3) Make wire connections. Reference chart below for correct con-

nections and wire accordingly.

4) Carefully push wire connections back into outlet box making

sure all connections remain secure.

5) Secure the backpan to the outlet box with the supplied [4][2]

mounting screws make sure wires do not get pinched.[5]

6) Slide the glass frame over backpan and secure in place [6][4]

by using screws.[7]

7) Slide glass into glass frame and line up mounting holes.[8][6]

8) Secure glass to glass frame using decorative screw [8][6][9]

and decorative nut.[10]

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING FIXTURE OUTDOORS

AND/OR IN WET LOCATIONS.

9)Mountingsurfaceshouldbeclean,dry,atand1/4”largerthat

the backpan on all sides. Any gaps between the mounting [4]

surface and backpan[4]exceeding3/16”shouldbecorrected

as required.

10)Withsiliconecaulk,caulkcompletelyaroundwheretheback-

pan meets the wall surface to prevent water from seeping [4]

into outlet box. The bottom of the backpan should be left [2][4]

un-caulked.

11)Placetheglassframe[6] over the backpan and secure with the

screws provided.

12)Withsiliconecaulk,caulkthetoponlyoftheglassframe[6]

where it meets the wall surface. The sides and bottom need no

caulking.

certiedelectricianisrecommended.

•All parts must be used as indicated in the instructions. Do not

substitute any parts, leave parts out, or use any parts that are

theULlisting,C.S.A.certication,and/orETLlistingofthis

xture.

•Fixtureistobeconnectedtoasinglebranchcircuit.

•Mountingsurfaceshouldbeclean,dry,atand1/4”largerthan

thexturehousingsurface.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1)Attachthemountingplate[1][2] to the outlet box with supplied

screws. NOTE: The mounting strap must be mounted with [3]

thexturemountingangesontheside.

2)Groundinginstructions:(SeeIllus.AorB).

A)Onxtureswheremountingstrapisprovidedwithahole

andtworaiseddimples.Wrapgroundwirefromoutletbox

around green ground screw, and thread into hole.

B)Onxtureswhereacuppedwasherisprovided.Attach

ground wire from outlet box under cupped washer and

green ground screw, and thread into mounting strap.

Ifxtureisprovidedwithgroundwire.Connectxtureground

wire to outlet box ground wire with wire connector. (Not pro-

vided.) After following the above steps. Never connect ground

wire to black or white power supply wires.
