich gesunder vorbereitet werden können. Mit einer stufenlosen Temperatureinstellung können die Betriebs-
parameter des Gerätes im weiten Bereich an den jeweiligen Bedarf angepasst werden. Der korrekte, zuverlässige und sichere
Werkzeugbetrieb setzt eine fachmännische Bedienung voraus, deshalb:
diese Anleitung vor Arbeitsbeginn gründlich lesen und sicher aufbewahren.
Der Lieferant haftet nicht für jegliche Schäden und Verletzungen infolge des bestimmungsfremden Produktgebrauches, die Nicht-
beachtung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und der Bestimmungen dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Infolge des bestimmungsfremden
Produkteinsatzes gehen die Garantie- und Gewährleistungsansprüche des Betreibers verloren.
ZUBEHÖR
Das Gerät wird zusammengebaut ausgeliefert und benötigt keine Montageeingriff e. Vor Erstgebrauch sind alle Verpackungs- und
Transportschutzelemente zu entfernen. Weitere Vorbereitungen werden folgend in dieser Anleitung beschrieben.
ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH
Das Gerät wurde für professionellen Gebrauch entwickelt und darf nicht kommerziell, bspw. in Gastronomieeinrichtungen, ein-
gesetzt werden.
Mit dem Gerät können nur direkt in der Schüssel vorhandene Speisen thermisch behandelt werden. Ein anderer Geräteeinsatz ist
verboten. Das Gerät ist nicht zum Aufwärmen und Kochen von Wasser und anderen Flüssigkeiten und auch nicht zum Braten in
der Frittüre bestimmt. Keine kunststoff verpackten Produkte im Gerät behandeln.
Eigenhändige Reparaturen, Demontagen oder Modifi zierungen des Gerätes sind verboten. Sämtliche Gerätereparaturen nur in
einer Vertragswerkstatt durchführen lassen.
Gerät nur unter ständiger Überwachung betreiben.
WARNUNG! Das Gerät erwärmt sich beim Betrieb ganz stark. Schüssel, Schüsseldeckel sowie andere, in der Schüssel vorhan-
dene Elemente beim Betrieb oder direkt danach nicht berühren, sonst ernsthafte Verbrühungen möglich.
Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähig-
keiten oder mangelnden Erfahrungen und Wissen nur gebraucht werden, wenn sie durch eine für ihre Sicherheit verantwortliche
Person beaufsichtigt werden oder von dieser im sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät eingewiesen wurden und die damit verbunde-
nen Gefahren verstanden haben. Es ist kein Spielzeug für Kinder. Kinder dürfen das Gerät nicht ohne Beaufsichtigung reinigen.
Hinweise zum Transport und der Aufstellung
Gerät auf einem ebenen, entsprechend tragfähigen und nicht brennbaren Untergrund aufstellen. Der Untergrund muss für das
Gewicht des Gerätes mit den dort enthaltenen Produkten geeignet sein.
Für freien Raum von ca. 10 cm um das Gerät herum sorgen, hitzeunbeständige Produkte nicht über dem Gerät platzieren.
Dadurch wird korrekte Gerätelüftung gewährleistet. Gerät nicht dicht an der Arbeitsplattenkante aufstellen. Keine Gegenstände
auf dem Gerät abstellen, sonst sind mangelhafte Lüftung und folglich die Beschädigung oder der Brand des Gerätes möglich.
Keine Elektrogeräte über der Fritteuse installieren. Beim Gerätebetrieb wird Wasserdampf freigesetzt, der zum Kurzschluss der
Elektroinstallation und zum einem gefährlichen Stromschlag führen kann.
Gerät nicht an brennbaren Stoff en, wie Fenstervorhänge oder Gardinen, aufstellen.
Keine Elektrogeräte über der Fritteuse installieren. Beim Gerätebetrieb wird Wasserdampf freigesetzt, der zu einem Kurzschluss
und folglich zum elektrischen Schlag führen kann.
Keine Bohrungen im Gerät herstellen, keine eigenhändigen Modifi zierungen des Gerätes entgegen dieser Anleitung vornehmen.
Gerät nur abgekühlt vertragen, dabei es unten am Gehäuse sicher fassen. Das Gerät beim Vertragen nicht am Haltegriff der
Schüssel fassen oder am Anschlusskabel ziehen.
Die Temperatur am Aufstellungs- und Betriebsort des Gerätes muss zwischen +10
o C und +38o C, die relative Luftfeuchte – bis zu
90% ohne Wasserdampfkondensierung betragen.
Hinweise zum Elektroanschluss des Gerätes
Vor dem Anschluss des Gerätes sicherstellen, dass die Netzspannung, -frequenz und -leistung den Werten auf dem Typenschild
des Gerätes entsprechen. Der Stecker muss zur Steckdose passen. Jegliche Steckermodifi zierung ist verboten.
Das Gerät muss an eine einfache Steckdose direkt angeschlossen werden. Die Verwendung von Verlängerungen, Abzweigungen
oder doppelten Steckdosen ist verboten. Der Netzkreis muss mit einem Schutzleiter ausgerüstet und mit 16 A abgesichert sein.
Berührung des Stromkabels mit scharfen Kanten sowie heißen Gegenständen und Flächen verhindern. Das Stromkabel muss
beim Gerätebetrieb vollständig abgerollt sein und seine Verlegung ist so zu bestimmen, dass es keine Behinderung des Geräte-
