Congratulations on purchasing the Hamax Venture bicycle trailer.
You can transport your belongings in a safe and comfortable way using the Hamax Venture as a bicycle trailer and hand cart.
Please read the instructions carefully before assembling or using the Hamax Venture.
Please keep these instructions in a safe place for later use.

Dimensions (excl. drawbar): 86cm x 37cm x 57cm.
Trailer weight (incl. drawbar): 10 kg
Max allowed cargo load weight: 50 kg
Flat cargo load area dimension: 60cm x 40cm.
Suitable for bicycles with a rear axle height of 330-380 mm from the ground
Wheel size: 12,5 Inch
Tire size: 47-203 (12 1/2 x 1,75 x 2 1/4)
**To check the drawbar load, measure the weight at the end of the bicycle arm while the trailer is loaded with cargo. You can
measure by standing on a scale, remember your own weight. Stand on the scale with the bicycle arm in your hands . Make sure
that your hold the bicycle arm at the correct height. Deduct your own weight and the result is the drawbar load.
If the drawbar load exceeds the maximum, adjust your cargo to rebalance the trailer and measure again.

• This product complies to the European standards for bicycle trailers: EN 15918:2011+A2:2017
• Do not use this trailer to transport children or pets.
• Do not use with loads that exceed the weight limitations (see table A)
• Avoid dangerous situations from luggage falling or sliding. Always use a restraint system.
• Towing a trailer will affect the stability of the bicycle and increases the braking distance.
• This trailer is wider than a bicycle. Allow for extra clearance and be aware of a larger turning circle.
• Before each ride, ensure the aached trailer does not interfere with braking, pedaling, or steering
of the bicycle.
• Do not allow any cargo items, bags, straps and/or covers to come in contact with moving parts.
• Do not install any other device not approved by the manufacturer.
• Make no modifications to the trailer.
• Never ride a bicycle at night without adequate lighting. Obey all local legal requirements.
• Check tire pressure before use. Always inflate tires to the specified inflation level, wrien on the
outer tires.
• Do not use cleaning solvents. Clean only with mild soap and water.
• Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions can lead to serious injury or accidents.
• Obey all local legal requirements for bicyle trailers and carrying cargo loads with a bicycle.
• Do not let the children play with this product.
• Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged and items are secured before use.
• This product is not suitable for running or skating.
• Do not use any accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer.
• Only replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer/distributor shall be used.
• Unintended use could lead to dangerous situations. Hamax is not liable for any damages caused
by unintended use.
• Never cycle with the kick stand in down position.
• Do not aach the trailer to your bicycle with the drawbar in up-position.
• The bicycle trailer can be used for bicycles with a rear axle height of 330-380 mm from the ground
