POWER UP

1. Insert 2-AAA batteries into your BBQ Thermometer.

2. Hold the POWER button to turn on or o.

3. Adjust time and temperature settings.

SETTINGS

1. Hold the SET button to enter the Settings Menu.

2. Use the PLUS (+) button to adjust, and the SET button to confirm

and move to the next setting.

Settings Menu order:

• Hour

• Minutes

• Fahrenheit/Celsius

USE TEMPERATURE PROBE

1. Unwind one or both Temperature Probe cords from the Cable Cartridge,

and connect it into either the A or B jack on the side of the

thermometer. Allow a few seconds for data to appear.

2. Insert the metal probe into the thickest part of your meat.

• With a single probe attached, the Probe Temperature will appear in the

bottom section with the Time on top.

• If using two Temperature Probes, both readings will show on the display.

Press the PLUS (+) button to switch between Time & top Temperature

Probe readings.

• When no Temperature Probe is attached, only the Time will show.

Display will automatically shut o after 7-10 minutes.

• will display if the Temperature Probe is not inserted fully into the jack, Err

or if it is no longer in working order.

Note: If one or two probes are attached, the display will stay on until

turned o. Hold the POWER button to turn o or turn on the display.
