Octagon Junction Box Install

*For Single Gang Box Installation, the backplate (2f) can

be detached from the cover plate (2d) by removing the

cover plate screws (2b).

Remove the fixture from its original packaging. Next, remove

the cover plate and backplate assembly from the (2d)(2f)

canopy (2a) by removing the set screws (2e).

Ensure that the backplate is secured to the cover plate (2f)

(2d)(2b) using the cover plate screws (See Illustration 1)

Install universal mounting plate to the electrical junction (1c)

box (1a) using the junction box screws (1e).

Secure the cover plate and backplate assembly to (2d)(2f)

the universal mounting plate using the mounting screws (1c)

(2g).

Connect all wires correctly: black to black “L”, white to white

“N” and ground wire to ground using the included wire nuts

(1b).

Attach the canopy to the backplate secure with (2a)(2f) and

set screws (2e).

The cover plate and the universal mounting plate (2d)(1c)

are not needed for single gang box installation. Only the

backplate (2f) is needed for single gang box installation (See

Illustration 1)

Install the backplate to the electrical junction box (2f)(1a)

using the junction box screws (1e).

Connect all wires correctly: black to black “L”, white to white

“N” and ground wire to ground using the included wire nuts

(1b).

Attach the canopy to the backplate and secure with (2a)(2f)

set screws (2e).

• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary

contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) or TRIAC type of dimmer is required

• 120V input
