INTENDED USE

The hob was developed exclusively for non-professional,

domestic use in the household.

This hob is designed to oﬀer professional performance in

the household. It is a highly versatile appliance enabling

safe and easy selection of diﬀerent cooking methods.

IMPORTANT

 Improper use of the grids can damage the hob: do not

position the grids upside down or slide them across

the hob.

 In case of use of cast iron griddles, ollar stones,

terracotta pots and pans, use them for no more than

20 minutes and, in case of prolonged cooking, adjust

the burner to the minimum.

 Heat diﬀusers such as metal mesh, or any other types

are not recommended.

 Don’t use two burners simultaneously for one

receptacle (e.g. ﬁsh kettle).

 Liquids spilled on hot hob area can cause glass

damage.

The instructions included in this manual are only valid if

the country initials are shown on the appliance.

 If the initials are not shown on the appliance, it is

necessary to verify that the appliance is compliant

to the country regulation. For any doubt about

compliance you can refer to your local distributor.
