ELECTRICAL FEATURES

INSTALLATION

■

The cable is ready for use: it has a Schuko plug

to connect directly to the mains and a thermostat

(+5°C to +15°C);

■

Thanks to the electric socket and the thermostat,

installation is simple, safe and fast;

■

Secure the pipe with the relevant ﬁxing tape: code

K50 for steel pipes or code K50AL for plastic pipes;

■

The cable must be as long as the piping;

■

In the case of large pipes, the spiral cable may

need to be wound so as to ensure adequate heat,

taking care not to overlap it at any point;

■

It is advisable to apply an insulating coating over

the heating cable for a correct installation. INSULATION THICKNESS
