SPECIFICATIONS

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• Switchthepowersupplyobeforecommencingwiththeinstallationandensurethatthevoltage

corresponds with the mains electrical supply in your home before operating.

• SHOCK HAZARD: Do not touch the electried wire netting with any metal objects or bare hands.

• Installthetrapabout1.5-2metersabovethegroundtogetthebesttrapresults.

• Theinsectkillershouldbeinstalledoutofreachfromchildren.

• Forbestresults,donotplacetheinsectkillerinapositionwhereitisoodedwithdirectlight,asthe

ultraviolet light emitted is the key to attracting mosquitoes and ies. Avoid placing the insect killer in a

draught or in front of a fan, as the breeze may assist insects escape.

• NOTE: the “zapping” or “snapping” sound on an insect entering the insect killer is normal and part of

the operation. The sound indicates that an insect has come into contact with the electried wiring.

INSTALLATION

CLEANING

• Beforecleaningalwaysensurethepowersupplyisturnedo,andthattheelectriedwirenettingis

discharged with a plastic gripped screwdriver. Push down the rear net spring to remove the rear net.

• Cleanregularly.

• Alwaysreplacethestarterwiththesametypeandratingwhennecessary.

• Donotimmersetheluminaireinwater.

• Noabrasiveproducts,solvents,detergentmaybeusedtocleanthisluminaire.

• Ensurethatthettingdoesnotcomeincontactwithcorrosivechemicals,etc.

IMPORTANT:

• Tamperingwiththisinsectkiller,I.E.Usingsiliconsealersorincorrectcabling,willinvalidateyourwarranty.

• Pleasecheckwhethertheconnectionofthepowercordissafeandreliablebeforeinstallation.

• Alwaysensurethatthemainssupplyvoltageiscorrect.

• Alwaysreplacethelampwithoneofanidenticalrating.

• Ensurethatyoudonotplacetheinsectkillernearanycombustiblematerialsand/orsurfaces.
