Installazione App
Scarica l'app HOM-iO da App Store o Google Play
Scarica l'app “Amazon Alexa” o “Google Assistant” per collegare i
dispositivi. Selezionando un dispositivo nel menù “ ” dell’App Hom-io
è disponibile la guida per la connessione ai sistemi di controllo vocale.
Per Alexa seleziona "Skill e giochi" e cerca "Hom-io" oppure "Smart
Life". Per Google "tasto +", "configura dispositivo", "compatibile con
Google" e cerca "Hom-io" oppure "Smart Life".
Collegati con le credenziali dell'APP Hom-io.
Registazione e login
1. Accedi all’App “HOM-iO” dal tuo smartphone.
2. Preferisci la registrazione con Email.
Aggiungi il dispositivo
1. Connetti l’alimentatore alla telecamera.
2. Toccare il pulsante "+" o "Aggiungi dispositivo".
Viene visualizzata la pagina Seleziona tipo dispositivo.
3. Selezionare "Sicurezza".

1.Tenere premuto il tasto reset fino a sentire un tono.
2. Immettere la password Wi-Fi e fare clic su “Conferma”.
3. Premere “continua” e posizionare lo smartphone davanti alla
telecamera.
Configurazione di rete
4. Far leggere alla fotocamera il codice QR, eventualmente
spostandolo avanti e indietro o a sinistra e a destra fino a quando
non si sente il tono di conferma.
Quindi attendere il completamento della connessione.

Una volta collegato il dispositivo, assegnare un nome, l'ambiente
in cui si trova e premere "Fine".
Dopo aver aggiunto un dispositivo, modifica il nome per evitare
conflitti con l'icona "penna" accanto al dispositivo.
Passa da bassa in alta risoluzione.
Attiva l’audio in ricezione.
Mostra proporzioni immagini reali.
Ingrandisce a tutto schermo l’immagine.
Salva una foto istantanea sul tuo smartphone.
Rivedi il registrato della micro SD card.
Mostra immagini salvate sul dispositivo.
Scegli tema chiaro o scuro.
Attiva modalità privacy.
Attiva microfono dello smartphone e parla attraverso la telecamera.
Registra uno spezzone di video sul tuo smartphone.
Nascondi il Menù.
Funzioni principali
Imposta modalità notturna.
Imposta le notifiche per il Motion Detection.
Personalizza il Menù Funzioni.
Verifica notifiche push.
Accedi alle tue registrazioni in cloud.

Accedi alle funzionalità avanzate, tra cui:
- set funzioni base
- allarmi di rilevamento
- registrazioni in cloud
- notifiche off line
Quando viene abilitato l’allarme e un movimento è rilevato la telecamera
può eseguire le seguenti azioni:
1. Notifica Push sonora (abilitare la notifica dell’app Hom-io nelle
impostazioni mobili e anche attivare il volume dello smartphone)
2. Notifica nel centro messaggi (abilitare la notifica dell’app Hom-io nelle
impostazioni mobili)
3. Istantanea del video di allarme e registrazione video su scheda SD
(inserire la scheda SD) / Cloud

Per ridurre i falsi allarmi, tenere presente che:
Non installare la videocamera di fronte a oggetti con luci intense, tra
cui luce solare, luci luminose, ecc.
Non posizionare la fotocamera troppo vicino a luoghi in cui i veicoli si
muovono frequentemente. Sulla base di numerosi test, la distanza
consigliata tra la fotocamera e il veicolo è di 15 metri.
Stare lontano dai punti di passaggio, comprese le bocchette del
condizionatore, le prese dell'umidificatore, le bocchette per il
trasferimento di calore dei proiettori, ecc.
Non installare la videocamera di fronte allo specchio.
Tenere la fotocamera ad almeno 1 metro di distanza da qualsiasi
dispositivo wireless, inclusi router e telefoni WiFi, per evitare
interferenze wireless.
Cliccare su "Profilo", "Gestione casa", aggiungere l'account con cui si
desidera condividere i dispositivi e regolarne i permessi.
È possibile condividere anche il singolo dispositivo dal menù “ ”
in alto a destra della telecamera.
Condivisione dispositivi
1. Tenere premuto il pulsante Reimposta per 5 secondi.
2. Attendere l’emissione del suono.
Per rimuovere il dispositivo, premere il pulsante “ ” in alto a
destra, scorrere fino a "Rimozione dispositivo".

1. Che dispositivi posso connettere?
Tutta la gamma prodotti Hom-io (www.hom-io.it) e tutti i dispositivi
compatibili con la piattaforma Tuya (Smart Life)
2.Cosa dovrei fare se non controllo il dispositivo?
Verifica che il dispositivo sia acceso e ben posizionato, che non
sia troppo distante dal tuo router WiFi e che il telefono sia sulla
stessa rete WiFi, Frequenza 2,4 GHz.
3. Posso controllare i dispositivi in 3G/4G?
Dopo la prima configurazione con smartphone, dispositivi e rete
WiFi, sarà poi possibile controllare i dispositivi da remoto anche
con rete cellulare.
4. Cosa fare quando la configurazione non va
a buon fine?
Puoi:
- Controllare se i prodotti risultano accesi
- Controllare che lo smart Phone sia connesso alla rete WiFi
- Verificare la tua connettività di rete, controllare il router internet
e la Frequenza 2,4 GHz
- Controllare la che la password WiFi inserita sia corretta

App Installation
Download the HOM-iO app from the App Store or Google Play
Download the app “Amazon Alexa” or “Google Assistant” to connect the
devices. By selecting a device in the “ ” menu, the guide is available
for connecting to voice control systems.
For Alexa select "Skill and play" and search for "Hom-io" or "Smart
Life". For Google "+ button", "configure device", "compatible with
Google" and search for "Hom-io" or "Smart Life".
Connect with the credentials of the Hom-io APP.
Registration and login
1. Access the "HOM-iO" app from your smartphone.
2. Register and log in.
Add the device
1. Connect the power supply to the camera.
2. Touch the "+" or "Add device" button.
The Select Device Type page appears.
3. Select "Security".
4. Outdoor 3
1. Press and hold the reset button until you hear a tone.
2. Enter the Wi-Fi password and click "Confirm".
3. Press "continue" and place the smartphone in front of the camera.
Network configuration
4. Have the camera read the QR Code, possibly moving it back and
forth, or left and right until you hear the confirmation tone.
Then wait for the connection to complete.

Once the device is connected, assign a name, the environment in
which it is located and press “Finish”.
After adding a device, edit the name to avoid conflicts with the
"pen" icon next to the device.
Switch from low to high resolution.
Activate audio in reception.
Show real image aspect ratio.
Enlarges the image to full screen.
Save an instant photo on your smartphone.
Review the recorded micro SD card.
Show images saved on the device.
Choose light or dark theme.
Activate privacy mode.
Activate the smartphone's microphone and talk through the camera.
Record a video clip on your smartphone.

mobile settings and also activate the smartphone volume)
2. Notification in the message center (enable notification of the Hom-io
app in the mobile settings)
3. Snapshot of the alarm video and video recording on SD card (insert the
SD card) / Cloud
Push and playback notifications Installation
To reduce false allarms, keep in mind that:
Do not install the camera in front of objects with bright lights, including
sunlight, bright lights, etc.
Do not plae the camera too close to places where vehicles frequently
move. Based on numerous tests, the recommended distance between
the camera and the vehicle is 15 meters.
Stay away from passing points, including the air conditioning vents,
the humidifier outlets, the heat transfer vents of the projectors, etc.
Do not install the camera in front of the mirror.
Keep the camera at least 1 meter away from any wireless device,
including routers and WiFi phones, to avoid wireless interference.
Click on "Profile", "Home Management", add the account with which
you want to share the devices and adjust their permissions.
It is also possible to share the single device from the menu
of each object.

1. Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds.
2. Wait for the sound to come out.
To remove the device, press the “ ” button at the top right,
“Removing a device”.

1. What devices can I connect?
All the Hom-iO product range (www.hom-io.it) and all
devices compatible with the Tuya platform (Smart Life).
2. What should I do if I do not control the device?
Verify that the device is turned on and well positioned, that it is
not is too far from your WiFi router and the phone is on same
WiFi network, 2.4 GHz frequency.
3. Can I control devices in 3G / 4G?
After the first configuration with smartphone, devices and WiFi
network, it will then be possible to control the devices remotely
even with a cellular network.
4. What to do when the configuration is not good
end?
You can:
- Check if the products are turned on
- Check that the smart phone is connected to the WiFi network
- Verify your network connectivity, check your internet router and
